Awesome, speak English! Don't go there being dumb forgein accent - acting dumb! It's not for you. Crazy foreigners, can't drive, forget it, go somewhere else! You never back in here without being laughed at. Can't take pics, cuz they laugh at you so much. And yard driver, gonna get you. Live this place.

This place is an absolute joke. You dont know if you're working 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts until you get to work. They make you work over for no apparent reason. This place use to be called Lear in Winchester. When it was lear it was ran way better than what it is now. Every one that I have talked to also thinks how they do the schedule is wrong and there's alot of people here also. Also they don't care if you have doctor appointments either

The shipping staff night and day shift including the shunt driver are fast and efficient, always on time and friendly to talk to. I observed multitasking in progress. Very professional, after all the years trucking it s a blessing and honor to unload and reload here

As soon as I got there they gave me a door, as I was backing into the door someone was already waiting for so they can unload me and there were two people working to unload me and finished up a full truck in 30 minutes . I just wish everywhere else is as organized, willing to get you out of there as soon as possible. So the team at IAC in Strasburg, VA THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING HARD WORK.

Was a lead there was not good exp dont give you the tools to do your job and people are lazy n full of drama forklifts were unsafe and people would step on my toes n screw up my job causing several mishaps then i got demoted the position was good but the people n disorganization of the company was the issue

Al Delivery. Yo llegue despu�s de las 6 de la tarde a descargar y cierran a las 11 P.M. y no tardaron en descargar, hay 2 truck stops a 6 millas para quedarse si llegan de noche. Un loves y Pilot.For Delivery. I arrived after 6 o'clock and it is open and they did not take long to unload, to 11:00 P. M. Is closed. there are 2 truck stops 6 miles away.
