I came here twice in one week. The first time I was met by an employee and was told that the business was closed for the day. The business was scheduled to close at 5:00 and it was around 4:30 when I arrived. I asked him multiple times if he could do a tire swap, NOTHING major. He refused and said that they were closed for the day. I called the business and the nice woman who answered the phone informed me that they were NOT closed and that I could come back. The same guy who lied to me the first time also lied again today he said that they didn t have my tire size or anything relatively close it. So i decided to call the business again due to him previous lies being told. He then came to the car with more than one option for a tire and that just upset me even more because he lied once again. THEN i spent 40 minutes standing outside for a tire swap while they stood around and did nothing. POOR service but great quality tires.

Such a great experience!! Will and his team were more than helpful and the prices are great! They definitely took care of me. Would go here again and again for any tire needs!

I had a flat tire at home. They came quickly. The cost was very reasonable. I have AAA; however, AAA will only change the tire. My spare was not on a rim. Quality Tires took care of everything. I was back on the road in minutes.

Can t thank them enough for A1 Top Notch Dependable Service. They went above and beyond on short notice. They literally showed up with 40 mins and had me back on the road in less than 20-30 mins.

They didn't have the tires I was looking for, so they pointed me in the right direction to get them and bring them back so they could mount and balance them. Great prices and service

bought a used tire from these guys not even a month ago. it went flat not even a few weeks later. turns out it was over 20 years old. wouldnt recommend

Open till 6pm (most close at 5), just minutes from the interstate, staff is courteous and lightning fast. They had my tire on the rim and balanced in minutes, on a busy afternoon.Also, they are not "cash only", which most tire places are. Cash or card can be used to carry out your transaction.Good place, good people.

Fast friendly service and it only cost $20 unlike other tire places in the area that wanted $60-80 just to put a tire on the rim. Definitely go here

Great people and quality tires. I came from Smithfield to get a tire because of the good reviews and they actually had the tire I needed. They did joke about how bad of shape my tire was in but I deserved it. All in good fun. Very affordable and friendly.

Pleasant customer service and staff. I got what I needed with no problems and Lamar got me back on the road quickly. I would recommend them to others. I got 2 new tires at an affordable price and they came out to my rescue. Also, the wait time wasn t too long. I would recommend this company to anyone. They also have affordable car cleaning service.

Great businessLove that a black owned business tends to and cares for its community. I can't find anyone to beat their prices. Even when an issue arose they kept me rolling. Additionally, only place in town I know where you can get 24's for 50 dollars each. A God sent

My daughter bought me two tires for Christmas. I showed up after work around 4:00pm and was on my way home in less than 30 minutes. I recommend them to anyone looking for great, friendly service!

Customer Service was excellent and the workers were polite (Washington Street location).However, the car wash which is owned by the same person that is located on Main Street needs to replace the entire staff. They were extremely RUDE!! Even the lady working inside. She never got off her phone the entire time I was standing there to be assisted. If you wish to have your car hand-washed, please do not take it to the Main Street location. Also, the man who was in charge of this location REFUSED to honor a promise of "free wash" on my next visit because of a botched job three weeks ago.

A mess I won t ever buy a tire from here I took the tire back up there the next day they didn t do anything now I m broke down and couldn t make it home after I bought tires this is absurd

Late review went there about two weeks ago. I had a nail in my tire. Was helped by Lamar, he did the job so quick that I didn't even realize he was done. Thankful for him also checking my other tires pressure to make sure they was at the appropriate levels.

I have a 1963 ford with 195/75R14 and it use to be any tire shop had them in stock, however I called just about every tire shop around and everyone had to special order them,to my surprise Quality Tires and Auto Care had them IN STOCK. Kieran and they guys were GREAT, they got me in and out quick fast and in a hurry. I will DEFINITELY return whenever I have any tire issues. Thanks guys!!

I use them for my personal vehicle needs on a regular basis. But recently, the company vehicle had a flat tire!! I called and someone came to our office in less than 30 minutes to resolve the issue. Always professional and always on right on time. Highly recommended!

Was putting air in my tire 3 times a week, finally took it to be serviced at the dealership where I purchased it from, just for them to keep my car for 8 hours and tell me nothing was wrong with my tire. Left the dealership and had to immediately put air in my tire! Took my car to Quality Tires and Brandon told me I had not 1 but 2 holes! That was Friday, by now I would have had to put air in my tires at least twice this week. Thanks to your worker for prompt service, my tire is now fixed! Thank you

The customer service is outstanding. Prices are affordable and they accommodates all of your needs not just for tires, car wash as well and they come to you if need be. They are fast..dependable and precise. I couldn't ask for better service and there name speaks for itself Quality Tires...best Quality Service :-)

Excellent customer service they had my tire in stock they said anytime ready when you are they had my van ready to go had to be less than 15 mins I wasn't there long at all and I'm a horrible driver they even guided me out ...thanks guys!!!

I went there yesterday and right away the employees were helpful and genuine. I told them I needed two tires. He gave me a price and started right away. I got there at 12:45pm and was out by 1:30 pm. And that was with the consultation, labor, and me checking out! Being black owned was the plus! Thanks again and I will be back if I need any more tires!!!!

The name speaks for itself ! Quality service, quality tires at a reasonable price, quality customer service as well! Let s not mention I decided to get my car washed to compliment my new tires and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and patience they took to make sure I was pleased ... I will be a repeat customer. GREAT TEAM GUYS

I'm just sorry I hadn't found this place sooner. If you need tires rotated, tires replaced or tires fixed then you need to go here. You're in and out in minutes and there's almost no wait time.
