Helpful staff. Always like the clearance at AutoZone sometimes you can find some fantastic deals. Other times nada. Normal prices are pretty high so normally I don't buy unless it's emergency need.

Went in for a battery and the gentleman gave me options to choose from high to low. He also offered to place my battery in the vehicle. Very professional and nice!!

The photo shows an AutoZone staff member helping me replenish leaking transmission fluid, before teaching me how to do it myself! (I would show a better pic, but I do not have his permission to show his face.) I'm very grateful for the special funnel and paper towels needed to complete the work and safely travel home. The manager on duty also helped me. I'll be a repeat customer after this experience!

Love them! Went there today to get headlights and James changed them for me, I know my car is a little tough to change things so I appreciate him going above and beyond, that s what keeps me coming back! Thanks y all!

I went in today thinking I was gonna have to spend money.Aren't of any other place Germany named? Greg show me that my headlights were working and had fixed one of them for me. Good place to go to if they didn't care? I would have spent my last few dollars today.

Excellent customer service! Went in to get a brake light and windshield wipers, which they installed. They were also kind enough to install two headlamp bulbs that I didn't even purchase there. I think that's going above and beyond and I am very grateful. Highly recommend these folks!

Went to get new headlights for my car and the gentleman working offered to put them in. Excellent customer service. He was finished in no time and was extremely friendly. Thank you!

Went in when my engine was dying in a snowstorm. They gave great advice and fixed up my car for me so I didn t get ripped off at a mechanic. Couldn t recommend more!!

Pretty decent service most of the time. The people don't really know cars that well but are friendly and will help with most basic stuff. But don't expect to get answers on how go rebuild a motor or anything.

Great experience every time I go. Definitely the friendliest AutoZone around. I don't even go to the one in Waynesboro unless absolutely necessary. I travel to draft AutoZone before I go local unless emergency. Last visit technically replaced battery under warranty and also replaced connectors as they were bad. All for free and I could tell he was sick but he didn't complain once.

Very helpfull staff for the non mechanically inclined people like me. Had to discribe using sounds what was wrong and he knew right away. Very reasonable prices beat out everyone else.
