Chandler's is awesome! We have used them frequently in the past and in the last month our daughter was having some serious vehicle issues. They are always friendly and get us on the schedule quickly. They do excellent work and are honest and dependable. We highly recommend Chandler's for all of your automotive needs - including oil changes and state inspections!

Contacted Chandlers to recieve a simple quote to attach to a VDOT claim. Damage was simply one tire, one rim, and one shock. Was told they would not be able to quote me for a rim which meant the quote would be useless. Upon explaining that I have quick and easy references for obtaining the rim, they exclaimed I should do my own work on the vehicle and immediately hung up.I would never use this shop as they are completely unable to do anything other than pluck at their computers and deny service that can easily be done by making a few phone calls to gain a customer and make more money. They're obviously not concerned with customer service and are more concerned with their turnaround rate.Do yourself a favor and go to Eddie's or Tommy Major. They may be a little pricier, but you won't get better better customer service and quality.

Chrissy is wonderful! Great customer service and extremely helpful. Anytime I've called with a question or concern she has answered or found the solution for me. Their mechanics are wonderful as well. They had my truck in and out each and every time in a timely manner.

Had a tire issue. They were professional, and reasonably priced. They got us back on the road immediately and didn't try to make any unnecessary charges. Other automotive places should follow the lead of this business' outstanding service.

Love the staff, been going there 3 years now, but they have upped their prices so much for an oil change that I now am going elsewhere. (Upped 2 in a row on me, and 3rd price change)Coinsidently today, I'm trying new place for one of my cars. Disappointed that I cant give Chandler my business for that one, but l'll be back for work on my cars in future I'm sure, but I'm saving almost $25 at a new place!Chandlers does great work otherwise!

I have taken my vehicles here since 2000 when Chandler opened! Other than maybe needing to add an extra mechanic the service was great as always! Couldn't imagine taking my cars anywhere else to be fixed! Great work at Fair honest prices

Wonderful wait service, food was amazing, and the space was clean an open. Their list of usual events on their website is also worth checking out. I live half an hour from here but plan to make the drive to attend the events and enjoy the great food and service!

We were staying at Bethpage in Urbanna and the starter on our CRV failed. Called Chandler's and they had one in stock. I had it towed there and 4 hours later they picked me up and took me back to shop to pay. By the way, they were cheaper than any shop I called in Newport News when we returned home. Great Service and Great Personnel. We will definitely call them for any car repair.

This garage should be closed, for what they did to my grandson. My 20 year old grandson went for a Virginia state inspection, the mechanic glanced and said he had a strut that was severely damaged and was leaking, it needed replaced. He slapped a rejection sticker on his windshield! The lady behind the desk tried or acted like she was going to locate a strut, which she never did. I'm quite sure if that was her car it could have been located! Isn't this a garage? No one cared!! Three employees acted like they hated to be at work and unable and not willing to help! What happened to good customer service? We found a reputable garage in Deltaville, to order a new strut, that took a week for delivery. My grandson had to come from Richmond, to Deltaville, only to find out nothing was wrong with his strut. If Chandler's hired reputable/school trained mechanics this would have not happened!! Plus, Chandlers acts like they do not care and it's our tough luck!! BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE!!

Chandler's Automotive has been my shop of choice for the last many years. Great family-owned business that treats each customer like family. Batteries, ignition, fuel pump, inspections, tires, 4-cylinder, 8-cylinder, advice, tune-ups, etc.; reliable service every time. Been going there since CJ was knee-high to a grasshopper. An asset to Middlesex County and the Urbanna Community.

Came in for a vehicle inspection, done in about 15 minutes. Fast and easy, would recommend if you need a quick vehicle inspection.
