Drive thru takes 20-30 min just to get a salad. The person in front of me has been waiting for at least 15 min before a staff member finally asks what did you order Drive thru needs to be removed as it provides no convience at all.

I did buy a large ice tea every single day since this store opened.. Until today 2/21/24.. they put in a new tea system and its .awful. both the sweet and unsweetened tea is weak and nasty tasting...guess making it the old fashioned way and selling it out daily was to much for them..They can keep it all now..Bring back the old machines.. the new one sucks...

Consistently forgets parts of orders (drinks, food items, ingredients, etc.). I would say about 30% of the time, our orders arrive with everything we ve ordered through their app. Unfortunately, the management team has no way of rectifying the situation in the moment. Either you go back and get it (defeating the purpose of delivery) or they give you a gift card. This has been a constant issue for over a year and their excuse is we are human, we make mistakes. Sure, making a mistake occasionally is understandable, but it s with almost every delivery order. At that point, it s not a mistake, it s an issue with training and/or careless employees.

Whoever was working the entire store by themselves on Dec. 2nd at 2:12am is phenomenal!!!! Absolutely amazing service despite being alone on a Friday night

Use to be good .but they can t even have enough people on a Friday night to be decent .takes 30-45 minutes for a sampler. They keep a bare minimum staff. It needs to change since there are 24 hour factories around this Sheetz and people expect to get food here even in the middle of the night. Already had to get a refund 4 times in the last two weeks because they are ill prepared.

Ordered at the drive through terminal. Two cars were ahead of me, so I knew there would be a wait. It was a good 10 minute wait after car two went through. Fine. Pay at 11:57, wait 20 more minutes before I pull through and park and go in. The singular "premium" app sampler I ordered was just hanging out by the furtherest register. Nothing like waiting 40 minutes for fryer food. I do understand that all of this is my fault for choosing not to cook myself.

It s upsetting I have to give a horrible review. I used to love Sheetz!!!! For the last 12 years I have been going there steady as my main source of fuel and food. Not anymore. Stuarts Draft Virginia Sheetz is the absolute worst!!!!! They hate the Hershey employees along with all of the other plant workers in the area. I have been treated horribly in my work uniform and ALWAYS have to wait extra time on my food. I m guessing it s since we show up around one general time frame at shift change for our plant, and then the night crew is super lazy, we get nasty looks, no good service, and I waited 20 minutes for 3 hot dogs . And no. No-one else was in the store ordering or in the drive thru, until AFTER i placed my order. And seen (not exaggerating) 8 people get served literally all got served FIRST. (They were not in work uniforms of course) They kept cutting up and laughing and joking behind the counter instead of doing what they are paid to do . I got a refund, it might have only been $10 total worth of food. But I spent it with another company less than 5 minutes down the road and had my food in under 5. SMH ..

Average gas station, well lit at night, clean. Bug scrapers were in poor condition. Pump didn't print receipt. Gas prices were good.

Multiple experiences here, same situation, except this is our last time ordering anything here. The service is HORRIBLE. 25 minute wait for a beverage when you are the only one in line at the drive thru and the employee first asks if I ordered a sandwich and I stated no, just a drink. I waited another 20 minutes and he returned to the window and asked me if I received my order. (Why would I still be sitting here?) No, I didn t receive my order. Another time I waited in the store for 20 minutes and finally asked for my beverage while apparently it was just chilling on the counter getting cold. My husband just went to order 2 sandwiches which took an hour and multiple customers were in line requesting refunds. Done with MTO from Sheetz. Ridiculous!!

I never leave reviews because I understand being short staffed and that we are all human and make mistakes but today was the WORST experience and we will never be back! My husband went and ordered us breakfast and when he got it home realized we were given the wrong order. He went back to the store to let them know and get our correct order and they proceeded to tell him that they had thrown it away so if he wanted the order he would have to pay for it AGAIN when we already paid for it and received the wrong food which was nowhere completely close to what we ordered! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Do better Sheetz!!

This location has improved greatly and the team there is always friendly and gets my orders correct, I felt it was necessary to give a different review But don t forget to please treat the next person better!! I typically love this place and have NO problem, I love Tonya Sheetz very sweet . I decided to change my review after cooling down a bit.

I go to eat here at least 5 times a week I ordered 2 hotdogs and a mto cheese sub the other day. Not only were the hot dogs cold and felt as if they were sitting for hours the buns were rock solid and the chilli had a rancid taste like sour also the bread on the sub was rock hard as well. Lettuce was ruined and even when the food was subpar they are constantly out of the ingredients that are listed on the kiosk. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I got so sick had to leave work. I spend well over $200 at this location every week I would like this problem to be resolved or Im taking all my business elsewhere

Two nights in a row, I have gotten a sub here, and both nights they screwed them up. I don't understand why it's so hard to put condiments on a sub. I'll definitely be choosing another Sheetz before ever ordering from this one again.

The staff is very friendly. Store is neat and clean with all the usual items of a gas station store. Convenient drive through for ordering MTO food, as well as necessities. I like their Pretzel dogs with Sauerkraut. Their fast food is actually pretty good. Seating is available inside and outside. There are Lotterie ticket machines as well as an ATM. The team members are definitely going above and beyond.

I encountered 2 very poor customer service encounters this week.This review will cover my 1st .....At 1:26 am,April 1,I called to find out if my brand of cigarettes was sold at Sheetz. A young man named Robert took my call.His annoyance at my call was obvious from the start. I asked if Sheetz sold Cheyenne cigarette. He rudely ask,"What?" I repeated the question at which he replied "Um,I don't think so". So I ask what was the cheapest brand they sold. His reply-" Um Winston, I think". I said- Really? I was about to ask him what generic brands they sold,but didn't get the opportunity. He said this.." Look,I dont have time to discuss cigarette prices with you! We are pretty busy!" And then I heard laughter. I said well I'll I'll remember to include that in my review. This conversation took all of 57 seconds! I decided to visit the store later that morning and guess what? Sheetz carries Cheyennes! Within less than 1 minute,I was lied too,treated with contempt, admonished,and laughed at! So needless to say,I am VERY upset at Robert's total lack of respect,his demeaning attitude,his refusal to even bother to check to see if Cheyenne cigarettes were available and his GALL to insinuate he was too busy to be bothered by me! Well,Robert, I included that last statement in my review, just as I told you I would and I'll also include it in my customer complaint.

Just ordered a large caramel latte with whip cream. Wasn't pleased when I got home cup with a little over half full with no whip cream.

I have been to Stuarts Draft Sheetz many times, and out of those times I think my order was 100% correct once. My food and drinks are normally messed up in some sort of way, and when I asked if they could be fixed I was treated very rudely, by many different people. If there is a long line, I have watched as managers, and employees stand off to the side not busy, when there is only one cashier. I will probably never spend money at this store again.

The new woman training is an absolute nightmare, I think her name is Sheila. Treats and talks to customers like garbage. Throws the product across the counter to the customer breaking the product inside. A guy came in wanting to buy tobacco products, there was no one with him, and she decides to take it into her hands to demand to see his smoking device to prove the product was for him. She was completely out of line and Sheetz as a company needs to do something about this. Multiple other customers didn t want to go to the counter after the first guy had his encounter with her. Sheetz, do better.

I drive a truck for a living and they never have receipt paper in the pumps forcing me to go inside and wait do not recommend getting gas here if you are a working man and need paperwork

Super clean and organized. This place really researched what people want in a "pit stop" there's fresh food supplies and fuel here, among other things.

Th food was fantastic!! I am in love woth the quessasillas. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the dining area. Second visit in a row and while 4 staff members are on duty no one is cleaning the tables. Every step you take is a crumb or chunk of food being smashed into the bottom of your shoe.

Downright terrible. I am pretty sure this place couldn't give you hot water right.Messed up my order messed up my order through drive-through had to go inside and get them to correct it and when I got home they forgot half of my food and didn't even make what they did give me a rite.I highly urge anyone and everyone not to go here ever again.When I called they gave me terrible service over the phone saying I should have looked better in the bags.There only solution was to give me coupons the food that I didn't even like and you couldn't even eat.Their solution to the issue was a free coffee. I will never go there again and no one that I know will ever go there again.

Today about 15 minutes ago I encountered a lady at the sheetz drive through, her name was Kai and she only told me my total and said nothing else, she handed me my change and said nothing then walked away and about two minutes later returned with my food said not a word and I said thank you have a good day and got no response. Very rude and upsetting!

Overall I enjoy this Sheetz, but tonight... Paid for double meat in my wrap... Did not get double meat. Paid for battered Oreos... Did not get any battered Oreos. I guess we'll get 'em next time????
