Very friendly front desk staff. The mechanics are highly knowledgeable and thorough. Pricing is fair. Justin and the team always above and beyond to make sure my truck is taken care of and that I leave satisfied with their service. These guys definitely have my loyalty knowing that I can trust them.

Got a Pre Purchase Inspection done from them, and they did a great job with providing details about the vehicle condition and even provided photos of parts of the vehicle. Gave me a printed and emailed inspection report. I live pretty far from this mechanic shop, and don't go here too often, but if you live close by I recommend them. They're skilled.

Justin is awesome..he's responsive and persistent in keeping up with reminders for service which is a really cool service they provide. I think it's a great business approach as I tend to forget about servicing our cars so getting reminders is amazing. I also love hearing how he uses data and analytics to increase business and to help better understand the time spent on specific jobs. I highly recommend their services

I brought my car to Undisputed Auto Care. Charles checked us in. The problem was diagnosed and the repair made. It was ready when they said it would be.The next day I picked that car up and dropped off another. Again, the problem was diagnosed and the repair made.In both cases the crew at Undisputed was polite and professional. They did no repair without first seeking my approval. The costs were reasonable. The shop and front office were clean. The coffee was fresh. Thank you Undisputed!

BLUF: excellent, fast, effective service; honest pricing; no unnecessary add-ons.I ve brought my 17 YO, >100k miles car here for multiple issues and nearly every time, I get it back within a day at most, 3 for a more complicated problem. I appreciate that Barry gives the worst case scenario quote before doing any work and that more often than not, the estimate is higher than the final cost. In one instance, the technicians anticipated having to replace an expensive part and provided a quote including that replacement. Upon deconstructing the problem area, they realized the issue was something they could fix and adjusted my cost accordingly (to a small fraction of the original estimate).As evidenced by my language, I am not a car guru and I think many shops would take advantage of that fact, but Undisputed (and their pricing) is honest, fair, and reasonable qualities that are hard to find these days. And the fact that my car is still chugging along demonstrates the quality of their work.

Been going to Justin and Undisputed Auto care for years. Literally dropping my car off tomorrow for an oil change and a diagnostics on a smoking issue I m having. Highly recommend!Update. They found my turbo had completely broken. Replaced both turbos and all works great again! Thanks again!

I was in need of a honest and fair mechanic after my previous one retired. Undisputed Auto Care was recommended by multiple friends and they did not disappoint. Honest work. Fairly priced. And the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Exceptional knowledge and service. I did some extensive research on finding this issue with my mom s car, even went to the local dealer. I found the other highly rated mechanic I got a quote from had missed the sensors (in and out) for new (right side) carborator, the dealer quoted the same sensor, and when I spoke to Justin, the owner, about the sensor s on the quote I understood how and why they were missed diagnosed by the other 2.I learned he was a senior master mechanic at the local dealer (the highest certification) before starting his own business, and that his warranty extends beyond his shop(!)I also learned his shop can do emissions and VA safety inspections because the other shop had mis-quoted the VA safety inspection of which was not needed.On top of all the above, Undisputed Auto Care had the best price too.Not only is Justin thoughtful in selecting the best car parts, he s an exceptional person who continues to grow through self improvement. We got to speak about several books, and podcasts of authors we both respect. His leadership is evident in the remarkable team that work with him. I would highly recommend making Undisputed your first choice for auto care, no pun intended!

I took my truck in to have new tires mounted and balanced. I also had an alignment done after they were installed. My truck has never driven better. I will not hesitate to recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Had an unusual problem.The dipstick broke and was stuck in the engine.Undisputed Auto Care were able to get it out and did it under an hour.Great job guys.Would recommend them.

Undisputed took great care of my vehicle and got to the root of the problem and had a fix for it. They held my car over holiday weekend to make sure it was complete. They even offered a discount on previously quoted work! Highly recommend Undisputed Auto.

Went in for an oil change... Justin and his team are great. Starting from the moment you sign in with paperwork to the time they do the work, they are courteous, quick and take great pride in what they do. Although this is my first experience with Undisputed, I have had many people tell me that this is a great place to bring your car. I drive a Mazda 6 and I know they can work on anything! Thank you for a great job with my ride!

A five (5) star review for me has to be earned.This only happens when a business on-purpose goes out of their way to assist, help and provide a significant value to not only existing customers, but to new prospects.I feel that being a customer of this business is a privilege, because the owner intentionally goes out of his way to understand customer concerns and needs regarding their vehicle requirement and/or needs.As a new North Virginia transplant, I come from a region with a large Jeep Wrangler community with great Jeep dealers that also went out of their way to service the Jeep 4WD community. Then I walk into Jeep dealers in N. Virginia that leave a lot to say when it comes to service and genuine Mopar parts.Undisputed Auto Care is a business where you can trust and experience honesty. But most important - a business that has your back!I m so glad I found these guys via a local referral. Thank you Undisputed Auto Care for your honesty, for being reasonable on your pricing and for doing amazing quality auto care craftsmanship.

We bring our vehicles in to Undisputed because they're honest and have high integrity. When you drop your vehicle off here you know you're in good hands. You can trust the mechanics and owner Justin. They won't scam you or nickle and dime you like most shops. It's hard to find a mechanic who you can trust. Luckily we found Undisputed.Their customer service is also top-notch. When you call to schedule an appointment, you're greeted by friendly staff who are knowledgeable and patient with your obnoxious questions. The upstairs waiting area is clean, organized and tidy.I highly recommend this mechanic shop to those looking for service and professionals that are real... real professional, real honest and real knowledgeable.

I had my commercial vehicle over at Undisputed Auto Care for a repair that two other mechanic shops were not able to resolve, it was quick, fair price and great costumer service.Definitely coming back and recommending it to friends
