Suffolk Alignment did an amazing job getting my new tires ordered and installed at a great price! Not only were they extremely helpful and great to work with, they got rid of a vibration I have had with my vehicle that 3 other shops could not figure out. You WILL NOT regret going to Suffolk Alignment!

I call on a Friday and made an appointed to get my serve engine code light code/ P 0131 oxygen senor fixed. Appointment was at 2 pm on Monday. They took my truck in about 10 minutes before 2 pm. Diagnosed my truck and gave me an estimate and replaced my oxygen senor in about an hour. Excellent and professional serve. I will take my truck there for all future repairs and serve. Great place for honest professional automobile repairs.

Great service. Needed cabin heater core replaced. Was expecting a over $500 charge. But they saved me over 25% lower. Plus very reasonable on oil change. Almost 1/2 what Jiffy Lube charges. And almost as fast!

Took my truck up here for a alignment that was all. Was told before any work had begun that the truck would need $750 of work done plus $100 for the alignment. Telling me I needed new front end parts. Now I m not sure about any of you but when you re doing an alignment the computer and lazers turn green when the truck is aligned, they took my truck in and out of the shop up and down the road and when they finally finished the alignment I was told the truck was pulling to the right and needed MORE work done to it keep in mind my truck was not acting up nor pulling at all prior to them messing with it needless to say I will never take my vehicle here again and they tried to jip me out of unnecessary money.

Discovered them a couple years ago. It always feel like neighbors who are helping me out. I have never felt like I was being overcharged or oversold. They always communicate what s going in with my vehicle and what/when to expect. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend them.

I took my tire up here to get a patch job from a nail in my tire. The tire was already off my car I just dropped it off. Fast forward a month and the same tire was still leaking air. Took it to a different tire shop and was informed they did an improper patch on my tire and completely RUINED my tire! The tire they ruined cost $450 for one tire to replace because of the type of tire. I didn t have that extra money at the time to fix their mistake so I had to spend the next 6 months dragging out a air compressor every 2 days to put air in my tire until I could finally afford it. All because they messed up a $18 patch job. I suspect it was so that I d come back and order a new tire from them now after reading through some of these reviews. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different business. I try my best to support local businesses when I can. Never again with this shop, nor would I recommend them out. I hope to save someone else the trouble they put me threw. I tried to get in contact with them but kept getting hung up on and finally gave up. My husband was on deployment and the added stress of this tire problem was just not worth it.

If you want to pay for work to be done to your car that isn't done and if you want to pick up your car after you've spent hundreds for it to be fixed and it has issues that it didn't have before, that's what you'll get at Suffolk Alignment.

I had to get my front end aligned and my car inspected. The service was very fast. I also had to get a serpentine belt. VERY reasonably priced!! Would definitely recommend Suffolk Alignment!!Updated 5/17/22: needed my front end aligned and an inspection. Again, the service was very fast! Very reasonably priced despite the troubles with the current economy. I highly recommend Suffolk Alignment!!

My first experience with Suffolk Alignment was awesome. They were more than pleasant, informative and professional. They gave me an estimate but said it could possibly be higher once they got in and checked it out. I gave them the okay to proceed. It ended up being much less. Top quality work. As I am clueless about cars it would have been so easy to charge the higher price and I'd never be the wiser. They could have easily ripped me off. These guys have integrity. I wouldn't dream of taking my car any where else!

I am so glad I have found this place! I wanted an easy in and out state inspection with no pressure to fix this or that (unnecessary work). In the last month I have brought both of my vehicles there (made an appointment for both) and was finished in less than an hour. They do all kinds of vehicle maintenance and repair and in the future I will take my cars there when they need work.Don't hesitate, give them a try!

These guys are the best, from the youngest mechanic to the parts writer and the manager! I have had my car worked on many times and they all have my complete trust that my best interest will be looked out for! They have always made sure I was happy.August 10, 2020, I lost power steering on my car. I took it to Suffolk Alignment to have it checked out because that has become where I take my car to be worked on for everything because of the very personal services and the quality service I get from the mechanic for the last several years. I talked with Gary, the owner, and Colin, the mechanic, about this problem. They knew that I had taken it to the dealership about this time last year for the same problem. They suggested for me to take it back to the dealer and get them to check it out because there might be an available warranty, otherwise it would be an expensive repair. How many shops would tell you that and possibly send work away? Colin advised me to not agree to anything, get an estimate and bring it back to him if no warranty was available. I did. We looked at what needed to be done based on his findings, discussed it, and I decided it was better for me to let Colin do the work. I was able to get more work done for less money. He took the time to take their estimate, break it down, explain it to me so I could understand it and told me what he could do for me. He always shows me, so I understand. Most people go to a dealer or a mechanic and your first thought that comes to mind is, am I being taken advantage of? In my opinion, Suffolk Alignment & Car Care is the best repair shop in the area, and Colin is an ASSET to this business! I have complete trust in Colin and Suffolk Alignment & Car Care, with any type of work! They have proven to me, they want and care about my business and the Colin even follows up on his work. That in itself is outstanding customer service! I recommend this business in every way possible based on my experiences with them. They are the best!

I made an appointment and was seen first thing in the morning. The people who work there were all very pleasant. I went in for only an alignment and tire balance. I was out within an hour. I have a lifted Jeep with larger tires. It rides better now than it did when I bought it. I'll be a customer for life and tell my neighbors about this too. Reasonably priced too!

I took my van in for state inspection and an oil change. The staff was very friendly and not the least but shady as you usually experience at other car service shops. They got the work done a lot faster than I had anticipated and were excellent at communicating status of my vehicle. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back in the future.

I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. A few months ago I had a broken spark plug and I paid Suffolk Alignment to replace all the plugs and wires. The past couple weeks my check engine light has been on so I had my personal mechanic test it and he said it was spark plugs causing the light. Upon further inspection he discovered that ONLY ONE plug and wire was new meaning they charged me to replace them all and ONLY REPLACED ONE. Needless to say I had to pay to replace them all over again. That is completely unacceptable and I will be spreading the word as well as never use Suffolk Alignment again. This is a shame because I trusted them and they were my shop of choice. Now I don't know where to take my car when my mechanic is unavailable or unequipped to fix an issue. They were also my mom's shop of choice and I will make sure she knows not to return.

They were fast and accurate. I took it in for an alignment. They shared with me that my struts on my passenger side are bent out. They alignmend it. I took it back home and on the way home I felt it was not spec. I called them back and they took right in no problem. And got it to perfection. These guys stand behind there work and I highly recommend.

The first time I took my truck in, I was very Happy with their work. The 2nd I took the truck in cost $800 and it has not worked right since. They say they didn't do it and now it's doing the same as before but they won't do anything without charging me again.

I had my car towed too them on Monday afternoon they replaced the starter and did a 3000 mile service. The car was ready to go on Wednesday. Great work, fair price I would definitely recommend this repair shop.

I stopped by on May 31, to do wheel alignment, 1st phone call I got they tell me that I have a wheel bearing broken needs replacement, I said ok. 30 minutes later they call me again for the 2nd time, that the other bearing should be replaced, I said ok, pick up the car steering wheel not straighten as I requested,Then they tell me I should change my suspension!!! I see where this is going.$$$$I asked for the wheel alignment adjustment print out, and they said they don't have a copy.!!!! That is odd NO report or print out of something you just did???!!!A. Did Suffolk Alignment did or didn't do the job that I paid for??!!B. Steering wheel was not straighten as I requested...Honesty, and trustworthy shop is very important for a new client looking for a great mechanic.June 8 return to the shop, redo alignment because the service technician stated that it was not saved on the computer, and they will do the job again !!!!! Total ticket $529.

I'm very happy with the work they had done for me. They even work on my 2007 mercedes gl. They call me to give update on my car and price before they state the work. I would recommend them to anyone that need there car repaired or serviced. Thank Gary.

Bought tires, I knew my car had problems so I had them give me an estimate. They did, we oked it and payed for it. Then they called and said we didn't pay for everything. We told them that we paid what they estimated and they forgave the rest. Will use them again! Yes a little more expensive, but if they are paying their workers fairly that's better than using a chain store that doesn't pay their workers well.

Do not take your car here!!!! AAA recommended them to fix a water pump and they declined the work as it was "too hard" and while my car was on the property my plates were stolen as well. They noticed my plates were missing and had other reports of missing plates but failed to call me and let me know that mine were gone simply stating "we assumed it came in without plates". This is not how a business should be run by any means. Save yourself the trouble and have your car taken somewhere else. If i could give 0 starts i would!
