To the best group of people I call family. This establishment is the best place if you want your prized possession to be taken care of with the utmost respect work done to it. I couldn't be happier at the amount of time, patience, work and dedication they all took in bringing my car to a place and time where it was the best and more. To all the guys and girls there, I thank you truly for all that you've done for me. Thank you is an understatement to everything that you've put in for me and others that trust our vehicles with you. If any others out there need work done to their vehicle's as well, this is the place to bring it, I can guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.

Have been here a few times for dyno work. Great group with tons of passion for unique projects! Very family feel and top notch work! Definitely give Mom a call and see if they can help your ride be more awesome!

I had my truck tuned by another tuner and after many many attempts I decided to go with another tuner. I brought my truck to Bad Company and instantly felt this was gonna be it. My truck had a lot of odd driveability issues. Mike and his team never gave up on it or me and got this thing RIGHT. I'm truly grateful for the efforts that went into getting my truck right. The friendships I have made there is a added bonus for sure! I will never take anything anywhere else after my experience. Not to mention the free hot dogs on hang out nights .

Mike and everybody at BCI are the best. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they care about your car like it was theirs. Do not hesitate to bring your ride here for some A+ treatment by the whole team.

I brought my 2017 camaro 6th gen to bad company in mid April for a front main seal oil leak. A friend and I dropped it off and had mike and another tech listen to it idle. They also looked around for the oil leak but said they would need to look at it more. I left it with them for 3 weeks. They come back and tell me I need to pull the front timing cover to fix the seal. I knew right away that wasnt right so I called a parts distributor and they told me their is a special tool. Next thing I know bad company comes back and says they fixed it without any special tool. Weird. Anyway was supposed to pick the car up Friday but had to wait until Monday. Next thing I know they wont answer the phone on Monday morning and they send me a text of a compression test. With number 8 cylinder being down on compression. I'm like what happened and I dont get any response. I go to pay and they say "they took it down to the stop sign". I take the car to national speed and they find that the catalytic converter is stopped up, has a bent rod, and 4 broke pistons. I send them an email documenting all the findings and they ghost me. I wouldnt take my lawnmower to this shop let alone a care. I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If anyone wants pictures or any proof let me know. I have everything.

Michael and the Bad Company is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car shop. The community and staff are some of the nicest and most welcoming people I have ever met. They fixed my vehicle in extremely short notice for free even while they were not open. Michael genuinely wanted to help us as we were stranded in the middle of a long trip. Bad Company is the definition of the go-to guys. The whole team have always been outstanding, easy to talk to and converse with, and always supporting the local community. I have seen them cleaning up their adopt-a-highway section of Richmond Road, which is beyond awesome, many times, keeping this area beautiful! Bad Company will always be my #1 recommendation, to anyone.

Brought in a car for them to tune and was unhappy with it initially. It wasn't because of them but because of things I didn't purchase because I didn't think that I would need them. They were quick to communicate, tell me what I needed to order, and were there to get it right. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Don't hesitate to bring your project to them, they'll get it right.

Mike and crew did an OUTSTANDING job diagnosing the lifter issues I was having and rebuilt the whole motor. Very pleased and with the build on my LS2 GTO and now runs better than ever. Thanks Bad Company!!!!!!

These were the kindest, most helpful, and genuine people. We were halfway to the beach and had a few hours left when our car started acting up. Called them right away and they were ready to assist. Offered us food and drinks to make sure we didn t leave empty handed. They helped us for free even when the shop was not even open. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!!Service: Transmission repair

This mechanic is the best! We had a sudden breakdown and came to their shop, while they were closed. They were more than happy to help us and super friendly towards us, even in the inconvenience we had! They knew the frustration I was feeling and were happy to help! I would recommend them! I just wanted everyone to know that I am very well pleased with bad company inc. The entire team is very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. June 3, 2019 is one year since my dad passed away. He left me his 2002 Camaro z28 and he always told me that he wanted the car fixed. Thanks to bad company inc, they achieved what he wanted. I am happy and emotional at the same time. I'm looking forward for stage 2 on the camaro. Thank you guys for everything that you do and keep striving for more. I love every person with the company and will tell everyone. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Michael and the bad company crew are top notch, great work from small modifications to full on builds and restorations these guys can do anything and everything under the sun. Have had my Ctsv there many times and always have had an excellent experience from drop off to pick up.

Was on our way to Williamsburg from Charlottesville had to stop by for a strange noise from my car and they were more than willing to help us! Amazing service from the best people around!!!
