I took two of my vehicles to Sours Automotive recently for state inspection (Appointment). The owner and staff are all very friendly and courteous. Inspection only took about 30 minutes each and I was on my way. One vehicle had a burnt out parking lamp and they replaced it no charge. Great customer service!

Am well pleased with the customer service. This is going to be my go to place for inspections, or repairs if I need them. (usually do my own) but there is no question there is experienced mechanics here. Also their waiting room is old school which is pretty cool.

Great service, friendly individuals, honest work done. Timely and reasonably priced. They estimated 4 hours for an alternator repair and got it done in 3. This place feels like family, and very welcoming. They are always the kindest people and have the best staff. I always enjoy talking to Ben when I come in, he s always so kind and happy. I have been looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable mechanic to keep my high mileage cars running. Just all around friendly service. Answered all of my questions, told me costs upfront, job was done in a timely manner. Have no complaints or criticism at all. Highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a home in auto repair. Prices are more than fair. Give these guys a call, you'll be sorry if you don't.

This place went above and beyond for my mother. Either the owner or one of their mechanics stayed late on a Friday so she wouldn't go all weekend without her car and I really appreciate that and so does she. Especially after the trouble she had with the issue at a shop in Kernersville, NC

I took my car in for inspection and oil change. I had an appointment for 4:30 and got there early. They took it in right away. I chose to wait for it. The waiting room was comfortable clean and pleasant. My car was done and I was on my way in less than an hour. Everyone was very courteous.I felt my car and myself were in good hands. I believe they are honest and trustworthy.I will definitely use them again.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Arrived early for my appointment due to the weather, and they got me in as soon as possible. Scheduled for oil change, but were able to check brakes/rotors, and were willing to work that in to their day. Made an appointment at my convenience. Do not come here for transmission or wiring issues. Horrible experience. Save your time and money by going elsewhere. These dudes will keep your car as long as they want without so much as a courtesy call. Not helpful on the phone. Spoke to 2 people there just trying to get a grasp on if they'll be done this year or next. 2nd guy said he'd be right back with me and hung up the phone! Never heard from him again. Totally unprofessional. 0 stars.

If you need service that is done at a fair price, with professionalism, and promptness-this is the place for you! My daughter's Mazda 3 had an issue with ABS brake module, and they were able to order the part (which was difficult to find), and replace it well within the timeframe they originally stated. The price was very fair considering the work that it required. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation or reservation. Thanks guys!Service: Brake service & repair

After finding them online and seeing lots of positive reviews, I brought my car to Sours for state inspection and to have them look at a minor exhaust leak it had developed. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and they finished working on my car within a day. They were professional, friendly, honest, and communicated promptly with any updates. Will definitely come back if we need any help in the future!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We went in to rent a uhaul and ended up waiting 35 minutes just to get a truck. Anywhere else it only takes 5 minutes. Awful customer service. The man at the desk was also very rude, and didn t seem like he knew what he was doing. I d never go back here for anything, period.

I went in recently for my vehicles inspection, they did an awesome job. Was very quick and a good price. Was really cool they even threw in a free air freshener when completed, yeah its only an air freshener but no over place i know jave ever done that before. Everyone there was very cool and knew how to talk to their customers plainly and straight forward. Overall a very great experience and will continue to go to them for all my vehicles needs! I will also 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for being awesome and to continue doing an amazing job!

My husband I brought our vehicle in to have a small oil leak fixed. We were both very impressed by the entire process - we were able to communicate via text to set up an appointment time (they even got back to me on the weekend!). They were very communicative throughout the process about what was wrong and what was being done to repair it. They even put in a little extra to help ensure the leak didn't happen again. (6 months ago we'd had the same repair elsewhere and it didn't stick because of a mistake on their part. Sours advised us and we were able to get a refund from the other mechanic, too.) Shout-out to Ben, who was awesome from start to finish. We are new in town and thrilled to have already found our trustworthy mechanics at Sours!

I was late getting to my appointment but still they greeted me with a smile and got me right in. It was nice to see a Father and Son working together in a family business. You could tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. The service was completed quickly while I waited and I was in and out promptly. I would highly recommend this shop. Very professional.

They are a great group of guys that love working on vehicles. Nice tight knit group. They are always priced fair and so good honest clean work. I have been bringing all my vehicles there for years. They are THE BEST! I have had an issue with my RV jacks recently and they have been so patient and worked with the company to fix the issue. I have used them many times for various things and they have always been very responsive and have communicated with me about the various issues. Sours Automotive squeezed me in at the last minute for a state inspection. I've been coming here for at least 10 years, and they always treat me right.
