Caliber customer service was great!!! They work seamlessly with the insurance and rental car companies. I was going to go all the way down to the beach where I bought the car but I am glad I found great service right in Suffolk.

I was burned by the previous body shop I used a few years back and was dreading having to do this process again. However, this was as painless as it could possibly get. They were quick and the quality of the work has held up great so far! The thing I liked the most was the almost daily updates with what step of the repair process the car was in and an eta on completion. I didn t have to call them once because all the info I needed was automatically sent to me. I ve never come across a body shop that does that. I hope that I don t need to have repairs done again, but if I do, I would 100% go back to Caliber in Smithfield.

Brought my vehicle here after an accident. They were thorough during inspection. Didn't have work done here due to total loss of vehicle but they were very patient with me picking it back up as owner retained. Estimate seemed high but I do not doubt the quality after seeing their processes

I ve been trying to get vehicle inspected and repaired at Caliber Collision Suffolk since September. Inspections time schedule on the day of appointment which is has been months out has been cancelled per insurance company per Collision center staff. I have emails from adjuster with Names and dates of encounters with staff who repeatedly tell me claim cancelled prior. I m over trying to spend my hard earned money at a place who lack organization..

The entire experience was horrible. I was originally scheduled to drop my car off in December, but a few days before my appointment, they called and pushed it back to late January. This is poor scheduling at its finest! They do have a messaging app, where they can send messages, but there is no way to respond and ask them questions, which defeats the purpose of the app. This should be fixed so the customer can ask questions on their vehicle. I had to call with my questions and was told they would call back the next day with more information. However, I never received a return call from the Indvidual. When I was finally able to pick up my car, I found out that I had missing bolts in my bumper, a light was out and my spoiler was loose, and the parts were shaking as I drove. I had to call the dealership and take my car back the next day. How can a car company miss these big issues and allow a car to leave their lot.

We've had multiple repairs done at this location but this last time was not a very good experience. The repair was fine but the customer service and problem solving capabilities was severely lacking. For a cosmetic repair we went from what should've been maybe a 2 week repair to being told about a month because they had unforeseen staffing issues. Our insurance would not cover a month of a rental car for a driveable vehicle so we requested to pick-up our vehicle and bring it back when they could better complete the repair. We were told that they had taken it apart and "could not" reassemble it due to their issues basically turning an inconvenient situation into one that would ultimately cost us money to get a rental car for the addition 10 days that wouldn't be covered for a cost of $30/day. We were told they wouldn't cover the extra rental costs, they wouldn't return our vehicle, and we were basically just out of luck. We can understand issues regarding getting parts but the parts were there before their staffing issue arose and we had to pay because they can't keep technicians. We ended up taking time off and not having a vehicle until it was ready to pick up. Will not use this location again.

Customer service was great, highly recommend caliber collision to anyone needing work done. Mark and the ladies at the front desk are amazing and the repairs on my car were finished almost a month earlier than what we expected. I was kept informed multiple times a week on where my car was in the process. 10/10 great shop

Brought my car in this facility due to an accident. Customer service and the body work completed were excellent.However, when I received my car back I noticed my car was going to the right when I was driving and there were noises coming from underneath (they or they re subcontractors) completed a wheel alignment.I m not sure why they didn t confirm that before giving me my vehicle back everything was ok. Had to take the vehicle back and wait a whole day and still isn t fixed.UPDATE ( 7/10/2023): 2 weeks go, when the business responded back to my review, I sent an email with the information mentioned on the response, as of yet, I have not received a response back.I will not be using this company- they did a great job in the body work but everything else was HORRIBLE!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was impressed with the professionalism. Alex and his team were consistent with their updates. I never felt like I was being told one thing and then something different was being done. I received weekly updates via text as promised. There was honesty, patience kindness and respect shown from everyone I encountered. I went in with a lot doubts and concerns but they put my mind at ease on day one. The entire staff at Caliber Collision were professional and extremely helpful. The texts from Mark helped me know when to expect to pick up my car and if there were any delays. I never felt left out of the loop or in the dark about what they were doing. My Honda looked great when I got it back- probably cleaner than when I dropped it off! Ha! Long wait time.Have to take back to shopDidn t do a good job on painting- overspray on the trim.Hit plastic piece on window with the sander you can see scratches on it, they didn t bother fixing that. ( wasn t like that when I dropped car off)Not a good quality job at all.Office staff was nice.Waiting for another appointment to take car back to get issues fixed.

I went to Caliber after my accident and the car was totaled out and i could get into my trunk and TYLOR LOGAN went the extra mile and cut up my trunk to get my contents when he didn't have to going the extra mile i why i gave this place a 5 star review thank you Tylor!!!
