Omg best service ever. All of the associates were kind and helpful. Tim however was the goose who laid the golden eggs very kind his demeanor was excellent. I will be back. I got antifreeze and was putting it into my van. I guess he saw me and wanted to help and that he did. Thanks guys. BLESSINGS!

The clerks were friendly & very helpful! After I told them I needed wiper blades and the best that that you have! He pulled The blades & installed them on my SUV! I sprayed the windshield & turned the wipers on they did just fine! NAPA personnel were great!!!

The one guy that was helping me behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I saw some of his coworkers belittle him in front of customers. He asked a coworker that was in the back working on computer for help and that person acted like he was irritated that he asked for help. I just didn't like the way that employee was being treated.

The location on pruden/ Godwin is the best. Anytime that I need help Scott and the other staff members are always so nice and I always get a greeting!! My preferred auto parts store, just on service alone.

I love this NAPA auto parts. You can tell that the guys working here are very passionate about thier work. They are very knowledgeable & thier customer service skills are amazing. This is my favorite auto parts store.

Needed a rear wiper blade, and Walmart didn't have it, but NAPA did. Only $1.50 more than Walmart would have been and the parts guy put it on for me. So now I'm ready for the rain again.

Went to get two parts a strap and a hanger of course they didn't have the strap they had the hanger, NO Low profile Jack in a auto parts store.!!!!!

2001 Toyota Tacoma inner tierod only place that had part with adjuster Nut ..old one nut ( in short) wouldn't thread to new.But they did have one ..no one else
