Had an appointment for 11:00am for an oil change, with me waiting for the vehicle. Two hours after I dropped off the car, I check on the status. They haven t even STARTED it yet. Wasn t even pulled into a bay. Not the first time it s happened, either. They keep blaming the scheduling department, but never make changes for the scheduling department they re following standards the dealership has laid out. They also never top off fluids even when I ask them to and am willing to pay additional for that service. Had to find antifreeze on my own.

WORST place ever to go they are so messy .. had a appointment had my car there a week in advance I call to check on my car they haven t even touch my car so I ask what s the hold up they going inform me the have a 30 - 90 grace period to diagnose the car so why you don t tell a person this when they booking a appointment you never know what situation a person is in not to mention I told them I was coming to get me my car they to don t touch it and put my key back where they got it from it s my car my key do what I ask u didn t do ur part as a service center the less u can do is put my stuff back where it was

So unprofessional and rude !!! We had a problem and instead of any kind of apology , understanding or even professionalism we just got antagonizing emails from Steven and arguments.no communication , no honesty .Things happen but antagonizing emails and arguing like that is beyond tacky

Don't waste your money or time here like I did. Spent over 400 dollars was told I had a residual oil leak and needed to replace valve gasket. Did that. Still leaking oil. Took it back 2 more times. Now they say I need to replace the engine for $4000. These mechanics obviously don't know and will tell you anything to make me go away now. Service providers in sales too.... just say whatever to get money and still problem not fixed. Just go to kia southern service instead in greenbrier. 25 mins away.

I had a great experience with the First Team Kia Service Dept today, had my first oil change since buying my car there earlier this year. Ryan Davidson was very helpful, professional, and provided accurate information. I was in and out at the expected time frame and a comfortable set up in the lobby while I waited. I have always had great service here. Taryn is very nice, super helpful and HONEST!! That is the most important attribute in auto service along with solid work. My daughter went in for some service and she took the time to speak with me over the phone when I had a question and explained everything to my daughter so she could understand. No communication on parts, computer system down for weeks. Still haven't got the parts needed. Not able to provide update on status either
