I had an excellent experience - easy to communicate/schedule and the work was well done! We had an ATV that was going to be a pain to bring to a shop and we had the Pro-One Technician repair it right in our garage. We ordered the parts ahead of time, and were very pleased this service existed because we did not have the tools to do it ourselves. Clean, friendly, professional, knowledgeable.

Richard has saved me twice now when my lawn tractor wouldn't start. He's so much more responsive than anyone else I called and he comes to me! Both times he came in less than a week. Very reasonable rates and honest. I HIGHLY recommend! Thanks again Richard!

Richard came to my house and got my edger and log splitter running. They hadn t been operated in years but he quickly diagnosed the problems and corrected the issues. Richard was on-time, professional, and courteous. He knows what he s doing and gets right to work upon arrival. I highly recommend Richard for repair of your yard/property power equipment.

Damaged the blade and spline on my zero turn mower deck. Contacted Pro-One through Thumbtack and got an immediate response. Came out within 24 hours and had me back on track in 30 mins of arrival. Highly recommend. Richard was great to work with!

Outstanding experience. Richard was quick with a response to my inquiry. Got me scheduled quickly and made the whole process really super easy. Even checked with the previous shop I used to ensure my lawnmower was properly serviced. Great value for the convenience otherwise I would have to borrow a truck or trailer. See you next year !!

Called Richard yesterday, he was able to fit me in today ! (the next day) He identified the problem in 15 mins, and I am up and running no problem !As a former HVAC tech, I am always leery of any sort of service techs only out to get the customer and gouge for profit. I made a very good decision going with Richard, as he could have easily told me what was causing my issues needed many more parts. He clearly has integrity, and is one of a few honest business owners out there.I highly recommend Pro-One and will use them in the future knowing I won't try to be taken for.

Richard was very quick to respond and to set up an appointment. He arrived on time and diagnosed/fixed the issue within minutes. He explained the cause and how to address the problem if it occurred again. So much easier having a home visit rather than taking the snowblower into a shop! Would definitely recommend.

Richard knew exactly what to do to revive my snowblower. He disassembled and cleaned the carburetor and had my snowblower working again in less than half an hour. He ensured it ran well before he departed, recommended not leaving ethanol treated gas in the tank when its not being used and said call back if I experience any problems. I m a very satisfied customer who is ready for some snow!

Richard came right away and diagnosed the problem with our mower (the starter solenoid was bad). He ordered the part and came and fixed it in a relatively timely manner. He was very quick to respond to both my neighbor and I (the mower was at their house) via text or phone call.HOWEVER... He asked for the full amount up front and it was paid. His fix didn't work so he recommend we contact another repair shop. We took it to John Deere and guess what... they replaced the stater solenoid and it worked great!! I called Richard and explained the situation to him. He said he would call the place where he got the part and get back to me. I never heard from him again despite several calls and voicemails. I DID talk with him when I called from my husband's phone. When my neighbor called and left a voicemail he again never responded. I'm fairly certain he blocked my number because I called several times on a couple different days and it went straight to voicemail. I also noticed that the text I sent several days prior was undelivered.Very unprofessional Richard. The least you could do would be to call me back, or respond to a text. The part FYI was ~$30 and he charged $365 up front.

Richard is a true professional. He was easy to contact, came exactly when he said he would, let me know he was on his way and got my snowblower running in short order. He explained everything to me and gave me tips for taking care of it in the future. Highly recommended.

Mr. Nathanson is excellent. Initial communication and response was excellent, he responded within an hour to a text. Shared his availability, set time and date, sent a reminder via email, and gave me a 20 minute check in before arriving. Drove up, shook my hand, set up, and got to work immediately. Explained the process, took care of business, we settled up and he was on his way to his next appointment.Best part of all, he was working/traveling with his son who seems to be a fine young gentleman. All of this tells me that this is a good, hard working pro, who knows his stuff and works hard. He will get all of my related service calls because he is someone i can count on. -

Hate to share my secret, but Pro-One was excellent and highly recommended.Richard came the first day I called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it replaced within 5 days.Snow blower starts up and runs like it was newMuch better than having to transport to repair shop and wait a month.You won t be disappointed

Great service and communication. Came out to my house the next day and diagnosed the issue with my snow blower very quickly. Ordered the parts and came back a few days later, installed and got it running. Excellent service and reasonable cost. Will definitely call again when needed.

Richard, did a great job on my small generator. We agreed he would fix both my generator and my snow blower. I paid him $230 via PayPal like he requested on 26 October 2022 to cover both services but he admitted he needed to find a carburetor for my snowblower. Once he found one he was going to swing by and put it on. As soon as he was paid (for both services remind you) he stopped all communication and I m pretty sure he blocked my number.Richard, if you get this message please reach out to me because I m honestly not mad just want to give you a chance to be an honest man and help yourself and your business. Lying to people for a couple bucks isn t worth it man. May God bless you this season in whatever you are going through. Hope you are well.
