When I got there my first interaction with josh was pleasant enough. That quickly turned sour. Whom I believe the person actually changing my tire quickly tried to coax me into giving him a tip. I m going to get you right in and bump this guy out because he s not going to tip was what was mentioned to me. After sitting for roughly 40 mins they come out to tell me the tire they had; had a hole in it that was unrepairable. So they put the old one back on as I thought what was happening; thirty minutes later I try to get someone s attention and josh mutters under his breath it s a used tire what do you expect . I cannot see what they are doing then I pay and they drive the vehicle around front. I then learn they had stripped a lug nut. I go back in to inform them and they start saying stuff in the back about it as I could over hear them. More or less mocking me. Out front he said it was somebody else. Either way this may not be somewhere anyone would want to go if they have this type of attitude. Outside they say my other lugs were stripped as well and they were clearly not. Josh turned pretty quick as my concern grew. If this was his business I m sure he would have been more customer oriented. Unfortunately I don t feel safe driving on this and will need to have it addressed somewhere else. I hope this helps somebody.

Lost my business after today Josh was disrespectful got four new tires and alignment they told me I needed all lug nuts last week (paid) felt the car shaking around 50-60mph a few days later brought the car back this morning he said the wheels were out of balanced then he said the lugs are shot I told him u just changed them then he said it might be the studs shockingly how I had to remind him about the lugs he called me about a week earlier rudely stating he not putting the wheels back on after replacing the tires bc those lugs were bad then he stated my vehicle is old and they prolly never replaced the studs anyways in which I know my vehicle and stay on top of all issues ! All my vehicles were serviced there but after having multiple issues with them today was my last service bc the disrespect I received as a paying customer and him knowing I m a disabled veteran was completely uncalled for!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Josh is absolutely the best tire man to go see for alignments engine work and tire mounting and balancing he's Very friendly and quick to get your services met. I use this place every alignment and tire replacement I need done.

Josh and his coworkers provided top notch work on my vehicles. They were prompt and provided updates on the progress. I really appreciate this team. This is excellent reflection on Randy. It makes me feel very good knowing that I have quality service in my community and excellent workmanship and don't have to travel outside the community to find great people and service. I was looking for a car mechanic to fix overheating issues on a Saturday. I went there, they replaced the waterpump and timing belt. I had overheating issues immediately after, took it back, they said it was a sensor and they replaced the thermostat for free . STILL had overheating issues so I took it to a different mechanic and they told me I had no thermostat and that my head gasket was blown in retrospect I believe I may have had a blown head gasket from the start and they may have put a quick slime repair in the head gasket but I do not know this for certain, I just have my suspicions. Best I can say is they are sloppy and don t do what they say they do. Worst I can guess is they are shady and charge people to do things to cars that are done for. I ended up selling the car, since the cost to replace the head gasket would total the car. All in all, terrible experience, I would not recommend Ridetime to anyone.

I took a car over from my shop to get a inspection they said the vehicle needed suspension work I cleaned the area and took it back and they pass it....lol it's something not right

Had front end(steering. Tierod)work done had few concerns. That were taken care of ..all in all way better than Big Al's and planning on bringing mother n laws f150 next

Took my Jeep in for annual state inspection. Inspector was kinda out of sorts. Bad attitude and not very customer friendly. Other staff were nice
