They are a pretty good bunch of people. Shawn is the main one to talk to if you have a problem you don't know how to fix or are trying to figure out what the problem is. He's a former good Mechanic, and is quite knowledgeable. I talk to no one else and always get the right part with him.

I first off would just lile to thank the men that was working tonight .I didnt get his name but he was so sweet and helped me and my bf figure out what was wrong with our care and told us what to get. They where do friendly and nice . thank you we where truly grateful for your help. God bless . Highly recommend this place amazing and friendly service.

Bought a head light bulb for my truck and it absolutely would not fit and lock into place,they refused to let me return it!!!

Asked for a check engine light, and other advance stores let me use the scanner myself because of covid, they refused to let me use the scan tool or offer any assistance but the guy asked if I could come back later and he could help. He said it was because of corporate policy but that is a lie compare states to let customers use the scan tool themselves. I will never purchase from them again all my rewards are going in the trash!

Staff here are all knowledgeable and helpful. Could have sold me a battery I didn't need but they checked it instead and referred me to a mechanic because the battery was not the problem. They're so friendly there too. Highly recommend for your auto parts needs.

They have wonderful service. Anything you need they are more than willing to help! They also provide services like replacing your wipers...checking you car if a light comes on so you dont have to worry with the hassle of doing it yourself!

Prices are about the same u can find online plus u get it same day or next day at 8 a.m. Shannon at tazewells store is awesome super helpful knows what he is talking about

The store in tazewell va needs workers that know what they are talking about. Sold my husband and I wrong parts more then one time. I will never go back to that store again.
