Knowledgeable, gets you in and out quickly (took only 30mins for my tires to be changed), they were very accommodating, and all in all a great experience at this location. They called ahead to let me know the tires may not come in in time for my appointment and didn't wait until the day of to tell me, as well as, gave me several options to get tires that would be there in time, went through what the difference in price would be and so on. They are priced well and 10/10 recommend this over the Newport news location who was much less professional.

I was very surprised at the hospitality, cleanliness, and organization. Everyone was very young but extremely professional. It was close to closing and they still answered the phone or accepted people in the door without seeming annoyed in the slightest. Even though they close at 6, they knew they would be there until late finishing up cars and they were more than willing. I was highly impressed and would recommend this location

I called in a panic over a flat tire 10 minutes before the store closed for the evening. They were polite and friendly and made me feel so much better! I went ahead and made an appointment for the following morning, arrived when they opened and had 2 new tires installed within an hour. They were INCREDIBLE and if the tires are as good as their service, it is a WIN!!!

By far the best tire store Ive even been to. I was shocked at how clean everything was. The staff is professional and honest. They are also clean and not walking around with dirty hands. The prices are nice and affordable. I love it here. They complete work pretty fast as well.

Outstanding service, will use them for all tire needs moving forward. Purchased my new tires online, best price I could find anywhere - even best tire rack. Pulled up before my scheduled appt time, was greeted in the parking lot. Handed over my keys and told it would be about an hour they lied it was 45 minutes!! Very professional and easy process. Can t recommend enough.

We had a shredded tire on our camper trailer in the middle of a highway . The sheriffs deputies were excellent and saved the day !They helped us get back on the road with the spare and then discount tire had exactly what we needed and were quick to hello us get on the road again ! Shout out to the tow truck driver too he was very nice !

Very professional. The problem was that they weren't able to balance a tire because they couldn't get a screw out of the hub cover it was frozen in the rim. That was fine, but they also striped the screw so I had to drill it out. They said bring it back anytime, and they'll take care of the tire after I get the hub cover off. They got me out of a bind. The tire and service were very fairly priced.

Little annoyed the other day. Saw a car roll up after I had already waited an hour for my car to go back. Then that car gets thrown on the lift and serviced before mine. I was casually talking to the owner of the car and found out he had no appointment and was getting the same work done as me. It's a tire shop so it's kind of whatever, but don't be surprised if you see cars roll in and get work finished before yours is even touched. If they had an appointment, OK. Also, you guys forgot to put one of my valve stem caps back on. Might seem like no big deal but moisture gets to that valve core, it can cause problems doe the road. Had I noticed it before getting home, I'm sure they would have thrown one on but I shouldn't have to. Probably go to another box store next time I need anything.Side note...... The service writer employees in the front were super friendly though.

I scheduled an appointment and waited 2 hours, just for the work I scheduled to be completed, not being done. None of my tires were rotated, the air pressure wasn t checked, and 3 were still over inflated, and the one that was repaired was under inflated. The one tire they repaired, they scratched the rim and left plug glue all over the tire. When I informed the office that my tires were not rotated they said I could come back but didn t know if they would be able to get to my car. I waited 2 hours even though I scheduled an appointment in advance for the work to not be completed at all! I will never return or recommend discount tire to anyone. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very concerning. If the work I scheduled for would have been completed, the 2 hour wait would have been overlooked. For me to wait 2 hours and then find out the work was not done, and then told I could come back but it probably won t get handled is totally unacceptable.

This place has been one of my favorite businesses since it's opened. They have a large selection of tires at great prices. When you do online price comparisons I couldn't find any where else that were beating Discount Tires. Service is fast and the staff are very friendly, informative and respectful. I've never felt like they were trying to get one over on me. The tire services you receive after purchasing a tire are top notch, and the email reminders for service are appreciated. Get the WARRANTY on all tires you buy, you will not regret it.

All the employees Discount Tire are very professional people. I believe they are truly concerned about their customers and it shows by the attitude they have when you first walk in. They answer all and any questions about their products/services. I wouldn't think of buying my tires and rims from any other business! Keep up the good work guys.

The wheels & tires I ordered came in way early. I called and they got me in today. Everyone working there is busy like bees in a hive! They jumped right on the truck and had it done in a very short time. The tires I picked out rubbed on the front. They had a smaller one and changed them out in a flash!!! I am VERY IMPRESSED with this location and highly recommend them and will visit them again!!!

Great customer service (especially Joe and Mike)! I have been here twice and both experiences have been great. The first time was to fix a flat in my Tahoe from a nail puncturing the tire while riding near by the store. Randomly stopped in and it was fixed in no time. Second visit was to install a set if tires on an older Jeep Grand Cherokee. So far so good.The front of the house and service area (especially Sean) great in conjunction with each other leading to a formula for success.Additionally, looking into buying a set of rims from here for my wife's sport wagon.

Excellent service. Polite and courteous consultants. Clean and modern layout. I went to Walmart to have tires mounted and balanced but here was cheaper, friendlier. They have coffee as well. I like the view window where you can see your car being worked on. That is missing from a lot of places. They also have phone charging stations. This place was designed by someone who put a lot of thought into customer needs. Combined with the price being good, this is a great place to be.

Brought car in for a plug. Was offered a free tire rotation. I was like why not. Get my car ask about the rotation. The guy stated it was not done and asked if id still like it done.. i agreed... when i got the car back i noticed something was off heading to work i could not shake the feeling. Drove back and stated my car was driving weird and sounding weird. They took the car back. Came back to me when done and stated the car was all balanced and fixed and he hopped i would not be back. I drove off and still noticed the sound.. heads up to anyone coming here ask about balancing cus i dont believe they know that should be done...I believe my vehicle was damaged because i drive my car unbalanced.

Free flat repair!!! I've been a tread quarters customer for years but they were backed up over an hour so I tried this new place around the corner. They met me IN THE PARKING LOT and had me back on the road in half an hour. Best part? Flat repairs are always free at Discount Tire!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. I was riding past the shop and a piece of metal was in the rode that I did not see. Immediately a loud pop and my tire went flat in less than 5 seconds, I only had enough time to turn into the building. I explained to them what happened without trying to be upset or emotional. It was my birthday and I was trying to get to my massage appointment, they replaced my tire free of charge. I didn't make my massage appointment just thankful that they were understanding, considerate and helpful in the hot heat.

I will never bring my car here again, or any discount tire for that matter. They lifted my car using a lift that is not even close to long enough to jack up the car using the proper lift points. The side skirts ended up getting slightly bent on both sides due to the plastic getting squished between the weight of the car and the lift. I talked to the store manager about it and he just said that it is normal for Camaros to look like that (even though it's not. The side skirts and the doors used to be flush with each other). Now you can clearly tell where they lifted the car. They don't know how to/can't lift vehicles properly so side skirts will get damaged from this place. Don't trust them to lift your vehicles

Discount Tire provided great customer service! They keep me informed by email and in person and keep the air pressure checked in my tires.Also, they let me know when I need to rotate, repair, or replace a tire and have very good warranties on their new tires for a reasonable price.

***OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE AND TOP NOTCH SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION***This place is AMAZING and they will take awesome care of you and all your tire needs/wants.I recently had an issue with an aftermarket wheel and Chris, along with Jimmy, stepped up and took care of the problem...no questions asked.There's a reason these stores are being built at a fast pace in the area (Suffolk, VA Beach, Newport News)....Change has come to the tire game in the 757!

A tire of mine blew and I called yesterday evening and they were able to order the tire I needed and was able to drop off my car the next morning at 9am and got my car back within 2 hours. Very quick service since they didn t have the tire in shop and had to order it and was put on my car within 2 hours. AND they were busy this morning and they still excelled at being fast. Great service.

I love this place. They dont charge for plugging your tires. I was definitely blown away by that. But overall the customer service was Immaculate. BRENT NOWAKOWSKI know his tires and the vehicle he services i have my dually for 7 months now and learned more from him i 5 min i truly appreciate the Intel. Keep up the good work.

Love how I can just pull up and they put air in my tires. And advise me on my tires condition but aren't pushy with trying to sell me tires. Very friendly staff

We brought our MB GLE to Discount Tire College Drv for 4 new tires and they made good on a promise to get our TPMS back to 100% after installation. Thank you Richard W and I will recommend and use again

Brought my car here with a screw in the tire. Made an appointment online and from being greeted to my car being brought around, this location was outstanding. There was a screw in my tire and the repair was free. There s also a window to the garage, so I was able to watch the entire process.Would definitely recommend!

We went to have air put in our tire, such a nice young man waited on us checked all 4 tires, told us there was a nail in the right rearHe gave us options to get it fixed today or we could make an appointment to come back. He also said they don't charge for tire repair. We went in and they did everything they could to make sure we got home in time to get our grandson.. iI am extreremely pleased with the service we received and how kind and respectful they all were. Thank you so much.
