Bobby and Kayla are very easy to deal with. I was on the fence about what color I wanted to paint my car. Bobby customized a paint just for me and painted different samples for me to chose from. He made the whole process easy and stress free.

Bobby, Kayla, and the whole crew at this facility are truly amazing! They gave me a full estimate on the spot with no appointment, and were able to get me on the books to drop the car off shortly thereafter. They provided excellent communication and customer service from start to finish. Not to mention, they were extremely resourceful in finding parts that were needed for the car, and went well out of their way to do so. They did a very good job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services. :)

WOW! Let s just start with that comment!! We ve had several simple repairs performed by Bobby and his crew on our 98 Honda Accord, which led us to have great confidence in this Team s ability to provide great, affordable paint services for automobiles. We brought in our 03 Tahoe and Man oh Man , they delivered! Bobby repainted the entire truck, treated all our black molding and replaced the rear bumper. And my sons truck has been reborn!! I ll let the viewers be the judge, the pictures will speak for themselves. Just look at the reflections and deep beauty in the paint job. I would strongly recommend anyone that wants auto painting services to bring your car or truck to Bobby. He will treat you right. Just give him time to work his magic!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service, great paint and repair job and amazing turn around time! Bobby and Kayla were fantastic. I took my Jeep Cherokee there for an accident repair and they were able to get me right in, handled all the insurance estimates and repair costs and had my jeep back in no time. It was so quick, easy and they really took the time out to make sure everything was done and hassle free on my end. My vehicle looks brand new and I will be taking my son's vehicle there to get a new paint job as well. I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys so much! 5/5!!

MAACO in Suffolk Has absolutely great customer service. My seat belt was trapped in the driver's side and no one including AAA could get it out and the guy there got it out about 6 seconds and didn't charge me anything. I will definitely be returning her in the future. For any work on my car that is needed.

Customer service (Mr. Jerry) I will give him 5 stars. The work done not so much. I was told 7 days, they had the car for 10 days. When I went to pick it up, the trim around the doors had not been touched and the roof needed to be redone. I waited roughly 7 more days and this time the door trim that was gloss black had been painted a flat black. Nevertheless; there are scratches around the back (driver side) light and what looks like a build up of paint in certain areas. The hood and roof looks 100% better from when I dropped it off (due to fading). Note: they offer to fix it but I would have to wait 30 days before I could get it repainted and once I drop off the car it would be a 3/4 weeks turnaround period. New pictures recently added 11Sep23

I wish I could give Macco 10 stars!!!! Sadly for me all my cars had some type of repair done. The great news is that it was done at Macao off of Bridge RD. Bobby, Kayla and his team have never disappointed. I am truly grateful for all they have supported me through with all my vehicles GO see Bobby he does awesome work.

After having them do my wife's Jeep I decided to take my 1987 F150 over to get the much needed paint job, and body work. Bobby was even able to give us a discount due to being a repeat customer. Absolutely loved how it turned out. They called during the process to let me know about some issues that came up due to the body work that they were doing to it. Gave me the options, and even give me a great deal on it all! Bobby cares so much about all his work he called on his vacation to let us know the status of stuff, and stayed WAY after hours to get it done on time. Trust them with any vehicle I have. By far the best customer serivce and highly quality of work I've seen come from a body shop. Attached are some before and after photos of my truck.

We bought a really cheap, old, beat up golf cart and wanted to restore it. After doing all of the mechanical stuff ourselves, we realized that the body repairs needed were way too extensive for anything we could handle. I called a few golf cart places who all refused to work on it because of the age and condition. I took it to a different Maaco, and was given an estimate, and then took it to the Maaco on Bridge Road for an estimate. The estimate was more than $300 less and I was told "It won't look brand new, but it will look much better". We went ahead and agreed to have the painting done, and picked it up yesterday. It looks 100% brand new....I have no idea how in the world they made it look as good as they did, but we are beyond thrilled. Our neighbors thought we got a new golf cart. Before and after pictures below....we are extremely satisfied and would absolutely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update February 14, 2024: Bobby sought out to rectify the previous situation. The paint job was completely redone and looks better than the first time. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. I now move my rating to 5 stars as promised. Be blessed.March 2023If I could give zero stars I would. They deal with you beautifully up until they have your vehicle. Once you are obligated to do business with them, you are no longer extended good business courtesy. We dropped off my moms White Hyandai Sonata on March 13th and was told 2 weeks for estimated completion. They were supposed to have all the chipped paint repaired, rust, and even some bumper repairs done. No door jambs needed due to keeping the same color. To make this long story short. They took 3.5 weeks while avoiding my calls and failed to return them. The paint is now extremely dull and looks as though every finger that has ever touched it is now permanently marked all over this white vehicle. After complaining and seeking help from another Maaco we were told that we are experiencing "Dye Back" in less than 6mths time. We contacted corporate who in turn told us that we have to deal with the Bridge Rd. location because all the Maacos are independently owned (I wish I knew that before hand) but they all have the same guarantee (in which I did know of) so that location has to address the concern. Well like I said, they are not answering EVER, I think they may have my numbers blocked. So what do we do now? I am trying to give them an opportunity to fix this properly and voluntarily. This needs to be rectified ASAP!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stay away from this place. They do the absolute bare minimum work to get by. If you scratch just below the surface you'll find they're absolute frauds. I signed up for them to paint and install a new fender on my VW and paint the bumper and hood to match. I supplied the fender and a complete hardware kit (from the VW dealership). Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done on Thursday. I got a call Thursday morning letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. I showed up at 1pm to pick it up. It was out front with the key in the door lock. The inner fender was not attached, a piece of the inner fender was missing, and they had broken the side skirt trim trying to bend it out of the way to do the fender work instead of removing it as you're supposed to do. I went inside and pointed out the issues. I was told that the lady at the desk was in error and it was not done and they still needed to do a few things. I waited for an hour while they pulled it back in and worked on it further. I was then told it was ready again. I crawled under it and saw several fasteners on the fender liner and side skirt trim missing. I pointed it out and they again spent time working on it. After this everything looked good so I paid (almost $1000) and left. I didn't get 10 miles before the belly pan fell off and scraped against the pavement because they forgot to reattach that too. It was destroyed, but I was headed to the VW dealership anyway for an alignment. The dealership lined up my car and sold me another belly pan for $150. Maaco said they would only refund $90 of my money because that was their cost on the belly pan. I went home and took the bumper off completely only to find that they broke 3 out of 4 clips on the grille and only installed half the hardware that holds the fender on underneath the fender liner. Never again will I use Maaco. This place is an absolute joke. Stay away.

If you're thinking about having your vehicle painted, take it here! We brought in our 2000 Jeep Wrangler with mismatched doors, chipped paint, faded hard top and trim, and lots of little things loose or broken. We wanted to spruce it up a bit, and have the doors match the body. They did a fantastic job, the jeep looks brand new! They even fixed the little annoying broken things inside the car. The color is awesome, I can't stop admiring how great it looks. Thank you Bobby Gerry and your amazing crew, you are the best!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came by the Bridge Road location for an estimate on what appeared to be paint damage from transfer. Their power was out and the person who does the estimates had stepped away. So the gentleman, Taco, was still willing to look at my vehicle and then asked one of his guys, Trace, to buff it out. It was an AMAZING RESULT!!!! What looked like a costly repair was corrected in a few minutes. They were so Awesome to do this even with their power out (buffer was battery operated)! So friendly, so efficient and very accommodating. I came in frustrated and disappointed in humanity (someone apparently damaged my vehicle and didn't stay to take credit) and this experience turned my whole day around. I left grateful and very appreciative that there are still people who care enough to go the extra distance to help another person and happy to do it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You will definitely get my future business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm not big on giving reviews but I had to do for this one. I am so happy that I saw this Maaco shop ! My first experience was with Bobby and it was an extremely pleasant experience, even after when I had to go back and explain my financial concerns, he worked with me and was extremely accomodating ! Now my experience picking up my car after the work was done. Far exceeding my expectations ! The person that worked on my car, Paul (Taco) ( nickname) did a superb job, looks like I just brought a new car. Any work that needs to be done on your car, people, come here, you won't be disappointed.Service: Painting

Maaco on Bridgeroad. The paint job on our car was good. Repairs on our truck doors and tailgate latch needed rework. I drove up there several times because at one point, after a while I could not get anyone on the phone, and their answering service person said they would relay the message, but no one called me back. Even during the day, no one was picking up the phone. That part really disappointed me. Like we were being blown off, deliberately being avoided. Especially since we already paid, and I wasted gas going back and forth about the items that needed rework. Asking my neighbor to pick me when each time I dropped it off was a headache. Needless to say. I gave up. The door still doesn't close.
