They are very nice people. I will update when I get my car backUpdate:Super nice people. They did a great job on my car and always willing to help on any questions I have. I could not be happier.If you have any damages on your car and you need work done this is a place to go.

Update: Temps have warmed up and now the paint is bubbling... I highly recommend you do not have this shop do any work on your vehicle. All the pics posted are "after" photos.-------I do not know how this place has such high reviews. The communication is terrible. You call and leave several messages but nobody calls you back. The time to completion on the work is bad, and the quality of work is sub-par. In my case, the work was incomplete. They re-used damaged parts on an insurance claim job. Additionally, incorrect replacement parts were used. When I was told they would reach out to the insurance company to get an adjustment for correct parts, it was apparent they did not because the incorrect parts were used. This was frustrating because I was told they would contact the insurance company to get the correct parts authorized before starting the work.Then, I kept calling them and my insurance company to get the issue resolved. The insurance company called them and told them to submit an adjustment. After I called the shop weekly for two months, leaving messages for the mechanic, I decided it wasn't worth the frustration. During this time, I was contacted once and told they were busy and they'd get around to it. To top it off, the wrap job they did bubbles when the temperature drops...When I gave them many opportunities to fix the poor and incorrect work, I was blown off each time. After several months, I decided to cut my losses because it wasn't worth the frustration. This is the worst vehicle repair experience I ever had. Do not take your vehicle here. You'll get poor communication, incomplete work, and more frustration than you should have to deal with.A positive note - The lady that works the desk and answers the phone is very nice. So is the manager/owner - if you ever get a chance to talk to him.

Repeat customer always do a good job. Sometimes have a wait to get my car in because they are busy. Probably wouldn't want to go to a shop that wasn't busy.

I had my truck in this shop on November 14. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, or the service I received. Barry made me feel comfortable that they would take care of my Nissan Frontier so that no one could tell it had ever been damaged. They literally went above and beyond. While I never hope to have to come back to an auto body shop, if I do, I won't hesitate to use them again.

This was the second time I have taken my car to Nansemond Auto Body shop for repair. They were very efficient, gave me an estimate of about 6 work days to complete the body work and actually completed it in 4 days and washed and detailed it inside as well as outside, and there was no interior damage. The detailer even buffed my headlights and got off all the glazing.

Last week of July I was in an accident with my 2009 Dodge Charger. I had substantial damage on the driver side of the vehicle. Nansemond Auto Body did the repair. They gave me estimate to have the work done by 8/14. Deborah, whom stayed in contact with me on status throughout the process was terrific. She went out of her way to make sure my vehicle was done on-time. The quality of work, including the paint job was excellent. The vehicle looks and rides as good as it ever has. My roomate had a 76 custom corvette go in. He had a lot of damage from an accident and he preached about how good they were to him. meeting all his requests and custom needs.I put my motorcycle down and cracked part of the front assembly. I took it over there just to get an opinion and the owner helped me out tremendously, he never asked for a dime and never acted like he was too important to spend his time talking to me. I compensated him BECAUSE he didnt ask for anything. They are busy because they are all good people. Its family run and operated and it shows through the service!
