My son recently relocated to the area and needed help with installing a new battery since he didn t have the correct tools. The manager of the Suffolk Main Street store made sure he received the right battery and asked one of his techs (Keith) to help my son with the installation. Both of these guys were very helpful and easy to work with!

I was satisfied with the battery I needed was in stock but I wasn t pleased that my battery was no longer in warranty and the offering of a 5 year warranty no longer exist. I was extremely satisfied by the customer service provide by Brittany M. She was very polite, friendly and professional. The entire team was very courteous when you walked in the door they greeted you. They worked well as a team backing each other up with checking out customers, answering the phone and answering questions from customers.

Austin B and Collette gave EXCELLENT customer service, 3/23 @ 10 min til close they made sure I had what I needed to get 100+ miles home in NC. When my car was running hot from losing the radiator cap....forever grateful for such professionalism!!!!

Bethany I believe is the store managers name was amazing. She was kind and went out of her way to help me with my situation. Most people these days are rude but she was great and I am so thankful for her help. Also the other employees as well were kind and very helpful. I will always go to that store now and will recommend them to all my peers. Thank you

My experience today was the worst. Battery light issue. Jennifer charged my old battery for over 2 hours only to tell me it won't hold a charge. I bought a new one for 165.00 (she made it seem I didn't have a choice) drove away and the light immediately came back on. Returned 5 minutes later and they did a simple test showing it's likely an alternator issue. Almost 3 hours wasted on a 30 second test. They wouldn't refund my battery. Shady service. I was ripped off. Beware. Go elsewhere for better service and options.

On Sunday, July 24, 2022, my wife and I stopped@Autozone in Suffolk, to replace a bad battery. The young lady working that evening was awesome. She was very professional , courtesy, respectful, helpful and all that! My wife just returned from a long distance trip, with a bad battery, afraid to turn the engine off, but all ended well. The young lady was just what my wife and I needed, great communication and fellowship, the whole time there. Keep up the great job!

George went above and beyond. I really appreciate him because I am a woman and I didn t know anything about changing the bulb in my car. He came outside to check my bulbs, and had to move my battery around to get to the bulb. He changed it and made sure everything was working properly. I say thank you George, for your excellent customer service.

This is a fine example of an Autozone. Great customer service. Friendly staff who is willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. I will DEFINITELY continue to come here for my auto needs!!!

I went to AutoZone for screws for my licence plate. But they wouldn't fit. The lady came out and personally told me what was wrong, I mean she was so patient, and I was afraid that I was taking up to much of her time, but she assured me that I wasn't. She didn't stop until she found the part I was needing in order to put up my license plate. I really appreciate her. I wish I knew her name because she went over and beyond get duties... The auto zone on main street. Thank you again

The staff were very helpful using test equipment to diagnose my bad alternator (battery light was on.) They made a helpful referral to a local mechanic to do the repair. What could have been a Saturday afternoon crisis for us traveling from out of town ended up being a great experience. Thank you for excellent service!

Visited AutoZone Auto Parts to get my quarterly oil and filters and I have to take the time to recognize Mike C, customer service rep, for his top notch service and knowledge of cars. He always provide great recommendations and unlimited options with explanation. Mike is that good! Undoubtedly, I trust his judgment, he is always spot on. Excellent acumen for cars parts and their functionality. The man commands his craft! Excellent work and service Mike C, you make shopping there easy and fun. I appreciate your time and I hope your peers and Manager recognize your talents and your passion for the job. Bravo Zulu!

More women work there which is good. Overall knowledgeable staff and friendly service. If they can't help you, they will point you to a place that can. Glad that they are in my neighborhood!

Called for a part. They said they could have it the same day. A few minutes later they said they wouldn't get it. When I said that was not acceptable, as I was just told they could get it The snarky sales associate said that I could just drive to Norfolk and pick it up. I explained that I would love to drive to Norfolk and pick it up only that my car was broken which is why I needed the part. Sales person became rude and belligerent.

Bethany was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our battery issue. She tested our vehicle to ensure it was in fact the battery; had the new battery in stock and was able to install all within (what felt like minutes)! :) We are traveling from Florida, we were feeling stressed prior to arriving, and Bethany quickly eliminated all our stress and anxiety!! Dec 11 at 5:30 I ran into the good customer service and the dude that help me with my Chevy needs a raise or sum cause he went all out to make sure I was good.. and the reason they didn t get five stars cause they need a raise the company fumbled the ball not the workers

Manager has an attitude. I have been a customer for 25 years and have never run across a manager who talks to customers the way he does. Will take my business elsewhere.

Every time I go to AutoZone Bethany helps me and she is very knowledgeable. She has been able to assist me with all 5 of my cars. I love this AutoZone. Also the rest of the staff is very helpful as well. The store is always clean and very presentable. Love this location

Always helpful and friendly. There's a pretty steady flow of customers, however you never have to wait long for assistance. Great place.
