Sam's a great manager! I ordered a key because I broke my spare. She cut a new one and tried it on my vehicle.It was snagging on one side, so she went in and out of the store several times to shave it. I also parked a bit far since the other spaces were taken.After many attempts, she gave me the key for FREE! On one side, it works well enough for the door and perfectly for the ignition.It was sweet of her because she took at least 20 minutes of her time to help me and ordered the key from another store since it wasn't in stock.

There are literally 15 places within driving distance at my house where I can get a replacement battery for my 2019 Mitsubishi Murano. I got up early and removed the old battery not without some difficulty in the cold weather. Put it in the back of my SUV and drove to Batteries Plus. I got here at 10 after eight 8 o clock in the morning. The website said they open at 8AM. The sign on the door says they open at 8AM. No one home. I waited for 10 more minutes.I m not in the mood to listen to excuses from businesses anymore. If you are selling a product or service, that is a rare commodity, you can afford to be sloppy in this case you lost my business. Might come back again sometime, but probably not.

Batteries Plus in Suffolk has recently helped me with a key fob issue. The service at Batteries Plus and this particular location in Suffolk is always quick, the technicians are very knowledgeable, and respectful. The sales team here were very helpful to me in my pursuit of a watch battery. The store setup was inviting and even though the store was immaculate, the newest edition to the sales team was sweeping the floor. They are located at 6255 College Drive Suffolk, Va.23435. The store is open Monday-Saturday 8:00 am to 6:09 pm and from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays. Come and say hello to Scott and Becca for me.

Had to have my phone screen replaced. Nathan took care of me. Had it finished when he said it would be ready. Very friendly staff at this store. I would recommend 100 percent.

Absolutely GREAT customer service! I ordered a bulb listed as "in stock," but it turned out NOT to be in stock. But the manager stepped in and stepped up and saved the day.

I had a very good experience going to Batteries Plus Bulbs, I was able to speak with a very professional and friendly team member. Jewill was able to answer all of my question with the particular bulb I was looking for. He even demonstrated the light bulb and allowed me the option to see the white and yellow light bulbs. I was very well pleased with my visit for a light bulb that wasn't in stock at Lowes that I was told would have to get ordered.

Do not take a watch here to get the battery changed. The worker scratched up the back quite a bit, and where the spot is that you use to remove the back, it now has a burr in the metal that I can feel scratching against my skin. Worst off, I was given back a watch in pieces and told there wasn't anything they could do because they didn't have the right tools and if they tried using what was on hand they might break my watch. While I appreciate them stopping before risking breaking it, a prudent business would have verified what tools they had on hand before starting the work.

This was my first time with this company and everything went better than expected. I called prior to see if they offered the service to fix my type of phone and to get prices. The associate even recommended I go online to make an appointment so I could get the coupon that came with it. I came in to get my phone repaired, they were super nice, it only took about 20 minutes and it was a great price! I'll definitely come back to them if I need it!

I ordered online, no where did it tell me that this battery was on back order. I assumed that it was in stock and I'd be receiving an email as soon as they pulled it off the shelf for me. Three days later and no call. I called yesterday 6/15 and the gentleman told me he had none in stock and they wouldn't even be available to order until Wednesday and that their orders come in on Thursday, so it would be NEXT Thursday before I would receive the battery. He was able to find the same battery at another local store. We hung up and he was supposed to call this store to make sure they had this battery in stock. He had suggested I cancel the order for his store and put in a new order for the other local store. So, of course, I never heard back from him yesterday. So I called this morning 6/16 and low and behold he had a battery there at the store for me, I said "wow great...I'll come by and get it today, that's awesome!" Fast forward 3 hours, I was literally about to load my kids up to go get said battery and I get a phone call that he was mistaken and that battery was in fact NOT mine, it was for another order! Now supposedly my battery will be there on Friday. I must say after all this I will not be using Batteries Plus anymore, I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I has having some issues with my phone camera and not only did they have the lowest quoted price, but they also had the quickest advertised repair times. Great customer service, good prices, and quick repair times. Very knowledgeable staff and they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

The only reason I will give a 2 instead of a one where the polite and courteous staff members. But the overall experience and quality of the repair on my iPhone was not good at all. I was told on the phone that it would take about an hour. When I got there for my scheduled appointment they told me 2.5-3 hours. I called after 3 hours and was informed that the screen they had was wrong and had to get one from another store and that it would be another 4 hours. After picking up my phone and verified it s function, I left. But the more I looked at it, the worse it got. The cheap knockoff generic screen looks terrible. The colors are washed out and faded looking with no contrast. I wish I d had time to go to Norfolk to the Apple store and paid $20 more for an Actual Apple screen.Guess it s a good thing I m trading it in soon.

We love this store!!!The associates are always more than helpful whenever we come in the store and are always willing to help!!My husband and I went in yesterday to have our phones repaired. The technicians there were so knowledgeable, that we did not need to replace anything on our phones. They were able to do a diagnostic and determine that our phones only needed a little cleaning. They did not charge us anything at all. We were surprised and this was a big relief for my husband and I! We will be returning on this Friday to purchase some cases!If you need anything done that has to do with batteries or bulbs, this is the place to go!Thank you guys for such a wonderful customer experience!

Cheaper then auto shops, great price for car battery that was hard to find! Got a discount for ordering online and free installation! Added bonus that they have a memory device they hook up before removing your battery so I didn't have to reset everything in my car. Staff was friendly and fast!

Our in- store experience was pleasant. Even though a sales associate was assisting another customer, we were acknowledged and told that someone would be assisting us shortly.Another sales associate provided us with a smile and was able to find the correct battery we needed for a John Deere riding garden tractor.We were also advised to use a battery maintainer to help extend the longevity of the battery which we have been using for years.Even though this store's location is quite far from our home, we would not hesitate to visit them again if necessary.

Don't buy your motorcycle batteries here. I purchased online using their website's fitment tool a year ago. The battery fit with a little persuasion. A year later the battery is bad, I go into the store to make a claim on the 2 year warranty and the manager tells me that the battery is not the one from my receipt. The manager did give me a replacement matching the one on my receipt but it doesn't fit my bike and they will not exchange it for one that does. If they gave me the battery listed on my receipt I would have known upon install it didn't fit and been able to return it to get a correct sized one. Their item codes do not match any item codes on the boxes the batteries come in nor is it listed on their website so it is impossible for the consumer to verify aside from taking their word for it. My receipt says 14L group size, the box says 15L and the manager assures me its a 14L. Contacted their corporate office customer service and basically they have no way to hold the store accountable as it is independently owned meaning the store's decision goes. Now I have a battery and warranty that's useless to me and have to spend $110 on a new battery because they gave me the wrong part from the very beginning.Bottom line, the store is probably fine for other stuff but triple check that what you purchased is what you get if you're purchasing something with a warranty.

The customer service here is awesome! I came in to get my iPhone screen fixed and the people here changed it out and my battery swiftly and is very easy to work with! I would come back here again for their service because they are totally great!

Placed an order online for store pickup. Received message on Sunday morning at 9am saying my order was ready for pickup. Showed up around noon only to find a sign on the door saying "closed for inventory". The door was unlocked, so I walked in. The employees seemed confused that I was in the store and confused that my order had been marked ready for pickup. I saw the specific battery that I ordered hanging on a hook behind the register. I had to explain to them that I already paid and all they needed to do was hand me my battery and I'd be on my way. Maybe they don't understand the whole order online, pick up in store premise. The idea is that I don't want to come to your store and search for the thing I need only for it to be out of stock or something. I want to show up, be handed what I want, and then walk out. It even lets you wait until you're good and ready for me to show up before sending me an email saying "we're ready. head on over." After sternly demanding that they hand me what I purchased, they forked it over and let me leave. What a waste of time. You're better off just using Amazon Prime, saving a few dollars, and not even leaving your house. This place is run by amateurs who have no idea how to run a business.

I placed an order here at 9:52 a.m. and it says it usually takes up to an hour for your order to be ready. After an hour I called to see what was going on with my order and the guy tells me we are out of what you ordered I was like well how come noone contacted me to tell me so that I could look at other stores the guy Lucas didnt say anything all I hear is the manager Renee on the phone now who was amazing and very nice and told me that I could come get a refund or wait until 4 PM to see if the batteries I ordered come in. She told me she would give me a call and I figured that she would be super busy and wouldnt have time to call, so I called around 7 something and I get another rude associate and she kept cutting me off as i was talking and asking questions. I am happy that I got some D batteries before the storm but some of these associates were just plain rude and I can understand the amount of pressure on them with everyone trying to prepare for the hurricane but its unacceptable for them to be as rude as they were today. Again the manager Renee was amazing today. Thanks

I had my iphone 6S battery replaced. It only took 20 minutes and the staff was friendly and quick. It also was much cheaper than other places - only $59 and then also had a $10 coupon for booking my appointment online!

I wen to the Suffolk store for two things. I needed a small clock battery $3.99 and to recycle 2 LED lightbulbs. I was swiftly told that she had the battery, and she replaced it. Never mentioned price. She also said that it was a dollar or two to take the light bulbs because they had Mercury. Well, that took her two minutes to look up. I can drop these off at Home Depot or the library She stated she gave me a "break" for installing the battery. She never asked if I wanted it installed. Installation charges are $9.99! I received a $5 break. I walked out paying almost $12.00. My husband asked why I paid this. I said to warn everyone about these people. It is a sham. Her name is Renee. She manages the place.

I recently went to the Batteries Plus in Suffolk off College Dr to have my iPhone battery replaced and screen repaired. The store manager, Renee, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend having them take a look at your phone before purchasing a new one. I had a great experience and look forward to visiting this location again when in need.

I left my Motorola (Verizon) cell phone at the Suffolk store for a battery change. When I went to pick it up, the phone, which was in perfect working order and was thoroughly tested when I dropped it off, the phone would not boot up. The clerk said that the phone wouldn't recognize the new battery. The clerk put my old battery back in and the phone worked fine. The clerk gave me my phone back and said that the only thing he could do is delete my order and not charge me for the service charge. I will never again use Batteries + to fix anything for me.

I came here at the recommendation of a friend to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 6s in 2 hours I had a new screen with screen protector for less than $100. Great service! Today I came back for a battery port issue on my son s iPhone 5s they fixed it in about 3 seconds by cleaning out the port. No charge. I couldn t be happier with their service or staff! I will always come here first for phone issues in the future.
