Everyone was super nice! Quick, easy and done. On a Saturday morning for that matter. Told me what I needed for my next oil change and they will take care of it while I m there. Super affordable!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Sure I got my oil changed and honestly it was quickly done, but the customer service was TERRIBLE. First you need to know your Valvoline coupons won't work here. They do offer "manager special" pricing though.Just to be clear, there was one person who made this experience horrible - an aggravated-looking chick with eyebrow piercings. The entire experience was this lady aggressively giving me orders, rolling her eyes, having a side bar conversation with her friend and just being straight up rude.So I pull up to the door, I can see the lady sitting behind the door looking very annoyed or aggravated. After sitting for a few minutes she finally opens the door and starts passive-aggressively motioning me into the bay.Before I even talk to them about what I want or need done - I CAN ALREADY HEAR THE OIL SPLASHING OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF MY CAR! Didnt explain pricing, options, etc - just "What chu want the basic, synthetic blend or whatever"Im just going to stop there. The cars running fine so they at least did the oil change properly. I dont appreciate the demeanor or tone I experienced while innthe shop. The cashier was OK but she spent more time than anything entering my handwritten information into her system. Didnt offer to check any filters, etc etc.So long story short I won't ever return. Love to see ladies breaking into industries that have historically left them out - and I can't say anything bad about the service performed because the cars is working as designed.But overall, eyebrow lady made me feel like I pulled up to her PERSONAL garage and said "Hey give me an oil change right now". Not spending money to be treated like that

We have been here numerous times to have my husband s truck serviced however this time the place had a really bad smell of pot.. you have to keep putting your window down to talk to the clerk and let them know things and to pay them.. I was gagging and felt sick the whole experience.. I can t believe a company would allow them to smoke inside the building where they are working.. it s inexcusable..

Came to the carwash to vacuum my car. The dial was positioned as you see in the photo below. Put the money in and it popped on for a second then stopped. Asked one of the guys and he called the lady over. She asked if it was on vacuum and I said "yes, like this" and she said "oh well try it again but it has to be in the middle" so my husband said " we already put our money in so we have to put more in?" And she said yes. The lines clearly point to vacuum. Yes, it is just a dollar, but it seems like a lot of places have just given up customer service altogether. We wash and vacuum our vehicles almost every week. They have lost a customer

Came and attempted to get an oil change. Has the doors closed and technician is sitting inside the shop playing with a phone at the stand. Hours listed says open until 6 PM but everything was closed by 4:45 PM. Attempted to call and phone goes straight to voicemail.

Went to get an oil change, workers were inasanely rude from the start and they were almost yelling at us for asking for the wrong oil. They gave us a checklist back saying they checked the wiper fluid, the brake fluid, and checked the tire pressure. When they didn t check anything. If I could leave a 0 star review I would, this is the WORST valvoline I have ever been to. I warn everyone to not even come close to this shop!! You WILL get ripped off!

My wife took my expedition there for an oil change and air filter. When she left, the check engine light came on. I brought it back to them amd was asked, by an extremely rude woman, "what do you want me to do about it? We didn't do nuthin to your truck." Turns out that the "mechanic" had ripped the wiring harness out of the connector in the airbox when he changed the air filter. It's now at the dealership for a $250 wiring repair. They will be getting this bill. Avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went to this shop to get an oil change, once I pulled up, I was given no clear instructions. I sat waiting to be let I to the bay, after some time a random lady signaled us. Once we were in the bay, we were asked "What you want?". Once I said oil change they basically whispered their orders than got annoyed I couldn't hear them. On the recipt they said they checked everything, but they checked nothing, and they didn't even show my the stick after they "changed the oil", which they didn't change, they just poured more in. I checked the stock later and found they had done nothing. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THESE RUDE less-than-amature SCAMMERS.

Went last year for oil change. I pull in, and other than them motioning to me to pop my hood, no other contact was made. No one spoke to me about prices, what service I requested, what type of oil or anything.They complete the change, but I don t see them check anything else including the filter. I don t even know if they changed it or not. They charged me 85 for it, but apparently, they didn t do anything on the checklist , including checking washer fluid or my wipers, nor tires.Because I wasn t told what was being put in my car, and the lack of explanation given, along with prices, I choose to go elsewhere now.

The owner/ employees were very pleasant, and to top it off the prices were also reasonable. I've been looking for a while now for an consistent repair shop who customer service not only drew me to them, but one who was greatly skilled in auto mechanics and heart truly showed the love of it's art. Im definitely I'm going back.

The technicians are friendly and truly provide efficient, professional service. When it comes to a quick oil change, this place has me in and out in a flash. One of the female technicians even took the time to show me some things about my maintenance tab in my car's dashboard. Best of all, I never drive off smelling oil burning off my engine!

I really had to take my hat off to these girls! It was at least 100 degrees in the garage and they genuinely cared about my car and me. They told me how to shut off the maintnance required button off and charged a rate way cheaper than express ! USE THEM!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent oil change service! You stay right in your car. It's a bit more pricey than a normal oil change but the nice lady gave me a coupon! Will return here for future oil changes.

The few times I've been here, I've noticed that they don't check most things like other oil change places. They have a standard checklist, that I saw on the receipt and they NEVER did any of those things the times I have been there. I didn't see anyone check my wiper blades, air filter, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, windshield fluid or tire pressure. The gentleman didn't even check the oil stick after he filled it, just closed my hood told me to start up and leave. What if I don't want conventional oil in my engine? They wouldn't know because they don't speak to you but that's what they put in my high mileage car. Out of all of the oil change places I've been to, in 3 different states, this is the first place that doesn't do the standard check list but will add it to the receipt as if they checked everything. Save your money and do your oil change yourself before you ever go to this place. Dude with the dreads was on his phone the hole time, when he could've been checking my tire pressure. They are not professional at all.

My husband took my 2021 Volkswagen atlas to this place for an oil change. He pulled up to the garage and a woman immediately comes out and tells him, "we don't have anything for your car", and walks away. What does this even mean? Was the oil out of stock or you don't carry it at all? I guess we'll never know. He said the whole staff looked like there had just been a problem and everyone looked mad like they had an attitude, so not sure if the oil was really not in stock or if they just didn't feel like working today. Very unprofessional.

I've been going here for 10 years. Now has new manager and staff. The staff asked me if I was going to tip them for my oil change. Then I was told they could not change my because they saw where oil had leaked out. We'll, I had all seals replaced so I knew it did not leak. I called the manager over and she said the staff was correct. Went back to my mechanic and there was no problem. Went to Grease Monkey. Excellent staff and management.

Went in for a oil change because I was in a time crunch and didn t have time to do it myself, first they didn t have the correct oil for my car, didn t have the correct oil filter and added coolant that s not supposed to go in my car and overfilled it, I didn t ask for coolant in the first place .so now I have to go back and fix all their mistakes before my engine overheats due to putting the wrong coolant, I d definitely give this place -5 stars if I could stay far away from them waste of $100Service: Oil change

Had to get an oil change because it's the only place available before I drive back to my home state. The female staff member is extremely rude, short-tempered and has an overall unpleasant attitude. I use Valvoline in my home state to get my oil changes, but I wouldn't recommend this one only because of the employee. Had coupon from valvoline, claimed they could not take it as they have their own website. They could only give me smaller discount. Insane do not go here.Service: Oil change

I would give a zero if possible! After having my oil changed my vehicle started leaking oil and they claimed it was because it was not cleaned after service. Oil was also still a muddy brown and they claimed it was from shield. We also said full synthetic and got regular oil and they wanted to charge me to fix it. The girl in their was very rude and unprofessional! Stay as far away as you can!

How dare this business purposely dismissed a mistake they made . And to a military person. They did not put my sons oil filter on correctly as he was coming home on leave, he had to seek out help on the side of the interstate on his way home on leave to Florida. He called twice called to the manager and she totally dismissed the issues he had, and did not even apologize. Thank god for another business not only stepping up to help him. But they didn't even charge him for a new filter and oil. Your corporate was contacted! Shame on you!

I come here all the time. It s much quicker and cheaper than Tread Quarters or anywhere else I ve been and they provide the same services with the oil change and fluid fill. It s quick and easy and they provide a service I Need. No issues here

I would give them a zero if I could, all they did was change the oil, on the receipt they claimed to have filled wiper fluid when I challenged they told me they were out, challenged them on checking transmission fluid receipt says full made him check it it was low ...ect cost me another $20.00 at O'Reilly's for fluids. I will not be going back.

First time using Valvoline Express Care and was blown away by the professional courtesy that met me before I closed the door to my vehicle! They changed the oil in my mom s car but they didn t even fill the oil halfway when they did so and charged her full price. She had to go to another place a week later and pay to get it changed again to fix this companies mistakes.

I was greeted immediately, directed to the first available bay and instructed throughout the service as to what they were doing, what I needed to do, any choices I should make, provided with all paperwork...and then out the bay's front in less than 20 minutes.
