We purchased our newest vehicle from an absolutely wonderful Salesman, Greg Higgins. He didn't rush us into making our decision as so many Auto Salespeople do. He was so good to work with. We highly recommend you ask for him when you visit Tappahannock Chevrolet. You won't regret it at all.

The finance manager was wonderful and helpful. He explain things made sure you understand. The service guy was helpful with helping me with my voucher and getting my car service. The sales lady was nice and knowledgeable of our deal on purchasing a new Silverado. I plan to tell my first to shop there

I have been thoroughly impressed and extremely pleased with Tappahannock Chevrolet. Just recently the rear brake light on my GMC Yukon went out. I got quotes of $400+ just for the part (entire housing had to be replaced). Tappahannock Chevrolet quoted just over $300 but with the warranty I purchased, it was $0. Woo-Hoo!From purchase to recalls to service, I have been completely satisfied with the excellent customer service, courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend Tappahannock Chevrolet!

Service Manager Was extremely unprofessional.I questioned a $99.00 diagnostic fee for some work I was planning on getting done and that most dealers waive this fee if your are actually getting the work done at the dealer. He got very defensive and said they always charge this fee on all service. I referenced a previous $1000 service I had done previously at same dealer that did not have that fee on the invoice. He became engaged and loudly yelled at the service advisor to just go ahead and wave the dam fee and stormed out of the office and never returned..Needless to say, I decided not to get the work done at this dealer that day.I would still like to get the work done on my car, Do you have any suggestions of another dealer in the area that will be more transparent, and professional ?
