I'm customer 38 and I've been in that second position for 45 minutes.They can go an hour without even trying to clean out a bathroom, so the line grows quickly and it's only 11 AM. It's going to get much longer from here.A basic amenity for truckers away from home for weeks is the shower. It's a basic failure of service to have no one cleaning the showers in midday.

Waited all night for my lights to get checked and these guys are slow as hell. They drinking coffee talking and smoking cigarettes not doing no work. Have my truck in bay two hours one person working while 3 guys joking. Waste of time. Don t do it to yourself. Not worth the headache. Must be unions workers.

Stopped for a 10hrs and the store was well stocked, showers were pretty good. Great food they have a Arby s then their regular cold food and roller grills. It was very clean the employees were fast at getting you out the door l. Got fuel and no back ups or people parked in areas they aren t supposed to be in. The parking lot still heads spots at 2 am when I left I don t think it every gets completely full, which I unusual since the location. So overall I d give it 5 stars will definitely be back.

This a very clean and well stocked store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. The coffee area is clean and stocked. A little confusing about which side the cups and condiments are located. But this is an excellent place to stop.

This loves is not dog friendly at the shop. If you have dogs they require you to keep them out of the truck while they work on it. I don't want any mechanic in my truck that I don't authorize to be in my truck. Don't come here for repairs if you have pets. It's 30 degrees outside. 1 hour is too cold for both me and them outside.

We stopped in quickly for fuel and to run in for coffee and breakfast at Arby s. The store was clean and employees were super friendly. The one lady I dealt with and only one I saw working in Arby s was super nice and our food was hot and delicious. Will be our go to when in the area.

Doing 34 here this Love is great it s clean and staff are friendly. Parking do get full very fast tho if your not here by 5pm I d look for different place to park, but then again you could get lucky

Arrived at this loves at 3 pm on 11/12/23 and checked in to shower. Ended up waiting 2 hours, the longest wait time I ve had at a loves. Truckers don t get to shower as often as most so when we do shower it s important we get one asap especially since we re on a time crunch. When I could finally shower the bathroom was small but very clean, hot water was good.

Went into the shop for some work on my truck. Had it in the shop for 30 minutes and said it was done. Told them everything it was doing, said it was working fine. Still having the same exact problem with the truck. Will never use that facility for shop work or fueling. Worthless shop. Stay away from this shop at all costs, unless you enjoy throwing money away. Worthless, wannabe mechanics who should not be allowed to put air in a bicycle tire!!!!

I'm bobtailing, I spent 500+ in fuel/def took a shower & probably spent another $15 inside. While be thoughtful to my fellow driver and not take up an entire spot when I'm not attached to a trailer..I park on the car side all the way in the farthest corner spot..literally out the way..so u know 3hrs into my break I get a tap on the door being asked respectfully to move.(which I appreciated) ..most Loves have bobtail parking but they didn't & I personally don't like to "make spots" I'll come back, but only if I have to.

This is my second time coming here and again the store was clean great employees. The showers were hot and good pressure pretty clean. Didn t eat but the do have Arby s and roller grill and cold stuff as most loves do. Parking was great not all packed and bumber to bumber so that was good so 5 stars is what they get will definitely be back again.

The two ladies working the counter this morning were a hair away from a total freak out. You could feel the tension just hearing them speak to other people. They weren t there to help. They wanted you out of their way.The younger lady had a big attitude with a trucker trying to get a fax. I will say he was persistent as I m sure he needed what was being faxed but she was plain rude straight out the gate.I was there for a shower. Showers were perfect and clean. No issues there. Water was hot.

One my favorite love s . Clean showers, free parking and great customer service. Shopping there is expensive, but if you re a trucker looking to shower and free parking space, then this is the place.

Nice, well lit facility. Clean and inviting. Stopped in to return a defective item bought at a different location. The return process was smooth and trouble free. Just save your receipt and you can take back a defective product to any Love's in the country.

Very pleasant experience overall. Arby's had the friendliest clerk I have seen in a fast food establishment. Elena was so enthusiastic and happy. Laundry room was clean. Only 2 washers and dryers but that's all I needed. Shower room was roomy and clean.

Has to be one of the absolute worst loves we have ever stopped at. The staff all have major attitudes no one wants to help you in any way and they literally just stand around with their finger up their nose if you can push forward to another truck stop, or honestly even the pilot across the road I would highly suggest it. Save yourself the hassle from coming here!

Men's bathrooms dirtiest I've seen in years. Began driving my truck and still smelled the urine and urinal cakes on my boots. Had to stop down the road and wipe other people's waste off my boots and rewash my hands. Floor covered in urine, toilets covered in feces. "Construction bathroom trailers" didn't cut it for such a busy truck stop.

I stopped here to take a shower and wash my clothes and the shower was A1. Although, there was clearly a problem with the washing machine but the staff in place did everything in order for me the wash my clothes properly. I really appreciated their help today !

Loves is always a good choice. Unfortunately things get broke from idiots and it takes loves too long to fix. (shower pressure shower heads leaking out the side fuel pumps that dont work correctly or they pump slow.

Whole crew is good. But there's 1 lady in particular who is always working hard, and smiling at the same time EVERY TIME I come through. Her name is Leslie. She is always pleasant & smiles, taking out the trash. Hell, I don't smile taking out my own dang trash. If she is having a bad, we do not know it bc she is smiling...keeping a smile on our faces (knowing) we're missing home. When y'all stop by there, look for Leslie and say hi. I promise, her smile & attitude will make the stop worth it.

The best parking for any loves location, plenty of showers too. They do have laundry but it s hidden in the back area of the showers hallway to the right.

It's under construction. They are adding 70 new semi truck parking spaces. After they have completed the new lot, (word from one employee) they will soon after fill in the potholes in the present lot.The PARKING is always FREE at Loves Travel Stops. According to September 2018 Trucker News, they will remain a free parking system for truckers.They also have sh actual Blue USPS mailbox to send your mail.They have also put a healthier option on the fountain drinks. Vitamin water. It helps keep the weight off. It's nice to have another option for our trucker "diamond status" free drinks. Soda is good for the caffeine but also good for gaining those extra pounds. As a trucker always sitting in a seat... vitamins water can help get those pounds off instead of the soda option.

They do extra work that they don t notify you about, which you whine about on your receipt, very arrogant, not a conscientious mechanic, John , it s very sad that this happens at what seemed like a good gas station early on, it s sad

They changed the wrong tire ,I should have checked the work but I was pressed for time got to my dropped checked it tire still blown new tire right in front of it how they didn't see that blown tire I don't know.

Worst truck stop!On 25 Sept at about 09:00 AM, I request shower and I was the 3rd waiting. After a while no any progress. I decide to go check showers. There was at least 03 Showers empty and no one cleaning in order to feed drivers waiting up to 45 mn. I went to the desk to inform the agent, the manager was nearby rised her voice on me. This truck stop don't care about customers. They don't respect me by rising the voice on me. Drivers time is limited, counted by logbook and we have appointments too. OUR SHOWERS ARE ALREADY PAYED BY FUELING.IF WE NEED SHOWERS AND LIVING WITHOUT TAKING OUR SHOWERS DUE TO LONG WAITING CAUSED BY NO CLEANERS CLEANING SHOWERS IS THE SAME AS LIVING WITHOUT REFUND THE PAYED SHOWER.

Decent Loves, fuel line is tiny for two trucks if front pulled forward. Shower cleaner is slow,nobody in front of me, had to wait half an hour. Besides that pretty clean and friendly staff.

It Would be lovely if the line for the restroom would not be so big when 2 buses stop with a lot of travelers keep it moving lady s we got places to deliver it s not time to shop at a loves gas station
