Excellent experience and customer service from start to finish. When I dropped off, I arrived on a tow truck right at closing time. The staff showed great kindness and patience, allowing me time to move my car seats and personal belongings to complete the drop off. I received frequent updates on my car s status throughout the repairs, so I always felt comfortable there was good progress being made. I never had to call the shop even once for an update, since they pushed out information so regularly. Can t emphasis enough how much I appreciated how easy they made it to track the repairs. Now that my car is finished, it looks great and was returned clean as the day I bought it. Of course, I hope I don t need their services again, but they would absolutely be my first choice if I did 10/10 recommend!
