This is the only place I take my car for routine service. They are the best! Oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. I usually drop and come pick it back up, but they are always on time! Very friendly, and will not try and "get one over" on you. They are honest, helpful, timely and cost effective. Would rate more stars if I could!

Been here about 4 times, once for an oil change, 2x (and most recently for inspection) and once for a diagnostic check. They re great if a bit pricey but unlike other mainstream mechanics, you re not forced into anything and all the techs are knowledgeable and friendly. They value your time and Lee at the front desk makes you feel like you re the only customer there when you re talking to him. Honestly the customer service is great. They re transparent and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This is the place we take our car to for basic routine maintenance on our vehicle. Mechanics are great and professional. Lee handles the front with ease. He makes sure that any questions or concerns are answered and never makes any decisions about your vehicle without having a discussion first.

Awesome and detailed service at the Harbour View location. Technicians immediately took care of oil change, tires balancing and rotation less than 1.5 hours. Lee s, customer service was outstanding and he explained potential issues to be aware of with estimate before leaving. Great experience!!!! Thanks!!Satisfied Customer

Lee was such a wonderful man who helped my husband and I get both our blue Chevrolet cars inspected. The process was simple and efficient. They did an excellent job and told us in detail what needed to be done. I highly recommend this place. I normally go there for my oil changes and they always do an excellent job. The staff was very courteous and professional. My car was on the lift within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Lee got the preliminary paperwork done quickly. Paul checked out the suspension on my Jeep and took time to review his findings, recommendations, and my options. Got my alignment issues figured out quickly. Lee had told me the pricing beforehand, and there were no surprises. I was totally satisfied with my experience and can recommend them with confidence.

Just moved to the area and ran across the shop. Made an appt and inspection was on time and fast. Failed the inspection but I fixed the problem came back and the re inspection was quick for a walk in. Staff is cool and Que was very helpful at the front desk. While I was there I was checked on to make sure I was being helped while I waited. They move fast and very efficiently. I would recommend this place for any car needs.

Lee, the front desk manager and the team was superlative. I made a scheduling mistake and Lee fixed it so I could drop my truck off at 0900 and I picked it up at Close of Business and fixed my error for me! I am grateful for their professionalism and customer service oriented attitude and that s why both my wife and I choose Express Oil Change over anyone else in Hampton Roads! Thank you for caring, doing great work, and making it easy to keep our vehicles serviceable!

Lee provides unparalleled and unsurpassed customer service. He is the kind of guy everyone wants on their team.I have taken my vehicles here many times now and every single time, the customer service has been phenomenal. It is the main reason I keep going back. Other reasons - reasonable pricing, efficient and quality work, they provide updates on the status of the work, and clean waiting room.

Exceptional customer service from Lee! He was very thorough and explained, in detail, everything that needed to be done on our son s car. We were pleased with the quality of work done on the vehicle. They keep their word regarding timeframe of services and they provided recommendations for items that may be a nuisance in the future without any pressure for additional service. This is one of Suffolks best kept secrets!

I get all of my vehicles oil changes here, but I recently learned they also do state inspections and like the oil changes I was able to get in and out. I m always impressed with the quality of service I receive. The people here are professional and efficient. I was helped by Lee and I must say his customer service is exemplary. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of oil changes, state inspections, or any car repair.

I made an appointment and came in for a state inspection. Mind you, my car is older, but it runs perfectly good still. They tried telling me i needed a bunch of work done.. $1000 worth. Stuff like my battery was too big for my car, and other stuff that does not even pertain to the safety inspection. I ended up going somewhere else and my car was passed with flying colors. Nice try though.

Jameel was exceptional today! Best customer service! I was stressing about my car making it until my scheduled oil change at my regular dealership, but express oil change was fast and easy. I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. Definitely coming here from now on.

Came in for an appointment for a state inspection. They took my vehicle right in and completed it completely and thoroughly. Realized it is a full service garage, so I will most likely get additional service down here when the need arises.

We have taken all three of our vehicles to Express Oil based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The staff is very professional and friendly everything we have been. Our cars have had everything from oil changes to suspension work. We have found their pricing to be fair, quality of the work, and quickness to be on point. We always have contact with Lee, and he always provides exceptional service. Always makes sure to call with updates when extensive work is being done and explains all work very well. We always recommend Express Oil to our friends.

I came here because of a recommendation from my daughter. She raved about the service. She was absolutely right ! I received top notch service from Jameel! He checked my wipers which I knew needed changing. What I didn't know was that they were on sale! I love a sale!! Gladys was also pleasant as she checked me in. I will definitely come back here for future oil changes! I'm leaving here very happy !

Express oil change and tire engineers were a lifesaver! My cars tire pressure light came on and I thought I had a leak or hole in my tire. I brought it in to express oil and Lee was able to get the hole patched and me back on the road in an hour. Lee was very helpful and had great customer service. Will be using this place again if needed!

First time getting a state inspection after I moved to the Chesapeake/Portsmouth/Suffolk area and they were very professional and respectful. I stayed while I waited and it wasn t as long as I expected. They were efficient and had good reasonable prices for what I needed fixed. Will definitely come back.

Excellent service! Lee got me right on my Lexus and helped me plan out other needed repairs over the next few weeks after doing the initial tune-up. All at a great price too! Would definitely recommend

"Okay, hold onto your seat belts because this review is about to take you on a wild ride! So, I rolled into Express Oil Change without an appointment because my car decided it was the perfect time to throw a tantrum. But guess what? They welcomed me with open arms and had me back on the road faster than you can say 'turbocharged.' Not only did they change my oil quicker than I can finish a cup of coffee, but they also left my windshield so clean, I swear I could see into the future! And let's talk about that multi-point safety inspection they checked everything from my lights to my horn, turning my car into a safety fortress on wheels. Now, my ride feels like it's gliding on a cloud, and I'm pretty sure I heard angels singing as I drove away. Express Oil Change, you've earned every star in the galaxy!"

It was my first experience at Express Oil Change. My first thoughts based on past experiences with places like this was that they were going to be overpriced and try to stick me up for more products and services. It was just the opposite, the service was friendly and courteous with minimal wait time. My oil change was performed my Que. Que was very courteous and professional! Sitting in my vehicle allowed me to see exactly how the service was being performed. I was 100% satisfied with my service and extremely impressed with my service technician s performance, great job Que!!

I come here often for my oil changes but it was my first time ever having to go inside for a tire rotation and Lee was so professional and kind. He listened to my concern, gave me some brief knowledge on what the issue might ve been and assured me that they would still take a look at my vehicle which they were able to fix. Thank you to the technicians also for always being so helpful!

What an exceptional experience. This was my first time coming here and the wait was short. Jameel was my mechanic and he was excellent. He gave great service, didn t try to oversell me on anything, and showed me everything he was changing (air filter, oil level, etc). I like that they inspect everything before you leave as well. Overall excellent. I will return!
