Very nice people. it was quick to rent a uhaul.

Called ahead, asked if they had time to put a shock on (I had the shock). They said yes. Showed up, went straight to work on it. Two bolts and 20 mins later I go in to pay the bill. $170... I questioned why so much. Was told 2 hour minimum for off the road calls. I complained and they knocked it down to 1 hour labor. They might be a 5 star business to locals, but just passing through with out of state plates, they seemed with out hesitation to take advantage of the situation. I will never go back. Not would I recommend them based on their attitude towards the questioning of my bill.

I highly recommend RS equipment and fleet service. I ran into electrical issues with my 1989 dodge cummins in the middle of the night driving through Strasburg VA on my way home to Massachusetts. I arrived at the shop first thing in the morning after sleeping in my truck for the night. I explained what the issues with my truck were and without hesitation the guys took my truck right in the shop. Within very reasonable time I was back on the road with no repeat of the electrical issue I was having. These guys showed southern hospitality is a real thing, and I greatly appreciated their work. Thanks again guys.

My class-C motorhome was towed to RS Equipment after it broke down in a neighboring town. The people at RS were awesome, getting me back on the road in a very timely manner. It wasn't a quick job, either, as the fuel tank had to be dropped in order to replace the fuel pump. Their professionalism and quality of service instilled great confidence, and I plan to use them in the future for chassis maintenance issues when passing through the area.

The water pump in our 2000 BMW decided to expire. We were 400 miles from home. After spending most of the morning on the phone looking for a new pump and then find someone to install an Angel named Earl hooked us up with R S. When we arrived they got right on it. Had us out of there in 2 hrs. They took the time out of their busy day so we could continue with our trip.Thank you so much.

I hit Bambi s daddy at 80mph while driving back home on 66E just before the exit on the 522 in Front Royal. This little event left a quite the mess on my 2016 Chevy Silverado pick up truck. Air bags tried but failed to deploy, seatbelts locked up and the front passenger side of the vehicle was shattered. It was a mess. I truly thought the insurance company was going to total the vehicle. Well, they didn t. So I called HUPS. He was referred to me by a friend. Right from the get go they took over. A tow truck picked up my vehicle. I was updated every step of the way and now, I have my truck back and to my surprise, a detailed cleaning was also done on the inside. Yey bonus. The truck looks great, in fact, better than before. I can t thank the great team at HUPS enough. Fantastic work. I will recommend them to everyone I can.

Set up a Uhaul rental. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about using the Uhaul system and pricing.

I am seriously still in shock and overly grateful and in debt for the work Rob put in on my tahoe this morning. In still crying because it takes a special type of man to do what he does and what he did! I will do right by you! Thank you so much!!!

Took a bucket truck in to them for brakes and top controls for boom after 1100 and something just front brakes got fixed for over 1100 and had to jump it before I could leave and now it's not holding charge and it's got no power and making a crazy noise DO NOT AND REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE my truck is worse now than beforeService: BrakesService: Brakes
