The customer service at Duke Collision is amazing. They keep you posted on progress every step of the way. The ladies in the office went above and beyond to help with my problems. Great place to do business with!

They got a ticket in my vehicle running a red light on March 8th. while test driving it on Lake Prince and Pruden, now I have to get forms notarized and mail them in to the city or appear in court to try and set this right.The work on the vehicle was good, paint work was excellent.

This dealership presented everything negative that you may have heard or might ever hear about a vehicle dealership. I purchased a vehicle and upon return (days later after it was supposed to be ready) to pick up the vehicle, there were a lot of extra miles on the vehicle, there were valuable items/equipment missing, and the vehicles exterior was damaged. The leadership and owner of the dealership were unwilling to resolve the issue s. forced to call police and seek legal help. I would advise anyone to wait and find any other dealership/business before going to Duke in Suffolk.

Everyone was very pleasant and kept me informed every step of the way on my vehicle. They answered any questions I had. As well as my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and clean. Thank you for all your hard work .

If I could rate more than 5 Stars, I most definitely would! I needed my vehicle towed in to start the estimate/repair process and all of my insurance s in network shops were months out - Once Duke was contacted by my claims rep, they reached out immediately & had my vehicle picked up the same day. Wonderful customer service! Their tow truck driver was extremely nice as well & professional, he even helped me unload my belongings from my car! I highly recommend doing business with Duke Collision Center!

It took 8 days longer to finish my truck and also the paint did not match underneath my hood even though they kept it longer. The majority of the work was pretty good but I feel that if you keep it longer. You should do an extra better job to satisfy your customer.This is my 1st experience with them at Duke collision and I won't go back.Service: Body & Trim

They were amazing with the repairs on my car. I have a 2021 Honda Accord and my accident was a Deer on Route 460. Let's just say Leah in the office called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and it was a relief I did not have to call them to wonder about my car. I would recommend them to everybody. Duke collision center was recommended by our insurance Agency and I m very glad they were! They kept us informed every step of the way with personal NOT Automated calls. They welcomed our questions and the work was outstanding! The customer service sets this place apart. The ladies there that I've encountered are absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful.I was there to get a side mirror replaced. The process was quick, easy and fairly priced. The end result was a perfect match to the one that they had to replace. You can see no difference between the original one and the one they put on.I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done to their car and you want to feel comfortable and confident about the work you're receiving. You won't be disappointed.

First let me say, I came to Duke Collision for a 8 car accident I was involved in. Over the years with as much driving as I do, I tend to go through cars pretty quickly. With that being said, accidents and or animals running out in front of me happens more often. I have used many collision shops over the years to get my car fixed but never once, untill I took my car to Duke Collision, have I had it right on the first time of inspecting to car to get it back. Wow, the work they do there is my far the best I have had from a collision shop. Not only was my car done right the first time, they called me every tuesday and thursday to let me know the status, as well as the customer service in that place was great. Duke collision was the only good part of the accident. They worked with my insurance company to relieve some of the headache I was going through in the process. Statefarm had me running all over the place and calling me constantly and blaming me on the accident. I highly recommend using Duke Collision for all of your body shop needs. Used as a preferred provider for USAA accident claim. We were the vehicle was hit -- other driver/vehicle was at fault. The office staff is very good, kind and helpful. If it was not for them I would have rated Duke as a 1 star. However, the body shop itself does poor quality of work. They failed to match paint color. There is a slight difference but very noticeable in paint color of the new lift gate panel that was replace to the rest of the car. Additionally there are paint drips on corners that were not taken care of properly. The latch for the lift gate does not fully work properly. There is a rattle in the back of the vehicle that was not there before the accident that was not addressed. In general our vehicle was not restored to the status it was prior to the collision to our satisfaction. While the office staff is great and their other services might be good but I do not recommend their body shop --- especially their paint shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was satisfied with the Shop s work but more impressed with their customer service. Particularly , Ms Christy Brinkley, whom was friendly and informative on the front end. Sent me a copy of the initial estimate to keep me informed and in the loop. She answered questions and really represented Duke Olds well. Duke Collision was recommended for repairs to my 2014 Acura MDX. I have been nothing short of disgusted with the service. First the body work repairs were done in a not timely manner. It took over 3 weeks. Upon receipt of my vehicle it was evident my car had been driven and used; it was driven over a quarter tank of gas (43miles) which is unacceptable given the current gas prices. Secondly, my door locks were functional when the vehicle was dropped off but not when picked up. Third my alarm system was disengaged while fixing the locks and now doesn t work. My car (as of this post) is back at the collision repair shop for repair of alarm system. The lack of communication and slow service is unacceptable. It has now been almost 2mos since my initial encounter and to date I do NOT have my vehicle in working order. Each time it is RETURNED with a new issue that was not there prior to.The customer service is friendly but that fact is overshadowed by the poor repair service.Perhaps this is a one in a million bad luck situation but I will NOT utilize this shop again nor will I recommend anyone!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Because of COVID-19, like everywhere these days it took longer than usual getting parts in to make repairs, but I was called almost weekly given updates as to the expect date of parts coming in as well as expected date of repairs. The manager even went an extra mile for me using left over paint to cover a chip in my paint that wasn t on the section of body repairs were made. I highly recommend their service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car ready for a week and did not contact me which caused me to lose a day of vacation. Did not fix all damages to car before returning it to me. When parts were ordered, it was over a month before my car went back for the second time to be fixed. Also, had the parts for over a week before I was contacted. Poor quality work on repairs to paint. I will not use Duke Collison again for repairs to my vehicle. Employees were rude to me when the mistakes were clearly their fault.Service: Body & Trim

This is the second time I have hit a deer, and it's the second time Dukes Collision has fixed it. The work always comes out great. I originally gave 5, but dropping to 1. The repair was terrible. They were supposed to repair minor damage to a bumper accessory. It seems like all they did was glue it back on. This repair job didn't last a year and the piece is dragging the ground, unable to drive the vehicle.

After my car was tackled by a large deer, the passenger side of my RAV4 looked like a scuffed, wrinkled piece of aluminium siding. Thanks to DUKE COLLISION, my car now looks brand new. They've had my vehicle for over 6 weeks. They are supposed to provide at minimum weekly updates...I get nothing. When I manage to get something its different than what they told my insurance rep. The lack of communication is insane. As for quality of work I cant say until I get my vehicle back. Once that happens, then I will update my review
