Without exaggeration, I ve never received the excellent service that I experienced with J MOS Service and Repair !!As a woman, I ve been Ripped-off more times than I can count.I knew immediately that Ashley and Jesse were good people.No other mechanic has ever brought me his garage to explain the problem.They re prices are fair, and definitely not overpricedIf anyone has a car repair need, I encourage you to utilize W MOS - for honest and affordable repairs

I went to J Moss for a state inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed that there was exhaust leak on a newly replaced Catalytic converter that another shop had done.Instead of failing the inspection and hitting me with a hefty repair bill, the mechanic cleaned up the weld, and took care of the leaks for just $25.Really great folks. Best repair shop in Shenandoah County. Highly recommended. A+

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Had a rear brake line fail on the highway on a Friday at around 5pm. Called for a tow and then set out looking for a shop that might be able to fix it over the weekend. After many calls and "try this guy" with no luck, we were directed to J Mos Service and Repair. He said he was closed over the weekend but would try to get a look at it. On Sunday morning I received a text that the car was fixed and I could pick it up and pay online. Only issue was I couldn't add a tip to my payment. Great price and great customer service!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My car broke down, was able to drop it off at 2am and by 4pm i got my car back and all fixed up! HIGHLY recommend Jmos! I have been meaning to do a review for J MOS for over a year now. Last September they did a transmission replacement on my F150, months later they did new spark plugs and a replaced a cracked cylinder head. Their work is phenomenal. Here comes the real review though. Yesterday my truck broke down. And this is my work truck. So a quick turn around is a must. I was driving and my brakes locked up, my F150 said check braking system. I called Ashley atJ MOS and told her my truck was getting towed to their shop and I was also towing my utility trailer at the time. She said she was on it and they would look at it as soon as they could. It was a vacuum pump that needed to be replaced. Not only did they get my truck fixed within 24 hours they unhitched my trailer and stored it in the parking lot overnight. I can t say enough good things about J MOS. Their communication is top notch, pricing is totally reasonable, and they get things done! Thank You J MOS! 5 Stars! 2 Thumbs Up!

Hi my name is Michael I took my black Ford Taurus in to their shop and the owner was very nice and professional and the lady at the front desk that owns the company as well did a very good job on welding my Exhaust would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their car fixed and if I come across anybody that needs their exhaust welded I would recommend them to go to this company they do a great job five stars and they are family owned

I have a vw which is difficult to find someone who knows how to fix all their quirks. I left my car with them to diagnose several issues. They called me to keep me updated as they diagnosed the problems. They quickly fixed my car and were so affordable. Huge shout out to J Mos Service & Repair for taking great care of my wife's vehicle! We were quoted work from another shop in Winchester, and were skeptical of the diagnosis. Very glad we asked J Mos to quote us, as they confirmed that we did not need all the work that we were told we did, and they were able to get the car in and fixed very quickly (same day)! We could not be happier with our decision to use J Mos Service and Repair and will definitely use them moving forward! Highly recommend J Mos for all your vehicle services! Jesse did a heck of job when putting my new rims and tires on my jeep. Very friendly and this isn't your normal oil change, he goes over the whole vehicle, he found a leaking wheel seal on the jeep and. Jesse is our hero! We were traveling through Virginia to a wedding and 2 hours from home when our car started shaking. We had no idea what was wrong but found Jesse s shop thru an online search. We called at 4:30 on Friday and he said to bring it in even as they were about to close for the day. He quickly diagnosed an issue in our tire. Jesse and his wife called all over town, located the right tires, and his wife went to pick them up. Jesse had his back up and on the road in an hour. On top of it, he told us to call him after we drove on them for a bit to make sure that everything was working fine. He wanted to make sure we didn t get stranded anywhere. They are down to earth and get the job done . Great prices and great customer service . A couple of the other local shops left bad impressions , not this one. They don t try to run up the bill and actually want to help you out . Happy it s conveniently close to the house , as I will be a regular.
