I am new to my area and had a few choices. I called all the vendors and choose pep up because they had the most trained technicians to any other company in my area. They were excellent when they were getting the account. Setting up tanks and being so helpful.Since the tanks have been installed I have irregular deliveries. Even a delivery for 35 gals. Of course they still get their full delivery fees no matter how much they deliver.Then I was schedule for a delivery, I saw it via the website. The day came and went, no fuel. I went online to request a delivery as I was at 30 percent. It said I already had a ticket and wouldn t take my request.Then I called on the next business day. For two reasons really. One to make sure I knew that fuel would be delivered. And two, to understand the process. At this point I was two week beyond the open ticket for a delivery date. I wanted to understand how the process worked so I was aware and could avoid running out.I will quote this part. Me: if I see or out in a request for fuel online will it take two weeks or more to get the delivery! Pepup I don t really know, it s best you just call when you want fuel .The icing on the cake, is when I get the delivery, I go online to pay the bill. Now they want an extra 15.00 dollars to accept my money. Really. 15.00 to do nothing but have two banking institutes talk to each other.So. The end. I have monitor my tanks. I have to call to get my delivery, no matter what the online customer portal says. I can pay an additional 15.00 for the convience of giving them my money in an efficient way after I have done all this.Like I said I am new here but I am not new to dealing with vendors. And I can tel you they are taking advantage of each and everyone of their customers. It is very sad that a family business thinks so little of us, their customers. Do we not work hard for our money too. Do we not deserve actual service? What is to separate them from Amy other corporate America big company? Nothing I fear.

Great company! They set up new propane service to my historic home and installed the lines for my fireplace and kitchen range. They make appointments and show up to do the wk. Polite and informative.

Love pep up and been good for 6 years but the Tasley office lacks Good Customer Service inside!!! the one girl they have is hateful and very rude on the phone i enjoy the great customer service they have in Bellhaven office ladys are very Polite and are very helpful....
