Had the most awesome experience! Andre made sure my car was banging deep just how I wanted. Reasonable prices and amazing customer service. He also installed a rear view camera in my box truck and went above and beyond fixing other issues not even mentioned nor did they have anything g to do with the contracted items. I was so happy and can t recommend them enough! Please call them first!

An outstanding experience working with Unparalleled Audio. The process was very easy from start to finish, beginning with an initial phone call and then in person meeting to assess the work needed to improve the audio of my vehicle. Scheduling was a breeze, and the install was very quick and efficient. I received a comprehensive estimate of the work to be completed and was given a demo and post-inspection complete with photos to show the work that had been done. It's been a couple of weeks now and the sound in my vehicle is like night and day. The audio has come alive. No more elevator sounds for me!Would definitely recommend Unparalleled Audio to others.

I would highly recommend coming here if you need help with upgrading your car audio system. Andre is highly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. His recommendations were spot on and I m definitely satisfied with my experience. The final product showed a lot of attention to details and Andre and his team made sure the set up looked as clean as possible

My second experience with the workmanship of the Unparalleled Audio team of Andre and Eric and I couldn t be more impressed. In addition to some audio issues I was having with my head unit and speakers that they solved, they were able to provide a complete install of my CB radio, antenna, front bumper (separate wiring for light beam versus fog lamps), auxiliary driving lights and Warn winch. In addition, they got my halo daytime running lights working as well. Multiple connections and wiring configurations needed. The work was clean, accurately/safely placed in the engine/console areas and working perfectly. Sound system is crystal clear while providing the output needed for effective listening when the top of my Jeep TJ is removed. Very appreciative of the precision in the Unparalleled Audio team work and willingness to advise on needed parts that would meet my needs. I highly recommend them for any electronic installs.

My recent experience as a female shopping for audio services, with this shops expertise by tour and questions about services for my car was unsurpassed in the Sterling area. No old bro club here, very professional! The owner Andres reception to my inquiries was great. I was very impressed with the technical, product, and installation knowledge, plus the exceptional attention to detail as well as caring about his end product result. In an arena of businesses the ethics, integrity and dedication to a focus on me the customer at this place shined through. Price points are reasonable as well.The business deserves 10 Stars.

I was so happy with the service we received from Andre at Unparalleled Audio. We called in the morning and he told us to come by and with in an hour our radio was replaced. We highly recommend this business for any radio/audio service. The staff was amazing and the service was great. I was very happy with my bill too, very good prices.

Took our brand new car to have the front and rear dash cams installed. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Andre is super knowledgeable and such a personable person to work with. The install ended up costing less than what he quoted because he explained that some of the parts were not needed. Because of this great experience, I'm taking the car back there next week to have him upgrade the speakers.

Andre called us back within 24 hours of our initial call and gave us a full explanation of costs and pros and cons to the features we wanted in the new head unit for a Toyota Prius. Price was great, service was great. I will bring all my future auto audio business to Unparalleled Audio.

Excellent service, quality products, and great location. Replaced all factory car speakers, stereo, and sub. Andre offered great suggestions to what I was looking to do within my budget and way better equipment options than what I was originally planning to do. All questions were promptly answered through phone calls, emails, or texts. Amazing customer service. I wish I did this years ago, but glad I didn't because I needed to find "Unparalleled Audio" first for this upgrade and professional install.

Excellent service. Brought in my right hand drive japanese 80 series land cruiser which had an old poorly installed aftermarket system. Worked with Andre to get a set of speakers I'm happy with and a new head unit all within a reasonable budget. Also installed a backup camera without making any holes or permanent changes. Couldn't be happier with the communication and quality of service. Great to get service from someone who listens and cares!

Brought in my 2021 Tacoma to see if I can improve the factory installed sound system. Andre provided a few options and let me decide the one that was comfortable for my needs and my budget. I placed a deposit so that the equipment could be ordered. Later, I was called to schedule the installation. On the day of installation, although they typically close at 6:00 PM, when I went back to pickup the truck to find out that there was a small glitch and it is taking a bit longer.Needless to say, Andre and his installer stayed late to deliver a completed project. I was extremely happy about their service. Once I started using the new system, it surely over exceeded my expectation. Nice and powerful sound to the point that I don't even hear the road or engine noise.What makes me extremely happy, is the fact that I had noticed a small issue in the truck's head unit display contrast. Yesterday, I took the car back and rather giving me the run around, he pulled the truck in his shop and in 10 minutes it was all fixed.Small company but they really care and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any auto electronics upgrades.

Unparalleled Audio is the absolute best! Andre is so super helpful and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied with their installation. I was trying to get a new radio for an old car and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg - so had Andre install a lower-end radio. But then I HATED it so very much!!! Andre made it right by upgrading the hardware for me free of charge!!!! He really, really went way above and beyond the call of duty for me - because it was 100% my fault for picking a cheap radio in the first place! I wish all businesses took such great care of their customers - everyone could take a lesson from this one! Highly recommend!

100% recommend Andre and Unparalleled Audio. He did a head unit install for me, and I will definitely go back to him as I progress through any additions/upgrades. His installs are clean, his prices are definitely fair, and his customer service is top-notch. He is 100% up-front and honest regarding what your end-goal is and pricing, and he actually listens to his customers. Instead of trying to up-sell you on things you don't want or need. If you're looking to have anything done, don't hesitate.

We had a great experience with Unparalleled Audio! The pricing is very reasonable, the service is top notch, and the techs are very knowledgeable. We replaced the factory radio in our Dodge Grand Caravan with a new JVC and it is fantastic. (I will write a separate review about the Dodge "Uconnect" because it is garbage).If you are considering upgrading your vehicle sound system, this is the place to go.Andre is great, and I look forward to working with him again.5 stars - highly recommend

I blew one of my rear speakers out and after a month I finally gave in and decided to upgrade all of my car speakers. I sent in a request for a quote and Andre got back to me the next day and gave his list of recommendations. The following week I dropped of my car and got it back the same day. There were no surprise charges that differed from the itemized quote so I knew what to expect when the bill came. Really happy with the Morel setup and the way they sound! There were no problems with the installation and they made sure the results were clean. Will definitely be contacting them again if I'm looking to make more modifications! I setup an installation for my granddaughter working with Andre. He found just the right radio for a 20 year old and installation had been st. Unfortunately my granddaughter totaled her car 1 week before the Appointment. I was sure where this left us. I contacted Andre and throughout this entire process he was kind and very thoughtful. He ensured I received my deposit back within a week and completely understood. They have a great bunch of guys who work here and I would recommend them highly. And my granddaughter is recovering, her car not so much!

Professional and detailed. That is the best way I can summarize my experience with Andre and the Unparalleled Audio team. I needed a significant upgrade in sound for my Jeep Rubicon. I needed overhead and in-dash factory speaker upgrades, a new amp and some dash planted tweeters to provide more high frequency sound with all the noise that comes in this vehicle. Andre provided several recommendation with varying price options and then kept me engaged as they managed the work on my vehicle. They ran into some issues and he provided several solutions for ways they could approach it. In the end, the work was clean, the sound is incredible and it was all managed via thorough communication. Highly recommend Andre and Unparalleled Audio.

Exceeded my expectations in service and prices! Andre is an intelligent and attentive person. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made the whole selecting a stereo and speakers an easy experience. He didn't mind all my callbacks with a myriad of questions and is truly a professional. The install was so perfect, that my husband said it looked like it came from the factory. FYI - A 2010 Toyota Camry LE doesn't come with much of anything except a not-so-great radio....Thanks again!

Andre is a true professional. He was courteous and helpful and took the time to explain the options to replace the radio and broken GPS in my Lexus SC. His prices are fair in my opinion. I checked out one other location prior to calling Andre and their quote was considerably higher (about $250 higher) on the installation of a radio/GPS. I never felt rushed either on the phone or when I met him at his shop. He gave me an estimated time it would take and I thought it would take longer since most auto repair services I've experience take longer, sometimes considerably longer, than their estimate. Andre estimated time to complete the job was exactly what he told me. I am very happy with my new radio/GPS and back-up camera. Made me "fall in love" with my 2007 Lexus SC all over again! (smile) I HIGHLY recommend Unparalleled Audio to anyone/everyone!!

I have an old BMW that I was looking to get its stereo upgraded and to get a back up camera installed so I went to my local Best Buy to have them install it. Long story short after being scheduled a whole month out, I went in and their installers looked at my car for not even 10 minutes and told me they could not do it. They called it a 12 hour difficult job and impossible to bypass the amp unless I upgrade all my car s existing speakers. They told me that I could still get a rear view camera in my car if I bought a rear view mirror dash cam with a rear view camera. So I did that, scheduled with them, and three weeks later their tech said I cannot do this, I do not know the wiring of this car and I do not want to mess anything up. This had been the second time I had to deal with their nonsense and I was so over it. I looked up car radio installers in my area and I found this shop as a result, went in after my bad experience with Best Buy, spoke to Andre, the owner, and he was very understanding, honest, and professional throughout the consultation. He told me he could install both the stereo and backup camera in my car so I took a leap of faith and set up an appointment to get the job done.Installation Day comes, I dropped my car off and after about four hours later, my car got a stereo upgrade and a backup camera! Andre did an immaculate job and he was even able to put my Apple CarPlay plug in besides my stereo without having to take away the only cigarette lighter in my car. I was so thrilled with the results and Andre even took his time to explain the features of my new stereo and answered any questions or concerns I had. He is very committed to making sure his customers are satisfied with his work and he shows that with his stellar work results. I am so happy I found this business and I will now only recommend friends and family to come here for anything related to their car s stereo and speaker needs. I look forward to doing business with Andre and his team again in the future; thank you again Andre for doing what Best Buy could not, I am so happy with my new stereo!
