Do yourself a favor and go see Ryan. The prices can t be beat so don t haggle, do your research. He was a,so very knowledgeable about the Tesla I purchased and also made sure that every minor detail was fixed and taken care of before I bought it. He even put me in a nice car until mine was done. Very professional and efficient. As a big car and truck enthusiast I cam honestly say that I will be buying my next vehicle from Ryan, good selection, best prices and service I ve ever received in all my years of car buying, I m totally happy with my purchase, don t believe any negative reviews, ya simply can t please everyone. Ryan and the staff at Lease Return Center go out of their way to get ya in the car ya want! I ll definitely be back.

Worst car shopping experience by far and we drove from out of state to get a car. Saw 2 cars online and called to confirm they were there, we were told yes, so we drove out to look at them. When we get there the sales consultant isn t even sure what they have and told us to go look around. We find the cars we were looking for, and they were very misleading on the website as the cars in the lot were severely scratched, had a bent rim, paint missing, interior ripped and dirty, etc. when the pictures online looked like brand new cars and do not show any of the damages, please be cautious. We came with a decent car to trade in as well, and we were told they wouldn t take it but to go to car max and get it appraised there and bring them a check. Never heard of this in my life, my only assumption is they wouldn t take the car because it was a ford and they had higher end cars in the lot. There was a car that was a little out of our budget but we asked to test drive it, the sales consultant goes to get the keys for us and comes back nonchalantly saying the battery was low, sorry it took so long we had to jump start it but drive safe ???? We re like ok I guess, we go to test it and the car literally dies as we are pulling out of the parking lot, mere inches from the road. We go in to let the office know and they said no worries, they would replace the battery after we asked, so we ask to test drive another one while we are waiting. He goes to get the keys and comes back empty handed. We asked him what happened and he told us there s a slight issue with the rear suspension and starts doing paperwork/running numbers on the car. My husband asks what he meant and he informed us the car was not drivable as the part was on back order but he would be happy to sell it to us. At this point we are just astonished and do not want to buy a car that something is wrong with. We sit down and say we will take the one that was slightly over our budget since the battery was supposedly replaced with a new one and car seems to run fine, and get approved from the bank to raise our loan to the appropriate amount and have our value from our car trade in. As we are doing the paperwork to purchase the car, the sales consultant tells us we won t be taking the car home today as he has to have the check in hand. We re confused because this means that we will not have a vehicle to drive home and we won t be taking home the car we would have just purchased? Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I have heard in awhile. We would have full proof from the bank for the purchase of the car and the bank would be sending him the auto loan check via email. At this point we are fed up and chose to leave. The consultant calls us as we get a few minutes down the road saying he could work it out. Yeah buddy, of course you can now, no thanks. Do not recommend this place at all.

Completely enjoyed purchasing my new Tesla P90D from LRC...Ryan is Amazing very knowledgeable and professional. I found my dream car Arman was quick and efficient. The best buying experience I have had at any dealership. The lot is full of beautiful good running quality cars. They have a large selection of hybrid ,electric, and Muscle. cars are in great condition nothing is wrong with them save your gas. They have great shipping rates and are very responsive for the amount of business they get. Don't hesitate you might let your dream car slip away. Prices are affordable and the level of team work and dedication brought forth a feeling of comradery. Very knowledgeable staff and an impressive amount of Tesla's and the prices are right. He was able to guide me through the process expertly great car great experience

John the finance manager and Jason the sales person were nothing but exceptional during the whole process. I made their job extremely hard and they were patient and made sure the deal got done somehow someway. Prices were great and the care we received is amazing. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. If you are thinking about buying a quality car from honest sales people, then they are the people to go to!

Arman sold us a Tesla. Very informative, quick, respectful, and the communication was great. Awesome salesman. He also went out and found my phone that I lost around the lot in the SNOW. Great eye for detail. Just an amazing experience being that we drove almost 4 hours to test. We will def be purchasing any other vehicles from him. He also is shipping the car to us. Great prices also.

My experience with the good guys over at Lease return center, was a one of a kind experience. I came and left with a new car and new friends. The store manager Ryan was super informative. And kept making sure that I was happy with the car I picked, even suggesting other options and telling me about all the specs and warranty s that were available with each vehicle I looked at that day. I m really glad I chose this dealership and definitely will come back for more purchases!

My sales rep, Ryan, was really fantastic. He was really helpful, personable, and even threw in some extras that made my day. He really listened to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed to get started with my new Tesla.The car was in great condition, just as described, and clean. Ryan even made sure it had a full charge and provided me with a charger for home. And even better, he got it shipped to me very quickly! I was so excited to receive it that I didn't even mind that it arrived at 2 am.Overall, my experience with Lease Return Center was super smooth and easy. Ryan really came through and made me a very happy customer! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thanks to Ryan and LRC for driving me happy!

Variety of vehicles at GREAT prices and no pressure to buy. I live in Maryland and couldn't pass up the prices offered at this dealership. I made the hike. One of the perks was they delivered the car to my house. Well worth it. Even when I had issues they were quick to resolve ALL the issues presented. This place will have my attention with regards to my next vehicle purchase. Go see Ryan. Thank you!!!!

I wanted to personally express that this dealership provides exceptional customer service, and my car-buying experience was fantastic! I completed my pre-approval online, minutes later received a call from Moe Hashmi, drove to the dealership to look at the vehicle in person and test drive. Jason Cook was my finance advisor, and he was able to obtain my approval and complete the paperwork. I will state that I have never had a quick and easy car-buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. They were the very best! Highly recommend seeing them and buying here.

The quality, customer service, and kindness of the whole team at the Lease Return Center are amazing. Both Jason and Ryan were especially helpful in finding me my dream car! They even gave me their cell number to text any questions - which they answered right away. They made the entire process so easy and straightforward. Spoke with the sales rep for days about 2 different vehicles listed on auto trader. When I arrived to the dealer from out of state both vehicles were different than the pictures online. Completely different vehicles. The only similarities were the color, mileage and VIN. The pictures online were of different cars. The sales team were not concerned or surprised with this misrepresentation at all.If I had it shipped to my house as they offered I would have had a completely different car shipped than what was advertised and what I thought I was buying. I contacted the company again toInform them that they are falsely representing another vehicle. They have a white Tesla model 3 listed with tinted windows. This vehicle is not the vehicle they have for sale. The vehicle they are selling has a smashed window, the full side keyed up and does not have tinted windows. They know what they are doing. Stay away from this dealership if you don t want to be scammed. Look at their dealer rating online and run. This place runs their business with zero integrity or accountability.

Worst experience ever! I Bought a 2022 Tesla with low mileage, that I checked on line. �the price seems to ok but don't be fooled by that. They said the Tesa has only the bumper fixed as it said in the Carfax but the Tesla was a wrack, costing me so much money fixing it which it doesn't cover in the warranty. It has many issues that they didn't disclose any with me. They never took it to the �Tesla to get fixed�properly or any decent Collision center, they just did horrible work themselves, and hid it. This dealership is a scam. Please don't even glance at that place. That place should be closed, very unethical crew.

Let me say this Leasereturncenter has the best cars and the best deals you can find ANYWHERE!!! Now as for car salesmen Ryan is your man. He s not one who will rush you into buying something, and he definitely takes his time with each customer ensuring that he has delivered every amenity that you re looking for in a vehicle. I ve made 2 car purchases from him, and the cars have been great!! Low mileage, very clean and pristine vehicles. If there is anything you have a concern with Ryan, will be sure to address it for you!! Best prices on used Teslas around. Ask for Ryan. He treated me very fair and answered all my questions. He even threw in a free Mobile Charging kit for my Tesla!! I couldn t be happier with my purchase!!

Worst decision I ever made!!! Purchased a 2016 Cayenne from this car dealer. I took the car to a Porsche dealer for inspection of everything!! Walked out with an estimate of close to $4000.00. Bad tires, no tune up done on car, and the engine light came on 3 days after I got the car!! Jason was the salesman who sold me the vehicle. While he was completing the deal, he feels it's important for him to tell me how slow everyone else in the office is compared to him. NEVER AGAIN

Great experience buying from Jason. They held the car for me as I was out of town and it took me a week to get there. They did this without me asking them too, nor did I pay a deposit. They also let me charge my new tesla at their shop for a bit so I could get it home. On top of this I needed a few follow up documents the next week and Jason got those two me even when his first attempt did not work to send them digitally. He went above and beyond. Great experience. Do your homework before you come as the cars are priced very fairly. I recommend buying here.

I was planning to write a 5 star review, but weeks later, I still have a sour taste in my mouth. Jason was great until he wasn't. He communicated great before and even the day of. He rushed around to make sure the car had the snow removed and was washed on the outside (the inside definitely could have been cleaner). He made sure the two issues we found with the car were addressed... the financial guy and the other staff were nice enough.The problem was that we almost got stranded at night in 30-degree weather and it could have been avoided. When I called Jason to ask if he had any suggestions or could help, he got defensive and said "I assume the customer does their research" and continued to be rude and not helpful. Finally he told me there was an emergency number I could call and maybe they would assist. The emergency number was able to assist, but our circumstance of driving 223 miles to buy a car from you warranted you giving us that information at 1pm: when we arrived versus 7pm: when we were panicking.I am writing this review to tell you to "make sure you do your research" or ask "is there any information you have that might be helpful" as the salespeople are not likely to tell you everything in the interest of the sale.

Lease Return Center was great to work with! Very helpful but not pushy, and I got a good deal on a car with low miles that ran perfectly, but needed a little love on the exterior. As you can see, she looks amazing! A year and a half after the purchase, I'm still as happy as could be! Thanks, guys!

Ryan and Shirley are very helpful and make a buying a car from them an amazing experience. I bought this car dealing with them through phone calls. They guided me through the process, set up shipping and got me the BMW M5 delivered quickly to Louisiana. I would recommend using them if your looking to buy a car and don't want to go through the grueling experience most dealerships put you through, use these guys. You will be pleased.

I loved my experience at Lease Return Center. I worked with Ryan and he made sure that I walked out with the car I loved and wanted. He also helped me with an issue that I was having with the voice command in the vehicle, and got me in touch with someone who could get me an extra key at a discount rate. I definitely will be sending friends and family his way. Julius in financing was awesome as well. He got us in and out fast. I never had keys in hand so fast and I ve had numerous cars in the past. He was so polite and welcoming, which I love when you re making big purchases. Some businesses loose site of that when dealing with customers, but they treated me well at the lease center.

Joe in sales got me the car I wanted and got it delivered free of charge. A Jason in finance got me the the payment I wanted, even when the one finance company said they wouldn t do the loan, a week later after have the car. He was able to get me better lender at a lower payment and lower interest rate.

I m very pleased with the service I received from Lease Return Center. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and being sure all of my concerns were addressed. Julius was also very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with the final numbers. I was searching for a particular vehicle with low mileage and I found it. This was my first purchase but it will not be my last. If you re car shopping check out their inventory.
