This place needs a deep clean from the coffee island to the restrooms. There are bugs in the donut case constantly. You can see the sinks are never scrubbed as well as the cream dispenser and beveridge areas. Gross

I really hate to give them a poor rating but their toilets are always disgusting!!!! It s sad that Pilot has spent sooo much money remodeling and their employees can t even clean out the toilet! I said something to them about it the last time I was here! Guess what STILL NASTY! It s fkd up that I spend hundreds of dollars on fuel here but have to hold it to use the restroom across the street at Loves! The 2 stars is for the awesome Taco Bell and some of the workers with great customer service although they NEVER clean the toilets

An employee, I think her name was Tonya called a driver ordering pizza an idiot at around 8:05pm today. He wasn t even being rude, he just was having trouble telling her what he wanted. I ve never seen anybody do anything like that.

Store very short staffed. Diesel lane for fueling was beyond filthy. Most of parking lot for trucks is pay to park! Why pay and be treated to this?? Disappointing in this Pilot

I am traveling down south and stopped here to buy a coffee , twenty minutes later I got a fraud alert from my bank saying they charged my card $151.50.Wth Pilot ???? That s one expensive cup of coffee. Nice way to treat your customers by robbing them while on vacation.

I would give 5 stars but they have reserved PAID parking for truckers. Not as many as some places so that's a plus. We provide much of the business for these truck stops. Why should we also PAY to park with the tens of thousands each trucker pays on fuel and fuel taxes.Other than that this facility was great. Hot coffee, hot and cold tea, cold soft drinks at the fountain staging area. Nice scenery and a friendly staff. Quiet 10 hr break.The wifi for purchase is horrible here as it is at many truck stops. It cuts in and out.They have hot foods available also.

Showers and restroom were clean. Shower 8 did have issues the hot water would only work for like 2 seconds and you would hear it click and it turned to just warm water. It was on and off the whole shower. Probably the worst shower I've ever had at a Pilot. They are usually great. Other than that. Still a great place to stop. Restaurants were clean and employees were friendly and quick,even in the main store. Big parking lot with alot of spots to reserve. But it looks full tonight.

Worst Pilot of all , I'd rather run out of fuel on the side of the highway than see that unpleasant manager's face again. The place is dirty and neglected from the store to the bathrooms. The truth is that they do not deserve to carry the name of Pilot Flying J. Please do not think of eating in this scary place.

Gone to Heck .dirty and over crowded and now you can t trust those working registers. Clerk sold and handed wrong cigarette CARTON, and when my husband realized, manager said they wouldn t exchange for correct version of Brand receipt in hand etc. paid early for EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!

The fuel desk staff is on the ball, the company that does the laundry still sucks, changing dry time minutes between 5 and 6 minutes per quater talk about price gouging, half of the equipment not working and the up scale in cost. The maintenance guy , Shane, would rather stay on break with the girlfriend in stead of doing his job and have the truckers wait over an hour for shower. great job Shane, Over all pilot is failing the trucking community over greed.

The last 2 diesel pumps are painfully slow, hot chocolate machine is broken, ice machines are broken, they never restock the gojo in the women's restroom, the soda is flat in both the pilot itself and the subway, the only soda that I actually want is broken on the taco bell machine, the hot case is broken... the people are nice, though. Just about the only thing this place has going for it, really. Everything else is broken or always out. The only reason i come here is because the company wants me to fuel here

Nice, clean store with nice gas pumps. Only problem getting in and out of the parking lot was tricky due to all the tractor trailer traffic.

They got 4 people behind register when there is no one to be checked out. They got one person to clean showers. I Waited 30 mins for a dirty shower. No wonder why truckers are switching over to loves travel stop.

This is a great truck stopThere's a lot of trash everywhere but I don't blame them for truckers that have no respect they throw out their trash even if trash can is nearby it is just laziness and so unessary what is wrong with you that you do this I will never understand

Out of all the Pilots or flying J 's that I have gotten to shower at in this year or past years and I'VE been Trucking for 40+ yrs this one has gotten the worse shower's. If you exam the attached pictures, you'll see not only the lack of space , but wall seems coming apart from the ceiling to the floor. Not very well kept up. Needs a serious up grade, Oh the sink faucets both shifts from side to side when you try to turn on the water. It really looks like something in an abandoned building. I was fortunate not to be a very large person @5'10 because someone 6'3 or taller not to mention wide would have had a hell time trying to get into that shower stall. I just hope that if they going upgrade they need to hurry up. I'm not very particular but I thought this was ridiculous.

They give you a shower and when you get there turns to be that is busy and you have to wait again for another shower. Black hair old lady very unprofessional.

Clean shower for #8 but the pipes studder which scared me a couple times lol but over all 8s a pretty good pilot and i love that they had a light over the mirror

This place stole $302 from me at their pumps. Their pumps weren t working and never gave ANY indication they d gotten my card info, so I left to go across the street (MUCH better experience). I come to look at my credit card information and there are TWO $151 charges on my card. My car costs $25-40 to fill up. NOT happy.

Don't waste your time. Not enough pumps and the way the road is laid out it is impossible to get in and out of the parking lot due to trucks.

Love this location it's clean and they have really great deals on all kinds of things. Kymberly went above and beyond to provide great customer service she was extremely friendly, and made me feel valued and welcomed. Thank you so much.

Bit of a scam. Low gas prices but you have to prepay to get gas. Long lines of empty cars as people stand in line inside to pay. Not worth the inconvenience imo.

I always love stoping here they have everything somebody on the go could need especially for truckers they have all of the necessary living rooms for them, they have shower and laundry and let s not forget about the biggest parking for them, even though this place is great there is one thing the staff need to do better with and that s the bathrooms when I went in it was kinda bad but it wasn t the worst, but other than that the employees here are very nice and welcoming. Can t wait to come back the next time I m on the road.

Here's the highest praise you can give to a gas station: good prices.Seriously. This Pilot is in a gas oasis, opposite a Love's. Competition helps keep prices low.Beyond that, what can you say? Pumps work, window washing supplies are plentiful, easy access to and from I-81, and that wonderful Virginia sky. Oh, and the bathrooms are clean.I didn't notice whether there was free air pumps but I'd guess yes. It is a truck stop, after all, and us civilians in private cars benefit from that feature.

Flying J app states this location is RV friendly. There were no RV pumps and the regular pumps were extremely close to the building, making a turn difficult. There is much more room at the Loves across the street. (32 foot Class C motorhome and TOAD).

This location is extremely busy. But as busy as they are the staff is wonderful. This is probably one of the hardest working crew that I've seen in a pilot and they help you with a smile on their face.

Clean and organized. Bathrooms are always very clean. You can find anything you might need while on the road. Snacks, food like sandwiches, hot dogs, all variety of coffee including Dunkin Donuts. All kind of gadgets you might need to make your driving comfortable and kids.
