Awesome experience. Unbelievable customer service. Eric was just a true angel. He went back and forth to my car at least 4 times just to help me. Stayed upbeat when I was just over the entire problem. He solved it! He is definitely on my Christmas list. Thank you Eric. Give this location in Vienna Virginia a try. I'm definitely going back.

I stopped in for wiper blades and was immediately assisted by one of the managers. He even went out to my car to check the blades and had one of the guys replace all of them for me. I was pleasantly surprised they replaced them for me and very grateful that I didn t have to figure it out. I know it s not hard but they already knew how to do it and were very efficient. I gave them a tip and they were surprised. But I believe in recognizing and thanking people for going above and beyond. They run a nice business and if I need anything again for my car, I would go even though there are closer shops to where I live.

Will B and the team helped me change my battery super fast and easy. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable team running this store. Been my local auto parts shop for almost two decades and they always deliver 5 star service!

Working at an elementary school up the road yet being unfamiliar with the area I was referred to this store solely due to its convenient proximity. Little did I know, the proximity was nothing compared to the kindness and patience I was shown while there. They answered my uneducated car questions (sorry I m learning!), examined my car and installed a new battery all in one short afternoon. Added bonus- a customer who was in the shop while I was went as far as to reach out on their behalf simply to assure me I was in good hands (& he couldn t have been more right.)

Will found the correct battery and installed it quickly and expertly. I considered getting other items but they were overpriced, with the most expensive option offered first. I knew I could get those cheaper elsewhere so I declined. The battery experience was positive, though, and I d have no problem going back for another in future.

Ryan was so helpful. I explained the issue I was having with my car and what he suggested the issue was, ended being the problem. Came back the next day to this location to buy the part I needed. Really felt I received the highest customer service one should get. Thanks Ryan for your help!

I can see why this place is so highly rated. The manager Bruce was very helpful and honest with enlightening me with knowledge about my windshield wipers. He gave me the honest advice that I do not need to change them right now and knowledge on how to maintain them and when to change them

Mike will abruptly interrupt you while you are in the middle of explaining your situation on the phone after he picks up the phone to tell you you are being put on hold and immediately does it. Did this to me more than once so I think this is his way of going about that and there are definitely better ways to it. Other than that... everything is fine with this store.

I needed to replace a new car battery and cashier was able to help me with that. He helped me to find the right part and he replaced it within 20 mins. It was very nice experience and help i got. Thank you very much Advance Auto Parts!!

Highly recommended! Helped my daughter out - diagnosed a bad battery, replaced it for her. Also checked her alternator and verified it's OK.Treated my daughter very well - she mentioned several times how nice they were to her. I'm 500 miles away and it feels great to have someone to trust. They went above and beyond.

Having been to three auto parts stores in as many days, this team was amazing. They were very busy, but still managed to provide prompt service, replacing my battery within 30 mins (no appt and they did another battery and helped with wipers and checked out around 15 customers in the same time). Always good to see a team working well together.

I just went to buy something for my car but, when I open and ask for help they don t ear me because the music was so high its a bar ?? Or what? I didn t like the service And I give one star because they don t allow to comment if I don t give one .. bad service. The women RAB was I think angry with they patterns and she don t want to help me at all.

I went in to buy a couple bulbs, and when I went to pay I asked an older man with glasses if I could use a discount code I received in an email. I ve read other reviews that referred to him as Egyptian, he could be, but regardless, he rudely said something like That s for online orders only, can t you see that on the email?! and walked away. A younger man with short, blonde hair overheard and stepped in to kindly apologize that they couldn t use the code in-store, and coupon codes didn t apply to the brand I was purchasing anyway. I thanked him for taking the time to explain this, before I wasted my time trying to buy the bulbs online for the discount. I bought the bulbs, but I ll be returning them.

I came into this location about an hour ago and "PJ" one of the employees went above and beyond to help my mother with all of her needs. This is what customer service is about. People taking the time to help others. Great Job PJ. You are Awesome and I want everyone to know the level of service you provide.

One of a national chain of auto parts stores. Good selection of tools, parts, and replacements for consumables such as tires, windshield wipers, and batteries. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will help replace wipers and batteries with new ones bought there. Generally reasonable prices, though some items are lower quality, lower performance brands. At this location in a shopping center, ample parking.

As soon as I walked in Scott asked me and another customer if we needed help with windshield wipers since it was raining. He helped me select the correct wipers and even put them on for me. Not bad at all... and the wipers are great too.

I went to return a product, which was sold to me incorrectly. The manager, Emad, would not listen to my concerns. Additionally, he said that we did not have any education or speak english well, which was discriminating. Furthermore, he said nobody could help us in his store. Then, Tony, an associate, was able to help us return the product. My plan was to purchase another product, but because Emad was not respectful and was discriminating, I chose to not buy in the store. I will put in a customer claim for this.

I paced an online order at this location and It took much longer than I expected for my order to be ready for pickup. It took about three hours instead of the appropriately 30Minutes they said. I was hoping and expecting online ordering to be much faster than three hours.

Will helped with a me with a snapped bolt I was stumped didn t now what to do but Will came out in the freezing windy day and helped me out. Even when I first walked in the door he was offering me help.

The dedicated staff here provide succinct, prompt service. I went in that morning for a battery and was helped almost immediately. But as they were busy and understaffed that day - that, and my car battery is in an awkward and labor-intensive spot next to the wheel well - they weren't able to install it at that moment. Completely understandable. Evan, an employee, offered to help me out if I were to come back later that evening when he got off his shift. I returned; he spent over an hour with my car in the cold and the dark, maneuvering an overly complicated engine compartment (Thanks, Chrysler!) while pinpointing some issues with my starter. All of this at no additional cost to me. I got personal, cheerful, and informative assistance at this Advance Auto Parts and intend to return with whatever automotive needs they can meet.

I love this conveniently located store on maple ave. Literally in the middle ov everything at the end of the Giant food plaza. They offer a military discount for our military men and women so take advantage of it. I love using the buy it online and pick up in store. I search for the on line codes and save a bundle. 25% off on a new battery saved me $50 and they had it ready when i arrived. Awesome deal for a few minutes of work. They will put your newly pu4chased battery or wiper blades on. If you are like me, get the oil change special for about $25 for full synthetic and a filter and then change it your self. You will save $40 or so from the dealership or jiffy lube etc. The best part is that they will recycle the used oil. Put the used oil in the new oil container and bring it to the store and they will show you where to pour it in the tank!

Fuse blown in my truck, looked up a diagram for the fuse box on my phone and ended up using the wrong diagram. I bought several fuses here and the staff let me borrow two different tools to find the problematic fuse. They were extremely helpful in giving advice and loaning useful tools to me. Highly recommend this location!

I came you know to see if someone could help me with my car I ask the cashier ( his name was mike ) that was in shift to see if he could test the car with the little machine to check the problems of the car but he said he was gonna send somebody but he didn t the another person came I m not racist but he was white so the cashier immediately send the person to check his car when I was first the I ask him why he didn t check mines first? he just turned his head and didn t pay attention to me I think it was because I was Latino to be honest hope this doesn t happen to anyone again we all need the same attention.

I went to have my battery tested and ended up buying another. Mo helped me change my battery though there was a good deal of rust and corrosion and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He is a BOSS.

Outstanding Service! Had a problem with my battery and took it here. They gave me a free diagnostic and helped me get a new battery as well as getting me back to my car. The folks here are great! Highly recommend!
