It's great to know a trust worthy and reliable mechanic shop, after driving a Dodge caravan from work, that was brought back to life after 380,000 miles by Fadi and was still going strong when I returned it at 390,000. Every shop I took it to for basic oil changes, were amazed by how well it was running for the miles. Now taking my own Crv, it feels amazing knowing the work that gets done on it, is not only trust worthy but worth it!

I've been coming here to see Fadi and his team for 5 years now. When the dealerships across the street give an estimate for costly repairs, Fadi is able to do the same exact work, with the genuine parts, for much less. He is honest and stands by his work. If there are any issues, he is more than happy to address any concerns. He has serviced my 2013 Range Rover Sport and 2014 Mercedes G63, amongst many other vehicles. Thank you Fadi & team.

Got my manual transmission clutch replaced and I was very satisfied with both the price and the work. In addition, when there was an issue with my car afterwards, they helped me out even though it was not entirely clear they caused it. I highly recommend this place to get your work done.

I had a flat tire and I pulled into the shop, and they were closed but the technician still aired up my tire for free, and made sure I was taken care of and they offered to find the nail in my tire. Overall just a great experience!!

First things first; the 1 star reviews for this shop are ridiculous. Most state that someone was rude or had a bad attitude. Well folks, you reap what you sow, and I guaranty IF it happened, they had it coming. Fadi and his crew are consummate professionals, treat their customers with respect, always provide an estimate before doing any work, and I've never received a bill higher than the estimate. I refer to Fadi as the Energizer Bunny; don't know where he finds the energy, always 100mph, but extremely friendly, patient with (most likely stupid) questions and explaining repairs, and has a great sense of humor. My "go to" for my 3 cars for all repairs, inspections, and emissions. Wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you Fadi!

I've trusted AAMCO and the incredible manager, Zaine, with my family's cars for an impressive 15 years. Zaine's unparalleled knowledge and expertise shine through in every service. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. AAMCO is not just a mechanic shop; it's a reliable partner in ensuring our vehicles run at their best. I wholeheartedly recommend Zaine and his team for anyone seeking top-notch automotive care.

We are from Maryland but go to this auto repair shop owned by Fadi. If you want honest, professional and great prices, check the repair shop out.The 2 cars the shop services are a BMW and a Lincoln. Needed a quick repair on a ballast for my headlight and they fit me in and the job was done quickly. It is so nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

People who work at this place are not honest, I took my car with the engine light and they told me it was the transmission. Then I took the car to another place there they just replaced the overdrive sensor. Do not take your car to this place.

I took three of my cars to them and they fixed each one right from the first time and in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend this shop.

I have been going to Mr fadi for the last few years. Recently I referred my dad who has been told his car won't be fixed after taking it to multiple stores. I recommend AAMCO . And same day the car is good like new. The prices are fair and the service is extremely good!

Exceptional service. Bill was very knowledgeable and fair with pricing. I know basics about cars, but am not skilled enough to perform any advanced repairs. My father is a mechanic though, so I consulted him about pricing/troubleshooting and he agrees that I received exceptional service and that the pricing was fair. The issue with my vehicle was resolved in a timely manner and I am happy with my service. I will only be coming to this location from now on for any concerns I may have with my vehicle.

I am surprised at the 2 posted reviews. My experience with 2 cars being fully serviced there since many years now has been consistently very positive. Friendly and accommodating people, and mechanically very competent. And they don't fleece the customer with padded labor and other costs, like most dealers do.I have recommended them to no less than 5 of my acquaintances. All were extremely satisfied with the service they got there, as a result of which they are now regular customers of this facility.

I will definitely go back. I brought my car in and they gave me direct and honest review. It os hard to find mechanics ( or rather those who run the shops ) that have integrity and honest.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

this place is horrible, if it wasnt for the customer service manager, this place should be run into the ground, but he quoted me a price without taxes, almost 100 dollars more misled me when I get there im waiting to pay for my car, which is 1000 dollars, and this Caucasian lady strolls in , and he takes her first never again. Will I be back, thank you, but no thank you.Service: Brakes

I fix my three cars at this location and NOT once I had problem with the service, employees or pricing. They overhauled my van's transmission and I used it for 4 years before selling it and had no issues. Now it's been almost 8 years and I still see my car in the neighborhood. You get quality service at Aamco on Tyco Rd. I definitely and highly recommend.

I needed a Saturday appointment so I called only 24 hours in advance and was told they are busy but they would try to accommodate me. I took my car in today Saturday for oil change, tire rotation, and brake job. One hour later, it was all done. Not to mention that the manager Fadi is so funny and make you laugh so one hour passed quickly. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs.

Stay away from this crook! Yes I get it, all mechanics are crooks, but this guy named Fadi is a con artist. You've been warned!

My vehicle was towed to them on September 3, but they were closed. I left the vehicle there. I call them to let them know. Bill gave me a call me back within 2 days. Told me that there was a hole in the motor and how much it would cost to get it fixed. Anyways I couldn't afford it. So on September 17th Bill allowed me to clean out the vehicle and get my tags off the car. He didn't charge me a storage fee. I only had to pay for the diagnostic test

Really enjoyed the friendliness of the guys there. They did such a great job on my car, and for a great price, I applied for a job there! Great customer service, excellent repair! Highly suggest going to see them if in need of a repair!

I have always brought my Mercedes to AMMCO in Vienna for all my maintenance and repairs. They explain to me what needs to be worked on and provide me with options on how best to approach any repairs. Great group of guys that work hard. I'm very happy with the service I get there and feel that there prices are fair.

Went to AAMCO at Tysons and Fadi took great care of me when I was on vacation in Virginia. My car was making strange noises and AAMCO was able to fit me in at short notice. I felt like I was treated excellently, and they took the time to show me what was going on with my car. Very trustworthy business and would recommend to all!

I get my Va inspection and emissions testing done here. They are always friendly and the wait is never that long.

Horrible experience. The worse place to go and take care of your transmission needs or any type of work to be done on your car. The Manager/Owner is very rude don't know how to follow up or communicate with his clients. I took my car for a diagnostics with no follow up call for two days. When I call them to check on my car I was told I had a transmission problem that will cost $4,800 to fixed my car. I decline the work and went into the shop to pay for the diagnostics fee. After I pick my car I took it straight to the dealership with a surprise of $1,756 to fixed the problem with my car. Avoid the AAMCO located in Tyco Rd, Vienna, Va.

Horrible experience. Don't go here. Overpriced, deceitful people who just want your money. I was in contact with two employees throughout the day, both were very rude to me even though I continued to be very nice to them. I got an inspection there and had to get some work done before they would pass inspection, and of course, they overcharged me after all that was said and done, and then told me that I was wrong and that they hadn't overcharged me. After calculating the balance out in front of them, they finally said "oh, ok" and gave me a refund for the balance that was overcharged. No sorry, nothing. I won't ever go back and I would recommend you not either.

The major problem i had was the customer service the owner talked back to me called me was extremely RUDE. The owner also let the mechanic talk back to me because i was giveing them my point on there OVER PRICED parts that they where not new they mostly SALVAGED. He told me if i knew why dont i take it and go do it or if i dont like the price to take it or deal with it. I dont feel like half the parts they changed needed to be changed. When i go there the car always come back with a few more dings and scratch. They put tools in the car and it gets the car dirty they dont put any floor papers or plastic on the seats so there cloths dont get the seats dirty. I had to take it back when they finished because it had the same problem. When i showed up to check on the car they had not done any of the work and they said and they had my car over a week when it was a 3 day job. All the guys in the shop where rude or ignored my question. I would honestly go get it check out at a other shop because youll have an idea on how much it will be because they grav your keys and tell you we will call you when its done. The call with a list of things that dont have to with the original problem. CONSIDER a other ammaco or a other shop because like the owner told me a lot of people's want the work but the rip people of someone else might be a little more honest.

Very displeased with the quality of service and professionalism. Brought car in for a strange noise and they recommended replacing the wheel bearing, which took several days. Brought it to the dealer two days after AAMCO's repair when the noise came back (had a bad feeling about these guys after discussing the repair with them) and dealer found a loose screw but couldn't verify the bearing install (it's sealed). Subsequently had to replace this part that is supposed to last the lifetime of the car just over a year later. Went to the dealer for this second repair; AAMCO wouldn't do anything for me since it was past their very limited warranty. Will never go back here.

I recently serviced my car at AAMCO Transmissions on Tyco Rd in Vienna. The service by itself was outstanding. I was quoted half the price of the dealer, although the parts were purchased from the dealer. People were very courteous, and my car is running perfect. I strongly recommend AAMCO on Tyco Road in Vienna
