My experience today using Quantico Tire and Auto was absolutely amazing. There customer service was impeccable, and the repair job to my vehicle was amazing. I will continue to bring my car to this shop and highly recommend it to my friends. Friendly staff and excillent service is unmatched.

This is my first time using a business beside the dealership. I actually enjoyed the experience, they communicated well both by e-mail and by phone. Upon arrival, the check in process was quick. The waiting area was clean and decor was simple. There was a coffee bar, maybe add bottle water for non coffee drinkers. Check out was simple also, I used visa and received a print out. They also placed a oil reminder on the windshield. (I appreciate the sticker). I would recommend this shop to others based on their reliability and customer service.Service: Oil change

Rear brake caliper seized up on on my Honda the other day. Called up and John answered with a extremely positive and energetic vibe. Same day service, came with a 3 year warranty on the part and labor & they offer a 10% military discount! On top of all of that, I ve attached a few photos of their clean & comfortable lobby with free coffee, water & snacks.Will highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Extremely happy I ve found a trust worthy mechanic near home!

I've been coming here for years but today, well was less than desirable. I showed up around 20 min before they opened at 8 and sat in the I section lane. I was the first in line. The first person arrived around 755 with all the other mechanics arriving right at 8 or a few min after. They then had to pull cars out, pull the tire racks out, etc. Some other cars showed up after me and they were pulled in before mine to the inspection lane. First off, if you open at 8 then maybe your staff needs to arrive at 730, not at 8 or there after. Well was has been a decent place for years has now lost a customer. The sad part about this review is that this business probably doesn't care and that's fine. Thank you for your years of service but I will not be back.Update: I did not leave before 8 am when you all opened. The time set on your cameras may not be correct.

First experience I had a transmission code on a 2016 Nissan Altima. Called them I think (John) let him know I had a after market warranty. They told me bring it in I believe on a Thursday. If you have ever dealt with a warranty company they don't approve to many claims if the shop isn't precise and detailed. Everyday he called to give me an update. It turned out the transmission needed a throttle body. They handled everything with the warranty company and had the car ready on Saturday. When I picked it up I noticed it needed inspection and they took care of that as well. All around great experience. I will not take my cars anywhere else from now on. Great service,very knowledgeable staff,great prices and fast turn around.

I needed to have my annual vehicle inspection completed and my friend recommended Quantico Tire and Auto Care. The staff were AMAZING!!! This place has wonderful customer service and they take the time to make sure you understand everything. I didn t have long to wait and the waiting area was very clean. I would give them more stars if I could. 10/10 I will definitely go back!

I always take my car to dealership but decided against it because of how long the process has taken lately. Decided to try this place because I pass it everyday, I came in for an Inspection, emissions and oil change.They were Quick, efficient and personable from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment they provided me with realistic expectations on when to expect my car back. They were transparent about pricing and recommendations! They exceeded my expectations! I will def be back!

Took vehicle in for oil change and oil filter replacement in May of 2021. Turns out they did not do the service and my engine locked up last month. How do I know they did not change oil and filter? I keep all service records, when the mechanic I took it to now pulled the engine and found it was due to oil filter being old and showed me the filter I looked at old records to find the part/serial #. The oil filter was from the service before that one.

I ve took my truck and my jeep here these boys get the job done. They are brutally honest and do amazing work. If you re looking for somewhere to bring your vehicle, bring it to quantico tire. These dudes care and are not in the business of ripping you off. 10/10

Took me long enough to right this review! Lol. I cannot rate this company high enough. Their service, professionalism and work are all outstanding! They made a stressful situation better because they truly place high value on customer care. I broke down over a holiday weekend (New Year's Eve eve) making my way home from spending the holidays with family. I am from GA and was heading home from PA and was beyond stressed. Caesar and his crew were so thoughtful and caring. They helped me get a rental, drove me there to pick it up and waited for me so I could follow them back. They were so patient and I cannot think them enough. They were reasonable in cost and didn't over charge me. Again...many thanks to them. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation I highly recommend them.

I blew a tire on the side of the road driving home, I managed to pull off and get my car to their shops lot at 2am. Left my keys and the next day I was able to go back and pick up my car in perfect condition. Super friendly workers and fair pricingService: TiresService: Tires

Nice clean atmosphere even the bathroom was clean and had soap. There were snacks at the sitting area. They did my oil change and scheduled me an appointment fast. They gave me paperwork with what may need to be done. They were nice and professional even after I missed my first appointment. They also fit me into their schedule. Will be backService: Oil change

This was place was quite amazing! I took my car here, from out of state, out of necessity and was pleasantly surprised! They were sooo thorough with the initial inspection (to thorough cause now i know how bad my car is ) but they got the job done quick. and We re extremely kind and detailed through the whole thing.

Great and quick service when I replaced 4 tires. Even when they had a small line at the front desk, a manager came out and apologized for the wait and explained an accident caused a delay with some folks getting to work. Prices were fair. I'll be going back for sure.

UPDATE: I love getting my services done here. I came to get my breaks done today 05/25/2023. The technician noticed another sound and refused to let me drive off until he found out what it was. It feels good to come to a place that treats you like family and not just a incomeI ve been to a few places to have my cars worked on but this is the first place that I ve been to that s 150% honest. I don t have to stand around and watch just to make sure the work is being done correctly. I can t see me taking my vehicles anywhere else for service. I highly recommend coming here for all your car service

Great experience. Definitely, we will always go here from now on. We were met before we went inside and were put in line before we had the work processed. Thank you guys for a job well done. 5 stars at Quantico Tire & Auto Care for great customer service and quick process. Save me a headache and thank you guys for the honesty. We went to some other places on the way, and they had false signs up saying they closed at 4 pm, but technically, they don't take anyone after 3:30 pm.Service: Vehicle Inspection

10/10 recommend this shop. I was buying a car and took it there to get all checked out beforehand and they were amazing. Cesar and Danny hooked me up!! They were respectful, quick, and so very kind. I Am Beyond Words About this shop! From the first time I called until I received my vehicle back I received amazing service. Ceasar was so personable and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He didn t try to scam me or make me pay for things I didn t genuinely need he just gave his honest expertise. Cesar was super nice and friendly I have horrible anxiety with new places and had a lot of questions that he answered nicely and clearly. Signage for where the waiting spot is is a bit unclear but not too bad. The service tech thoroughly explained any and all work I could want and I was unsure of what I needed he listened and gave thoughtful feedback. Pricing was always clear every step of the way and they didn t feel pushy and upsell-y. The inside is also nice and clean with snacks.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This place is great I really liked how upfront they were about the repairs needed for my car. The staff was great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
