I would recommend without hesitation! They did a great job, kept me informed, and got my vehicle back to me a week earlier than planned. They detailed my vehicle and it was literally cleaner than it was when I purchased it. I hope I don't need body work again but if I do, I'll go back to Joe Hudson's in Tappahannock, VA in a heartbeat!

If I could leave more stars I would ! I had my 2011 Nissan Altima fixed here. Lisa is absolutely the definition of what customer service is , she was nice , polite , helpful , all around just a nice person. My car looks brand new .They also vacuumed inside !

I wish I could leave no stars, but it won t let me. I personally had an extremely fraudulent experience. Please don t go here if you don t feel like having a headache and being lied to constantly. It took them over a month and half to replace a back glass and back door. Every time I called to check on their progress they had some different excuse. One time it was they were waiting on parts, waiting on my insurance company (even though I had emails that my insurance company reached out to them), one time a mechanic was out and no one could work on my vechile for at least a week, another time the parts weren t going on correctly, the lies never stopped. They tried to scam my insurance company, submitting duplicate supplements, unable to provide documentation of their work, etc. The worst part of this was that even though they finished my car, they essentially held it hostage and won t release it to me because they claimed they couldn t contact my insurance company (which again was lies, but that s their MO). My insurance company was waiting for them to do their job, which clearly they have no clue how to do. Had I not followed up with them constantly they would probably still have my car. I was also told by office staff that it was MY job to contact my insurance company and not theirs. The experience was terrible with everyone lying and keeping my car even after they finished it. They even submitted supplements to my insurance company even after the car was finished, fraudulent. Upon getting my car, they were rude, like it hurt me, but I didn t care. I called them on being fraudulent and having terrible business.

They went above and beyond here. The man doing the body work does such a phenomenal job. I have never seen anyone do better work. Definitely recommend.

Just say NO!! Save your self time, stress and headache by saying no to this place. If you like Joe Hudson collision i would recommend mechanicsville repair shop but NO to tappahannock.

Joe Hudson Collision Center repaired my steering column and back passenger window in my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen by a juvenile and they did a great job on the repairs. Thank you so very much!

The service was great The customer service was great. I appreciated the phone calls to keep me up to date I appreciate getting my car back and it was nice and clean and it's a great place to bring your car if you need to get it fixed.
