I have a 98 k1500, which mostly has the original paint on it. Red at that. The body and paint work was very good. Color matched up well. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday evening, and picked it up the following Friday. Tommy said it should be done in that time, 5 days, and it was. Highly recommend these people.

They put used parts on your vehicle, if you see a car like yours getting repaired. I would reschedule because they can't get part so they'll take it off somebody else car or yours. Or get it from the junk yard without making sure it works. They want their money up front, knowing they can't get the part.

I was given the royal treatment every time I went by there. I had questions and they had the answers. And they were very happy to see me and answered any questions I had. The head of the collision department and the secretary were tops.

Bought a beat up 2011 Ram. Trying to make it look decent. Brought it to Starr Collision 3 times for various repairs. Nothing but great service and great results. Highly recommend this place. Price always good; service was quick.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

First off this isn t a BASH review . It s totally base off my experience! The paint work is ok but when they assembled my car back together it was like they was rushing cause they did install gall my clap s on my front end and my engine guard was sagging underneath my car My finder liner s was installed right and all my clap s wasn t installed either!! Then I had to take my car back to them cause my car was over heating, mind you my car went to them cause I had front end damage in the first place!!! I had to stay on them about my wheels being aligned!!! After all that my car was ready for me to pick it up and my radio screen didn t work(black screen) which it worked perfectly before they picked it up!!! Long Story Short I m stuck trying to find a factory radio that cost $1000 used!!! This whole event have been totally stressful and I wouldn t recommend them too NOBODY!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a 9:30 appointment and was told it would take about an hour. The technician didn't even start until I had already been waiting 1.5 hours (and I had to remind them I was waiting). In the end it only took 5 minutes, so I don't know if it was rushed and done poorly or if they're just terrible at time management. Very disrespectful of customer time, do not recommend.

Just picked up my 2013 Dodge Dart. Wonderful job. Took longer than anticipated, but that was due to insurance company ordering wrong parts. I would highly recommend them for any collision repair. Linda and Matt were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Starr motors is an outstanding shop. We were traveling through Suffolk and had some car issues and the employees at Starr went above and beyond to help get us safely back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone and wish we lived in Suffolk so we could go more ourselves. Thanks for amazing work, advice and friendly attitudes!

Had to get my vehicle estimated for repairs due to an insurance claim. I had told 2 seperate office workers NOT to begin Any repairs until I was given an Estimated cost. These guys planned on doing the repairs without even talking to me. Who would even initiate the process of making repairs without even consulting the OWNER of the vehicle?? I feel they ignored me in order to get the repairs done before I was able to cancel. Very shady. They only stopped the process after I called the insurance company who give me my estimate because this company would not. NOT RECOMMENDED.

If your insurance company recommends this place Run! Your car or truck will be considered be a total loss because of their over inflated price estimates it will exceed the 75% value of your vehicle allowed by law. You've been warned!

Didn't put all the parts back on. Didn't fix scratches on the hood from accident, they waxed them so it just looks good until I picked it up.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had my truck repaired at thier collision center ...... they had internal issues but all in all between service and collision center they did an awesome job
