Ooh wow!!! Where do I start from Eavers tire discounters STUARTS DRAFT, VIRGINIA!! y all are amazing. The only shop that had tires for my car. My girlfriends and I were traveling to New York from South Carolina and had an outburst, we called a roadside assistance that was recommended by my insurance company but they did a bad job, EAVERS TIRES came to our rescue, got us new tires, free wheel alignment, tire rotation & oil changes in less than 2 hours. Everyone at the store was very friendly, professional & so very accommodating. We even learnt a few things about cars, maintenance & repair. Thank y all so much. I am definitely coming back anytime i am in the area.

We had a tire blowout on the highway during a vacation road trip. We showed up at the shop a couple hours before they closed. Despite being busy, they fit us in the schedule right away for a new tire and had us back on the road within an hour. Thanks so much for helping us out!

After having a couple things done to my car, I found a note on my steering wheel from some guy saying to call him & gave his number. Made me uncomfortable and I think I need to find a new car repair shop now, which is a shame because I've loved coming here for years. Today's experience creeped me out.

I needed to get my car inspected on a Saturday. I found out that Eavers was open and went in and they were able to get my car in and get it inspected so that I did not need to stress. They were fast and very friendly.

On my drive from GA to Staunton, Va for work this week, i ended up getting a flat, since i have a full size spare, i changed out the tire and made my drive on.After a quick google review nearly hotel, i found Eavers and decided i would try them, let me tell ya, this establishment is world class.The gentleman at the desk got me directed to the bay to have the tire inspected to see if it could be repaired or would need to be replaced, they didn t try to force us to buy a new one, they saw the damage and said right away, yes we can repair.After repair was done, i went back inside to settle up, and they wouldn t take my money, blessings come in all sizes every day.Thanks Again Eavers!!

We stopped in at 4:35 on a Friday with some leaky tires. The team at Eavers didn't hesitate to take the car in, found the problem and had it fixed by 4:55. Great staff, friendly and courteous and willing to help their customers.

Pleasant and helpful, but seemed very expensive at $35.00 to plug a tire whose cost barely reached that price. I might've felt better calling AAA than trying to handle it myself (Fix-a-Flat showed me the hole, prompting the stop at this tire shop)

Had a blowout heading back home from a college tour of VT to Connecticut with my two boys, leaving us 452 miles away from home on a spare tire. They got us a new tire and had us back on the road quickly! A+ service!

This place goes above and beyond to make sure they re getting you the best deal. I personally dealt with Shaam Wheeler s his professionalism was top notch. And I fully recommend doing business. With this group.

Hands down the best service we ve had at a repair shop to date on our Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually. Shaam was so kind and helped us get in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours with 4 new tires and an oil change. They ordered our tires and had them in hand in 24 hours. Best shop around by far! Don t go anywhere else!

UPDATE!recently made a 1* review and a complaint about service, but I felt it's important to update that the Regional, Caleb, was very persistent in contacting me and gave the issue the appropriate attention: I am satisfied that he is sincere in coaching and fixing the issue without termination of any employees and gave me the confidence that if I try the spot again I won't have the same issue. while employees are a direct reflection of the business they don't always directly reflect the culture of the business every time or every interaction. I believe that overall the company does care about their clients and their business even if they miss the bullseye occasionallyWorst people working there half the time.After a series of bad experiences I Went in for an inspection that my wife set up in person and was told to bring the car in at 2. The grumpy old jackass at the counter had the Ballz to call her a liar to my face.Maybe instead of alienating a client he should have Gone and asked the tech but he chose to tell me there was now way what she said was true. Wish I could tell him how I feel but the words are censored here.I Came close to making a bad decision but I walked out.Do not recommend . When we first moved here they did an oil change and failed to fill the car back with oil .The only good experience ever had there was with tire mounting.

Staff very thorough and friendly. Brought me home while working on my car and picked me up from home so I could pick up my vehicle. Would definitely go back .

We were experiencing great vibrations on our car so we stopped at this shop to check our tires out. Staff was very helpful and detected in no minute the issue, we got back on track in one hour! Thank you Shaam for your assistance wish you the best!

Car inspections are supposed to be first come first serve and you absolutely cannot make an appointment. Dropped my car off as soon as you opened lady with jacket on with the name cliff embroidered on it said there were two cars us before and they d def be done by 10 we leave come back after 12 and we have 4 cars in front of us so it s not first come first serve it s serve first people we know then we ll get others I am a draft resident for 10 plus years and have never been treated so poorly trying to pay for a service. So now I will be forced to not shop locally for my new set of tires and car inspection.

Awesome service! We took our car in that needed an alignment and they had three people drive it to make sure it was done correctly. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Had a great experience. The new GM was very friendly and helpful he was also taking the time to show his customers what they needed for their vehicles instead of just telling them what they needed. I haven t been to the place in years but took a chance today and was very please and will be back again

The people were super friendly. They did not rotate my tires despite paying for it, and I marked my tires to see if they really did rotate. But other than that was a good service change.

Excellent service! We were able to call, get an idea of what our problem was, get an appointment and be on our way within an hour. Robert was extremely helpful and informative for start to finish. He even recommended a hotdog stand nearby where we could get some food while we waited. I have never been treated so well at a mechanic's shop in my whole life! Eavers Tire truly goes above and beyond for their customers.

Will not do business there again was told I needed calipers and new brakes on both front and back. They did not tell the truth. Used to be awesome service but going way downhill as of recent. Took my car somewhere else for a state inspection they passed the brakes and said nothing is wrong with them.

Its my first time bringing my vehicle here. They re very close from where I lived & & they have high rating reviews so I took my chances & they don t disappoint. I brought my RAV 4 this morning to get fixed my left rear tire damaged by a nail causing a flat tire. They patch the tire & I was in & out for an hour I think. They also assessed my other remaining tires & made recommendations. They have designated waiting room with coffee area & WiFi. Kaila & Brandon we re very nice , kind & helped me with the service I needed. After the service, I checked my tire & they looked good to me, I even didn t see my tire pressure light on anymore. I definitely recommend this shop.

My service was great. I needed an inspection.Bryan is awesome. All the guys at check in service desk were great. As I sat in the waiting area, I observed each staff member being very polite, friendly and customer service focused. I was impressed with their general concern for each customers issues. Most of the customers they greeted by name as they walked in. I was there at 7:00 am and easily 6 other customers were waiting for them to open. Everyone was taken care of very quickly and I was at work in time ! Perfect. The entire team was very pleasant and professional. Thank you !

Hey this place is amazing. I am doing a road trip and my house torn and leaked coolant . I am over an hour away from home and is on my way to DC for a concert. I found this place call them and talked to a Mr Robert. He was fantastic helped me out over the phone and when I got here , he had the piece and everything I only waited 1 hour and was back on the road and even made it to the concert. Thanks Robert

We have been customers at Eavers in Draft for several years now. We were admittedly apprehensive about the change in ownership, but "so far, so good!" Yesterday we took our Jeep Wrangler in for state inspection and an oil change. We left it for the day and picked it up around 3:30. As my husband was sitting in our driveway waiting for me to park our van first, he noticed smoke starting to appear from under the hood. He parked the Jeep, saw a large trail of oil stretching down our driveway, and found oil dripping from underneath. We hightailed it the ~5 miles back to Eavers. He said the oil warning light came on just down the road from Eavers, but he made it into the parking lot. When I pulled into the lot behind him, I saw the smoke coming out from under the hood, and 4 or 5 of the mechanics all coming out to assess the problem.They quickly determined that the problem was the oil filter, which had no gasket on it. One of the mechanics took full responsibility for what had happened; he was not the one who did the work but he was the one who was supposed to supervise it. They replaced the filter with a new one that did have the missing gasket. They had to put in 2 quarts of oil just to move the Jeep from the parking lot into a bay to replace the lost oil. Once all that was taken care of and doublechecked, this mechanic (whose name I did not get, and I'm sorry about that!) took the Jeep to pressure-wash it, degrease it, and run it through a car wash to remove the oil that had sprayed all over the back of it during our first trip home and back.Mistakes and problems happen. The mechanic was VERY apologetic, but we were not angry and just needed it fixed. The main thing is that these folks diagnosed the problem fast, took responsibility, and they made it right immediately. That is a good example of business integrity.We continue to recommend Eavers to anyone needing good and honest service on a vehicle!
