I was a little skeptical when I pulled up to this place as I seen all these signs that said pretty much once you buy no return kind of like buy at your own risk which I get it it's a used tire shop however coming from a world with mechanics tire shops and a place of Body Works I am new to the area of Tappahannock and was in need of four decent tires so instead of going all the way back to Richmond decided to check these guys out boy was I in for a shock $50 a piece just for the tires 15.00 a tire for mounting so was worth giving it a try prices were a little bit High then what I am used to but beats going all the way back to Richmond right boy was I wrong first Tire he rolled out there was a nail actively stuck in it when my husband brought it up he said they're all going to be like that they're used tires but these were supposed to be the better end of what he had to offer the tread only had less than 25% of the life left I told my husband we would go back to Richmond Monday back to my normal shop family friendly area a set of four that was going to run me to 260 will only run me 140 and that's on the best end of used tires please guys if someone is not willing to back their work that is your first sign if you have to travel for Quality do it it's worth it this is your vehicle especially out here in the middle of nowhere I have three children and one that is disabled and medically homebound obviously this guy has no clue of that however he does not need to know it's just the idea of the reviews I have read and what if my kid would have been in the car and I had to deal with one of these nightmares some of these people have had need a good place to go Williamsburg Rd Tire Williamsburg Road Richmond Virginia you might end up equaling out in gas but it is worth it quality is what matters to meApril 13 2024!!!.....

Well 10/11/22 I took my dad to get tire at the the Tire Dr cost him 140.00 for two used tires so we could get his truck inspected. They put them on and before we could get home we were sitting on the side of the Road . The tire had come completely off the rim. Now we re out of the cost of tires and we had to be towed!

Got a flat and went to Tire Doctor, within 15 minutes they had me back on the road. Great place, Great Price and friendly service!

Been going here for 3years + and it s been amazing but I ve had the same car for the last 4+ oil changes and been getting charged $78, even have the receipts . Now today I get one and they charge me $90. I don t understand because the owner even charged $78 the first time. So I don t know where s $90 coming form for an oil change. Definitely my last time going here for anything. Definitely feel like he charges on how s he feeling that day.

Leaving Beth Page camp site, we had a blow out on 17. We came across The tire Doctor and were very pleased with their service. They were fantastic, we were in and out within 30 minutes.

Been going here for years. Owner an staff always friendly. New or used tires any size they got them , if not give him a day an they will have them for you. Just recently purchased 4 new tires an very satisfied. If your in the Tappahannock or Northern Neck area an need tires I highly recommend the Tire Doctor.

I visited Tire Doctor when I had tire troubles while visiting from Canada a few months ago, the owner went way out of his way to help me in a pinch, the staff were awesome to deal with. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received, however I did not get around to leaving a review at that time.Today the owner touched base with me to make sure I was still satisfied with the solution he provided me with. I am completely blown away. You Sir are doing something right!Thank you Tire Doc and team!

The guys at Tire Doctor ALWAYS get me right. They give honest advice of what it is you need done and are very quick with their service. No one does my brakes and oil changes but them

Came in on 8/6/22 bought 4 used tires, found a nail in one before they put it on, and saw the guy on the tire machine struggling with a leaking bead on another, he continued to put it on the car anyways and now I m stuck without a tire since it s no exchanges on used tires. I planned on setting them up with my company to do wholesale but with this terrible service they provide

We stopped here late on a Saturday, close to closing, with an emergency tire situation. Our in-laws truck had blown a tire on the way back from Virginia Beach and the spare was not going to make it back to Pennsylvania. Most other tire shops were already closed. Not only did they mount the tire, but they put it back on the truck and waited for us to co.e back from lunch. Yes...they told us it was okay to get something to eat while they worked even though it was close to closing. For those small kindnessess that allowed us to not only make it back home in the same day (instead of 2 days later), and with a bit more humanity, we are very, very grateful.

Love this place. I go there whenever I need tires. Great people. Easy to work with. Never had an issue and I've been going there for several years now. Highly recommend.

Bought a like new tire there Friday and it was leaking as soon as I pulled out and the guy said well you probably picked a nail up from down the road and I kinda of laughed but I said ok so they put a plug in right on the side wall and got home and woke up the next morning to go out of town and it was flat again so I ended up going to another tire shop and they found two nail holes with circles drawn around them including the one they put the plug in. A hundred dollars is hard to come by these day just to throw money away so I ended up buying a new tire at the tire shop I was at so I basically spent 315 to get a tire never again with them if there not going to back there product especially if the holes had already been marked

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt because a friend of mine said they had a good experience but the two times I went they sold me tires that blew out a week later. I don't recommend.

Poor customer services. Very rude. Used tires are no good. Had a knot on mine. It blew out within a week. NEVER AGAIN! Charges to use a debit card.

A+ service, well priced, always friendly.. my go-to shop.. and for those complaining about the debit card fee, it's par for the course in every business.. the DEBIT CARD company charges that fee, NOT the business.. why don't y'all learn something before bashing small businesses..

Don't got here they have horrible service and they definently don't do truck tires very small shop they have alot of dry rotted old tires but that's It went here a few weeks ago and my tire fell off in the street when I went back the owner said it was my fault and kept eating I wish you could give less than one star

Mechanic broke a stud on my car and then gave me barely usable tires for 133 dollar for 2 when I asked for brand new don't recommend their service I asked about what they were gonna do about my stud for my hub being broke owner said it's their policy and lied and said it was cross thread on before I know he lied because I over looked their work when the tires were off to check my brake pads is wasn't cross thread and if it was why try to put it back on not sure on everyone else but not a good first experience for me

NEVER AGAIN! WHO THE HELL SELLS SOMEONE AND ON TOP OF THAT PUTS ON A TIRE WITH A KNOT?! I NEARLY WRECKED SWERVING SO BAD FROM A BAD TIRE, & THERES ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SAMS USED TIRES ON AZALEA ALWAYS SENT ME OUT WITH ALMOST BRAND NEW TIRES. MUCH LOVE AND BE SAFE

This company has false advertising & they charge you to use your debit card. I wouldn't recommend them.
