My jeep grand Cherokee blew an oil main seal gasket on my way to New York from North Carolina, and they were able to confirm for me what my issue was and let me know that I needed a tow back home. Thank you, John and the lady who took their time out for me, y all were very much appreciated!!

as usual with any Love's shop: I checked in for a pm. they said it would be 1-2 hrs. I waited over 4 hours, still no call. if it wasn't for my DOT clock I wouldn't mind waiting, but I can't afford to wait 4 and 5 hours all the time. this always happens with Love's. it's incredibly frustrating - you arrive early and they still take forever and ever. it's truly pathetic.

This place is the worse, I went there to fix my truck and instead of fixing it they broke another thing. When complaining with the lady called Rosa at the front desk (she or he I don t even know at this point) was racist, verbally abusive, kick me out of the store and left me with my broken truck with no solutions. Avoid this place at all cost!!! They are irresponsible people with discriminating practices!!!

The most unpleasant experience in semi truck service I ve ever had. It is not completely bad because the mechanics that are working there are trying their best. But the lady at the front (her name was Larisa) desk is extremely rude. If you want to be treated like dogs if not worse that s the place to go! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

In this store they broke my tire inflation system, they didn't even ask me for an apology and the girl who served me even kicked me out of the place very disrespectfully. Her name is ROSA. from the office without any penalty

Drivers: Bring your truck at your own risk here.Look how professional they are, they push me to change new tire, and they changed big size tire and they told me that is a mistake. I can't stop laughing .NBFrom front until inside they are disrespectful and lazy employees.Never come back agin!

I respect the work and I respect the mechanic they dance around the time here that you will be next hour 2 hours 5 hours later you will be checked in to get an airline fixed call another Roadside to fix my Airline

Poor customer services clerk has NO ABILITY to muilt- task, greet customers, or even say Good morning. Lobby sucks 2 chairs, left behind food and empty bottles. If I could hold off on getting services completed here I would. Presentation says alot about this location.

I was here this morning to try to get a pm done called yesterday and was told they were working today(labor day) apparently they are on the clock but not working, I called before walking over and was told there were 3 trucks ahead of me, I was told 1.5 to 2 hours, got fuel checked no one is in any bay so working must mean they are just on the clock. This is the 2nd time I have been here without getting work performed because they want you to wait 2 hours and it turns into maybe 5 hours if you are lucky.Speedco/Love's demand performance or rent your space to someone who does get the work done.

Only reason I came here is because the last Loves / Speedco I went to put on the wrong fuel filter which sent a code and shut down my truck two times. At this location, you can't sit in your truck (and watch them work) and have to disconnect from your trailer. Thankfully, this good Samaritan / truck driver pulled me to the Loves parking lot with his Ford duelly.

No one here knows the word respect or compassion. I came in and the first impression I got here was that no one care or like what they are doing. One more thing I was looking for a air valve that I couldn t find anywhere and they knew it so they wanted to sell it to me for $1500 when the two price is $350.00!! What a bunch of doochebags

Gave one star because it's the lowest, they don't even deserve one... Not sure where to start: complete ineptitude from the staff or the racist attitude of one of the customer facing reps called Rosa. I paid for my rim to be fixed and not only they did not fix it, but they actually broke it! When tried to get an explanation, "the customer rep of the year" Rosa, made very racist comments and had an even worst racist attitude. Seeing the other comments here makes me realize these people shouldn't be allowed to do business... Too bad it's basically an emergency truck stop so I did not have other options... STAY AWAY!!!

Avoid this place!!!Of you don't have any other options, INSIST for the price before anything done!511$ for 4gl of oil and 2 filters for Mack box truck.I asked twice for price before they start the service, but they avoided to tell, before they gave the bill.

I'm absolutely shocked with all the bad reviews because I had an amazing experience! Fastest PM service I've ever received! My experience was beyond a five star experience! The customer service was fantastic, the service was completed in a very timely manner and the price was extremely affordable!

It's not roadside assistance. These people who arrive 7 hours late and don't know how to change a wheel on a trailer. This message is addressed to those who worked on the night of February 15-16. This guy should be picking up trash on the side of the road! This is the maximum he can do. If you have the opportunity, stay away from speedco

Totally rubbish. Staff is rude. I confirm everything and they told me to come. When I drive 120 miles. They said oil change won t be done till tomorrow . And it s not Speedco. I wish I could give 5 stars.

This place is a ripoff. They charged way too much for an oil change for my truck and took half the day to do it. Do not recommend, even if you need air in your tires, I would not trust them to do a tire pass.

This is by far the worst Speedco truck ever. Horrible customer service. Everyone is slow and lazy. Needs management change and new employees definitely. They are so rude. Drivers don t stop here for anything i mean anything. You will be there waiting for so long it s not worth it. Unless you wanna take a 10hr break on the entrance. And they won t let you be in ur truck or anything. Horrible spot. Unbelievable, unprofessional. Shut it down Loves and Save the name.Service: Tires

Unlike all the other truck stops I ve had a re-torques done at over the years, the guy there was going to put at the bottom of a 7 hr waiting list rather than have someone come out and do the quick 5 min job.Avoid this place. No understanding of customer relations.

All professional drivers. Love truck stop good place to stop by. But the SPEEDco guys is sucks. Very POOR customer service. Angry, thinks that he owns the place,So slow. If we pay you then you get paid. Asked for his name so I could complain on him run away from me.Been checked in on line. Been waitingMore than 7 hours and somebody took me out of list. When I came back check when is my turn nobody could find my name. Then I went to manager to complain on this guys. She came and put me on first. Thanks to manager of Love s truck stop.

Fast service and great work. In and out within an hour. They cut the hanging metal off my trailer so it doesn't become a hazard.

Tried calling to see if it was possible to schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning since I have a flat tire across the street and i can tell they just keep putting me on hold without saying a word. I can hear them pick up the phone then put me on hold continuously. First time i ve dealt with them and already have a bad feeling about them without even being there physically.

This place needs to get it together. Checked in around 4, was told I would get in at about 2 hours. Go in at 630 and nobody knows what's going on. "We'll call you when we're ready for you." I just left screw it. Too busy standing around with their thumbs up their a**.

I'll give them 3 stars because they made me my wife and our 3 years old son who has autism get out of thetruck. Most places even the one at 77 in Pennsylvania don't make you get out.wife didn't help matters by getting mad.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
