This is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have ever met..And the prices are reasonable. I am 75 miles away but for the service I will drive, friendly staff ,I highly recommend!!

If you are looking for good people who work efficiently, this is the place. I'm not saying they are cheaper, but these are the people who would not just find "extra" problems in your car. They will give you the right estimate and are courteous. I love Aamir, who works there, good guy with great work ethics.I have referred a lot of people there. They all are happy and satisfied customers now.

I have known Ibrahim the owner since 2003 and have been going to TLC ever since it was opened for all my cars. Totally trustworthy, honest and straightforward. No games and no gimmicks. All the mechanics are great and most of the time I can get the things done while waiting unless the things are more complex. Strongly recommend for all kind of auto services.

I really wanted to give them second and third chances to fix their work! I took my car a year ago for front end ppf, ceramic coating, and window tinting! Ppf starting peeling off from the corners of two panels! Also there was mutliple noticeable bubbles in the windshield tint! Asked them for their warranty. Took my car for their inspection, they said they will replace and fix the issues. Gave me an appointment for 3 weeks from then! A year after and the issue is still not fixed because my appointment got cancelled and they are responsive anymore! I do not recommend to their services due to quality and customer service. I hope this will help management to take care of their future customers in a better way!

I had work done on my 2019 suburban needed a differential fluid shop employee put wrong oil and charged me way too much I would not recommend this place too anyone

Pros: Shop Manager/clerk is very polite despite some unruly customersCons:There is no system of how you receive service. They say first come first serve but I'm not seeing the truth in that.... Waited 2 hours to only be told the "guys" Went on lunch... Came back and still waiting after people that have arrived after me.The ONLY plus side is the cost factor. The price is almost unbeatable unless you drive right around the building...

I only service my vehicles here. Ibrahim is talented professional and kindest person you'd ever get in a mechanic. And yes all Dulles airport cab drivers already know that, so it can get a bit busy but totally worth the wait.

I saw a great team working at TLC with very experienced crew and Honesty their first policy ! My first hand experience there is what prompted me to write this. And the price for repair by TLC saved me over $700- compared to one next door where i was fooled few times before. But not anymore not this time. I found TLC. Thankyou !

Iit's very rare these days to find a good knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop, doctor or even a dentist. This man i believe he is known by the name ibraheem is exceptional. Great knowledge he posesses about cars ( though we can say no one knows everythinh) Curteous and if needed he explains what needs to be done and whatever else. He is thorough. This shop and its work is trustworthy and quality oriented. I would not hesitate at all recommending friends and family or anyone for that sake. Its nice to know there are still some good honest people working hard and not taking people for a ride .But a WORD of CAUTION for the shop next door to this one known as AK Automotive is a renowned and proven thug.

Best place ever... the staff is very friendly.. perfect service for my car... they only fix what is required based on your requirements... also reasonable less proce... i have received quote of minimum 850 to fix my car from somewhere, everything got fixed in 400$... less service margin then other places...I recommend this place, I guarantee once you visit here this place will become your go to garage...

I m Taxi driver and I been going to Mr Ibrahim shop for very long time, He s very honest guy so last week I went their last week for my oil changed he saw leaked in one the hose and his mechanic just fixed and said only charge for piece of pipe he could have easily charge me full repair price for with an hour labor what typical mechanic that s all I have to say.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair
