The actual work was okay. But the communication from the office is nonexistent. When I dropped my car off I was asked if I wanted to receive updates by text. I said yes and she wrote my number down to make sure she had it. They had my car for 3 weeks and I never received a text nor a phone call. After one week I called them and she said my car will be ready Friday. Friday came and went. And I heard nothing from them. I finally called on Tuesday and she said the paint machine was down and they got behind and it should be ready Friday. Again Friday came and went and I hear nothing. Again on Tuesday I called them and they said it should be ready on Friday. AGAIN Friday came and went and I heard NOTHING from them. So I called on Monday morning because my rental car insurance had run out. I said I'm calling to make sure that my car will be ready today. The lady on the phone said "your car is ready." Not one time did they call me in 3 weeks not even to let me know it was ready. I used to only go to Mike Duman for collision repair and paint jobs. But this lack of communication may have changed that.

I took my car here following an accident. Before the accident my car ran perfectly fine. I waited three months to get my car back only for it to make a noise that it didn t make before or after the accident. When I took the car back to have them fix the noise I was told the noise was from normal wear and tear and they were not responsible for fixing the car. Oddly enough the normal wear and tear they are referring to is from where rain water got on engine parts and rusted up and my hood had to be replaced. It seems they removed my hood, left it uncovered in the rain for who knows how long out of the three months they had it, then claim it s not their fault my car is making the noise it s now making. Mayor of Suffolk your people need to do better and take responsibility for what they did and fix itService: Auto body & trim repair

I accidentally scratch my new BMW X2 backing out of the garage. I was mortified and super upset. I went to the Mike Duman Collision Center in Suffolk, VA to get an estimate to fix it. Brian came out, looked at it, went back in and came out with some magical stuff that buffed the entire area clean. You could not even tell that I had scratched it. He is awesome!!!! This dealership is awesome too!!!!

I am writing this review to say thank you to the personnel at the collision center. My mother is 78 and sometimes has a hard time understanding what she s being told. Cindy at the desk was so sweet to her and had the manager Bryan come out and explain to her so she would understand. Thank you so much for your patience. They have worked on three of my vehicles about four different times and each time was a great experience. They pay attention to detail and and are quick to correct mistakes made in a timely manner. They are very professional and do excellent work. They are the only body shop I recommend and I live in NC.

I could not be any happier with the results of having my car repaired at this collision shop. I have been to others that were not as friendly and efficient. Repaired side view mirror without connecting the electric. Then stated the mirror was inoperable when repaired. Mirror was working when knocked completely off in accident. Your job is to fix it, how can you determine if it was working. Then requested an additional insurance claim to fix it right. Complete rip off. Angelo Scott is a superb professional salesman at his finest. My experience with Mike Duman started in 2004 with my first vehicle purchase from a dealer and will forever be my go to dealer. Mike Duman and his staff are not your typical dealers who smell you pulling into the parking lot and follow you around. The staff is fabulous when it comes to letting you browse the isles. We met Angelo 2 years ago when I was in the market for a new car. Needless to say with the excellent deals and customer loyalty we drove off the lot that day with two Chrysler 3oo s. Due to promotions at work and wanting to upgrade we came back to visit Angelo. After test driving what I thought was my new dream car and realizing it was not what I was looking for, Angelo put his knowledge of cars and my wants to work and suggested the Lexus RX 350. When he pulled the car up front with the A/C blowing he told me to take my time and to be back before closing time. Needless to say we got back about an hour before closing to make the deal. There are not too many dealers who will put in the long hours and stay after closing to seal the deal on a Saturday afternoon ensuring everything was taken care of before I had to fly out of town on Monday morning. If you pass up a purchase from Angelo and Mike Duman you will be kicking yourself in the rear in the near future. Once again, Angelo Scott, thank you for your suggestion and professional service.!

I drive 2 hrs 2 go here when some1 has creamed my car bcuz Jim ia THE BEST Painter, Bruce is BEYOND Wonderful in taking care of my car & me & the staff are just great!! Car rental place is only 3 bldgs down also!!

I've been dealing with this rental service for at least 15years. They are efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, never had a problem with a vehicle or service. I have recommended many a person to them.

The worst experience ever. It took me a month to get my car repaired when I was quoted two weeks. I had to constantly call for updates and when they did finally answer the phone I receive several empty promises on when I d hear back or when the repairs would actually be done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOW BUDGET COMPANY.
