Tire blowouts are stressful. Especially on a Friday evening when local tire shops are closed for the weekend. Fortunately, I was privileged to have Parker Towing Service respond for roadside assistance. Steve, the driver, is an amazing, thoughtful, and talented professional. The otherwise stressful situation was handled in a manner that far exceeded past occasions. Ashley, the dispatcher, was a ray of sunshine . She showed compassion and communicated with kindness. She took messages to ensure my safe arrival to my destination. Thanks to all!

This place absolutely sucks 3 months ago I call for a tow they give me a run around & waited until 11pm(5 hours) after calling to call back and say they can do it the next morning. Called again today told me they were 30 minutes out and then call back suppose to be here within 10 minutes and canceled the call on be bc they had a police call these people sicken me !! How do you call yourself a service?We will never be calling you back for anything !Currently left in the middle of nowhere thinking I can get a tow to get my tire changed b4 4pm & to tell me one thing then call back and do for someone else isn't good customer service either

Wife broke down during a storm. Parkers towed her to the mechanic in Tappahannock, and took her to Sheetz to wait for me, coming 3hrs away. Thank you

Travis Parker is amazing! I recommend him highly. He knows how to jump start a Prius! He is courteous, professional, timely and efficient. He was here within 15 min. of the call for a tow. Knew exactly where to go to jump my Prius in the trunk. It was charged and I started my car within 2 min.!!!We all need someone who knows what to do. (Note: I had another towing company this morning take over hour to get here, reading the owners manual, trying to open the back on the wrong side of the battery not knowing what he was doing who cancelled his order and was very, very rude- arguing with Toyota service, but I won't mention name. But to show the difference. My son said he was just mad he couldn't do it and took it out on me.)Anyway ... my insurance then called Parker Towing!!! So glad I got Travis, the owner!!! Keep his number...truly, you'll be treated with respect and knowledge!!Service: Battery service

There was a long wait for the driver, he had to tow another vehicle ahead of us that was about two hours away. However, the driver was friendly,. He provided excellent service.

Was in the area for schooling (which is hour away from home) stopped by grocery store on lunch break to only lock my phone wallet and keys in trunk!!! Pete came within 5 mins to assist recovering items and getting back on the road!! Extremely Fast, friendly, helpful and kind!! Keep up the great work will 1,000% recommend!! Even the employees at grocery store had all good things to say when they heard what company was coming!!!

A very difficult tow in my opinion. Picked it up with no problem and the tow truck driver new exactly how to operate efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do it because Parker Towing came out when we blew out a tire on Rte. 17 in the late afternoon which quickly became pitch black because of daylight savings time. Five of us were stranded by the side of the road. We are not from the area so we didn't have anyone to call. The driver Boonie (sp?) was friendly, professional and fast. Without going into a lot of detail, they went way above and beyond and their pricing was fair and reasonable. I would heartily recommend this business to anyone without a single concern. Thank you again to Parker Towing and your driver Boonie for taking a very scary situation and turning it into one where we could only feel tremendous gratitude.Service: Car towing

The tow truck drivers should use light bars when towing trucks so you can see when they stop almost hit the truck they where towing because they had no light bar on truck and they stopped real quick

Virginia law states that a police requested tow should not exceed $175.00 for the first hour. Parker towing charged me $375.00 for less than 1 hour tow. I would like to be refunded the $200.00 overcharge.
