Spent a long time looking for a decent shop that sells and services Gravely mowers. After many phone hours with Todd, I settled on Roger Fowler's business. Price was fair and they walked me through running my new ZT HD 60 inch mower. Brand is great but I don't know how their service will be. I will update. Folks seemed nice enough and it was a fair deal with no pushy sales talk. Will update if things go southUpdate 7/2/23 - Well service after the sale is excellent so increasing to 5 stars. Came in for a problem (that was an act of God) that disabled the mower. Todd's crew had me up and running in under 2 hours even though it was a busy time before July 4th. Also was able to throw in the 25 hour service at a fairer price than it would have cost me for just the parts! Good company and great people so far. Thanks again!

I went to see a tractor and i was amazed how polite the people were. Todd was so informative on all the questions i had asked. Although i was unable to buy one at this time after being approved unfortunately i had to fix my truck first. However i highly recommend this company i will be coming back. Stay tuned

I had such a pleasant experience at Mr. Fowler's. I truly wish I had gone there sooner. I got a nice car for a fair price and no hidden jive. Just straight forward, exceptional customer service. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 's I certainly would.

Bought my new Branson tractor from Todd and his staff. I was thrilled with their expertise, ease of purchase and they delivered. Todd even showed me how to run everything on it. If you want to be treated like family whether it's a new purchase or service go see Fowler's Tractor. They sell Gravely mowers and UTVs too. If you have a farm or grass and you need equipment go see them first.

I recently had taken my car to roger(it s where I bought it from...) because I was having issues with it running hot and a sensor coming on. I get the car back and not even 24 hours the car is saying it s running hot, so I call roger before I get it towed again and tell him to call before he fixes whatever was wrong.. I just paid a $500 bill for the first fix! He fixed it so he says, thermostat(that I had a lifetime warranty on and he didn t call me) another $300.. I picked my car up 2/28/18. About mid March early April I noticed that my car had oil everywhere under the hood.. thought maybe they didn t clean it up after he worked on it, so I clean it up. 5/2/18 go get my oil change... oil is everywhere! I call to speak with roger and he not only wouldn t get in the phone but never called me back.. He is a rip-off

Staff is very friendly, and when we had conflicting opinions on who was responsible for cost of repairs they were willing to negotiate and split costs. I've had multiple dealings with the staff and they have all been positive and very helpful. Plus service turn around time is best in the area.

Took my mower there for repair. I was billed with a new replacement electronic clutch. Clutch installed was used, wires had been spliced. They can NOT be trusted.

Todd is a non pushy smooth soft talking salesman. He will sell you a good running tractor someone else traded in without apparently checking anything on it before dumping it on a new customer. After a close inspection, tractor looked like it just changed hands from a previous owner to you, not sure oil and filter change or anything you would expect a dealer goes thru had been done before selling a machine. He will barely show you how to operate the tractor, then you're on your own. Some Zerk grease valves do not take grease for the old grease dried out and the fittings are blocked. Customer service is slow at best. Not every one is a tractor mechanic, I'm learning basic maintenance as I go and the hard way. The loan company he uses, DLL likes to milk it. With Jenny, his wife, who apparently does the book work for the business, it feels like you have to walk on eggshells. To sum it up, I would NOT purchase anything else from this business.

Mr. Fowler, A great dealership and salesman. I've purchase 3 vehicles from the dealership.He has made sure the vehicles was what i wanted. And he made sure ,I was pleased with the vehicle performance and price. Fowler's Auto is a great business. But he (Mr. Fowler is a Friend) Trustworthy and Genuine.

Todd got my two mowers in today for some upkeep maintenance. Ron did an outstanding job on my mowers. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend getting your Gravley mowers serviced at Roger Fowlers.

The best place to purchase a used vehicle. Honest, helpful and friendly service from a local family owned business. They will stand behind their products to make sure customers are satisfied. Our family has purchased several vehicles from them over the years and have never been disappointed.

Best place ever to buy a mower. They treat you great even after your purchase. Bought ours 3 years ago...still running great and the service is outstanding. Will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

NOT HAPPY! They were called to tow my car out of a ditch. The tow was fine. I was not given a receipt. I had to go to the office to get a receipt. I was given a generic re ript that is not acceptable to the insurance company to submit for reimbursement do I went back. The man wrote a receipt with the company information and made a very poor copy for me. I wanted the original which he would not give me because the copy under the original was torn out. I should have received the original and the company kept the copy.

I bought a van from the Fowlers with The suggestion of my boyfriend. I owned the van seven months before it was diagnosed with a burnt valve. A Twenty five hundred dollar repair! The Fowlers told me to bring it back up there and they would fix it cheaper then the dealership. When we brought it up there they called my boyfriend and told him they weren t going to fix it to come pick it up. And now two months later it needs a alternator. I wouldn t suggest buying anything from them because they don t stand behind what they say. And if their mechanic checked it out before they sold it to me he should have noticed the miss in the cylinder. Don t trust them!
