NOVA Automotive repaired my car from an accident. They had to replace my rear passenger door. They did a fantastic job. Cesar Guardia was extremely helpful in answering any questions. They constantly text me with updates to keep me informed about the repair. They actually repaired my car sooner than their estimated date! When does that happen! I would highly recommend this repair shop and Cesar to anyone in need of repairs.

They did an awesome job with the repairs on my vehicle, and the paint work. It looks like I just got my car back from the dealership, good as new. Honestly incredible work, and they even finished everything earlier than expected! Eddie was awesome to work with, and I can't recommend this place enough.

I recently visited and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they also offer a free chiropractic service. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after the mechanic finished working on my car, he gave me a quick adjustment and I felt like a new person! I never knew that getting my car fixed could also fix my back. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs a tune-up, both for their car and their spine. 10/10 would visit again!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! I will never take another vehicle anywhere else. Impeccable service, beyond professional and the Customer Service was 1000%! If you want your car fixed at a reasonable price with Nordstrom Level customer service. Look no further. They even cleaned the car inside and out prior to returning. I like literally cannot say enough nice things!!! My old car looks new again. Thank you NOVA!!

The shop technicians have a real problem with attention to detail and the shop foreman is not following up and verifying work is 100% done and done correctly. My car was first in their auto body for 3 weeks. On first attempt of delivery there were obvious flaws in rear bumper cover and scratched sensor from crash. They agree to repaint rear bumper cover. Also agree to fix two paint chips techs put in rear quarter panels near trunk lid replacement work. Since they had to remove rear quarter glass trims and rear plastic deck to replace my trunk swing arms, interior work was needed. Headliner was dirty around both rear quarter glass and the trim was rippled/bulging near the glass from not being installed correctly - maybe clips not repositioned or missing. So, wasted trip to pickup car after 2 weeks had passed.After 1 more week I finally get the car back. But after washing the car I notice front windshield is hazy, all windows actually. Well, scraping with a razor blade reveals the ENTIRE car was oversprayed with clear coat. The new OEM trunk also has orange peel from too much clearcoat being applied or without enough compressed air.I call Geico, they contact shop, take car back. Another trip and 2 more days. They clean headliner and reinstall both rear quarter glass trims.They buff out the orange peel and buff/wax entire car. The rear trunk seal was not properly aligned (I removed seal in front of Mario and the sheet metal seam was not continuously vertical, obvious). The trunk seal had leaked after driving home from the beach in the rain for 3 hours. Water had sat in the weld grinding fragments (no clean up was done in trunk) and rusting under my spare tire. I only found rusty grindings oxidizing after they had the car the second time.I finally think I have my car back to pre-accident condition, as much as possible.Not done yet The rear driver side quarter window trim is still not installed correctly! Now I also notice that no care was taken to clean the rear windshield interior after all the wielding and grinding so interior glass is dirty between deck and glass. The third brake light area shows a lot of grime on the interior glass No way to clean that area without removing side quarter trims and plastic deck again! Ugh.I contact Geico again about things remaining to be addressed and the rep has no words for what I ve been through The saga continues My next visit to their shop will hopefully be the final. This will likely occur during Thanksgiving break as my son will have my car at college. They owe me a new right rear LED taillight (LKQ taillight used had imperfections). To clean rear windshield glass interior they will need to remove both rear quarter glass trims and deck to clean the glass - I m hesitant to even consider asking them to work inside my car again to get the glass clean.I CAUTION YOU! I am a car guy and know what I am looking at. You need to know what you are looking at when you get your car back from NOVA Auto body. Oversight is not their strong suit. I am hoping the owner contacts me to discuss prior to my final visit.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I surely had faith in them, but getting hit one after another forced me to come here and share a little bit.1. Scheduled and a time to drop off my car, got there 10 minutes late they told me to re-schedule again to drop off my car. My fault and my initial impression was their seriousness with time.2. Went there on time during my second time, dropped off the car and waited more than 30 minutes for them to get a rental car for me. It should me the lack of coordination.3. they had 2 works to do: fix front and trunk. I had 2 estimates for that, sent ton them my my insurance. I went outside, showed everything to the worker, who marked down with a red marker everything that needed to be fixed.4. Stayed with a rental for about 10 days and very excited to finally see all my car fixed. I had a rental truck because the rental place did not have another car available.5. After 10 days, the lady from the office told me that I need to pick up my car literally before a specific time- she was very vocal on that. I went there to pick up my car and guess what???6. The trunk got fixed, but the front, who got all marked down did not get fixed. They never called me, send me a text, emailed me, nothing. went there to pick the car and I asked: "Why is not the front of my car fixed after having my car for 10 days?" Well, no apologies give, no excuses give, no conversation with the manager at any point, or any other type of explanation. The only thing I got from them was. ": Here is is your key!"I don't know if this is a choking situation. I even find hard to explain. Is this a bad business? I can't tell, BUT, will not recommend it. I will be vocal about not recommend it to anyone.You guys appear to be professional, but like seriousness and that was very evident from every single angle: from the very minute i put my feet at your office door. Please wake up folks!

I was sent to this location by an old friend to fix a panel on my Honda Pilot. Since the beginning the customer service was exceptional. The receptionist was so sweet, the manager took care of my car that had me stressed out for weeks. 5 minutes after they took a look at it they fixed it and didn't charge me a thing! That is really rare nowadays to see people that actually care about their business and their customers. Thank you so much you def have a great review and an outstanding customer service, guys!Definitely an A+ service!

This is an awesome place if you re looking into getting your car fixed! I was in a hit and run situation at work where when I was done with work I had seen huge damage done :/ thanks to my insurance helping me find a local place near me, they recommended Nova Automotive. They are profesional, clean, and know what they re doing. I loved how they updated me with texts on what s going on with my car and when it would be done; that was a huge help of communication. As you can see you ll see a picture of before when I first saw my car damage and now after pic of me picking it up today. Looks brand new and paint blending is perfect! 10/10 recommend this place :)Service: Painting

I was in an accident a month ago very close to NOVA automotive. The owner, Jos�, was very helpful and immediately arranged for towing the vehicle and assessing damages. He was very informative throughout the entire repair process and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. His administrative staff (Jessica is awesome!) also worked well with the insurance agency to ensure a smooth process. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer others. Great service and friendly to customers!

I damaged my car in the parking garage a month or so ago. This past week, on Tuesday to specific, I Googled and found NOVA Automotive. I called, it was 4:45, they told me to come in and they'd give me an estimate the same day. I was assisted by Tania over the phone and she greeted me in person. Then Mario and Luis did my estimate in less than 30 minutes. The pi�ce de r�sistance was the AWESOME ESTIMATE. Mario sat down and went over all of the work that would be done to my car and he said they could have the work done in a day! The next day, I dropped my car off and they dropped me off at work and by the end of my work day, my car looked brand new!Here's what stood out and will make me a repeat customer of NOVA Automotive... CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their customer service is top quality! They didn't know me, but they made me feel like I've been a long time customer. I took a handful of their cards and I'm handing them out to anyone who mentions having a need for automotive services (they're so much more than collision repair) I had some automotive services performed as well. Don't miss out! The quality of service, affordability and customer service makes it worth it!! My family and I have found our local repair shop :)

I recently had my 2021 BMW M340ix repairs completed here. Will and Eddie were beyond exceptional. I was first concerned about having my car repaired at a facility that was out of my insurance network but my anxiety was relieved almost immediately they are in network fully for GEICO insurance . The updates and repairs were above and beyond. My vehicle had over 20k of damage to it and it appears flawless such that it looks like the day they brought the car to me at home after ordering from bmw with a home delivery!!!!Thank you for you kindnessStorm

I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but there's just too many things that have added up. My car was keyed down two panels and my insurance pointed me to NOVA Automotive for the fix. The front office was awesome and everyone was friendly. I was even able to ask them a few non-related questions and they helped me out. The work was done relatively quickly. When I picked it up, they informed me they accidentally bent the outside window trim on the front right door and was ordering a replacement. Not a big deal, accidents happen. After the part came in, they called me up and replaced it in a few minutes.A few days later, my girlfriend noticed the inside headliner along the A-frame had dirt all along it. I was a little annoyed, but not enough to take it back. I kept driving the car for a few months and was consistently noticing road wind coming from the rear right door. A few times I checked the seals a few times and couldn't find the issue. This week, I realized the rear window molding (the rubber piece that slides against the window) was completely off the window. I could put my pinky between the door and the window. After getting this piece fixed at another garage, they informed me that NOVA installed this piece wrong and as a result, bent the inside door panel. I took pictures of both rear windows for comparison.For a detail shop, I would expect them to have more attention to detail.EDIT: A day after leaving this review, I received a phone call from Jose, the owner, who deeply apologized. We had a good conversation and he showed how much he cares about not only his customers, but also his employees. He made multiple offers to resolve the issue. At this point, I don't think that is necessary, but I really appreciated the call. Updated review from 2 to 4 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into an accident where someone rear ended me. I was referred to my insurance company to NOVA Automotive.Customer service is top notch. The shop manager is down to earth, friendly, and gave me a good idea of what to expect during this process.They got me hooked up with Enterprise, fixed everything better than new, got me squared away and back in my own car in no time.They even helped me navigate the correspondence with the insurance company.Highly recommended, great work!Service: Body & Trim

UPDATEAfter submitting this same review to their internal review system, I got a call from the owner of the company, Jose. He was very apologetic for the experience that I. While initially he seemed to again be offering reasons for why the service was poor, he eventually came around to asking what they could do to keep me as a customer. I asked for them to cover the cost of my rental, which was my same ask when I spoke to the manager in the store. Jose said they could definitely do that just send the invoice from the rental company. My original invoice only showed for the first four days (I had to double that number because of the delay), but Jose and Nadin, from accounting, didn t ask for additional proof of the extra days and cut me a check within days for the full amount.It sucks that I had to go to this length to get to this point, but Jose has earned a ton of respect from me for how he responded when he heard this story listed below. There was never any problem with the work on the car, just the service. With the excellent service I recently had, I have to change this review from 1 to 5 stars.I brought my car in on June 2. My repairs were not finished until August 1. The communication regarding the car was horrible. Since I didn t have coverage for a rental car, I kept my car after bringing it in for the original estimate. Eddie, the manager who did the estimate, told me they would reach out and let me know when the parts arrived. No one reached out to me and I ended up having to call them. This was in early July. The parts were ready and whoever I talked to said they had been busy which was why they didn t reach out. I had vacation plans so didn t bring it in until mid July on a Wednesday. The original estimate to GEICO said repairs would take five days. Since I was going to need a rental, I called to confirm this estimate and was told it would take longer but should be ready by the following Friday. I called again on Wednesday to confirm that Friday was still good and was told that it was. On Friday afternoon I still hadn t heard anything so I called and was told the car wasn t ready and probably wouldn t be until the following Wednesday. When I asked Cesar why I hadn t been called, he said they had been busy. When I asked to speak to his manager, Cesar said his manager had gone to the hospital for an emergency, information I didn t care or need to know. I asked Cesar to have his manager call me on Monday. Cesar confirmed that he would and said the car would definitely be ready by Monday afternoon.Monday afternoon came without a call, so I called. I spoke with the manager, Eddie. As had been the excuse each other time, Eddie said they d been busy and started giving the details about some other car that needed to be fixed ahead of mine. When I asked if he d gotten the message from Cesar, he said that he had. When I asked why he hadn t called, he said he probably forgot. He told me they would have the car ready by Tuesday at 5:30. When I asked what would happen if it wasn t ready, he said he would pay for my rental for Tuesday and Wednesday. I asked him to call me Tuesday at noon to give an update on the car because the rental company closed at 5 pm, and I would need time to extend the rental.Tuesday at 12:40, Eddie called and said the car would be ready at 3 pm. Surprisingly, it was actually ready. When I came in Eddie just went through the regular procedure for pick up. He did not offer anything to make up for the inconvenience that he d caused. When I pressed him on this, all he did was admit that this was his fault. When I asked for some money off the deductible to cover the rental, he said they couldn t even though he d offered to cover a part of the rental earlier and admitted that the shop would ve paid for that. He apologized for their poor communication but apologies are pretty worthless when the same mistake keeps happening and nothing is done to correct it.The repair itself seemed to be fine, but I m totally dissatisfied because the experience was so awful.

After being recommended by GEICO, I brought in my Camaro for a repair on the bumper cover. I was kept in touch throughout every step of the process from updates on parts vendors, repair progress, etc. I dropped off my car after I was notified that the parts arrived. When I went to pick up the car, I was awe struck at what they were able to do in the 30 hour timespan since I dropped it off. Cannot recommend this business enough, staff explained and answered every question I had about the repair and gave a very accurate estimated time once damage was assessed. I had very very bad experience with this center. I always use Caliber Collision center in Sterling. But for a change, I tried this center and they made me feel very horrible. I dropped on my Honda Odyssey on Nov, 7th 2022 for side door scratch and side door replacement. Believe it or not(I do have text messages from them), they changed the estimated completion date for 8 times. I didn't have the car back for Thanksgiving, Christmas and new holidays and I ended up canceling all my holiday trips. Finally they retuned the car after 2 months on Jan, 4th, 2023 without fixing the slide door mechanical issue(fixed only the body works). Then I had to take the van to Fairfax Honda and get it fixed(made the slide door auto open by the remote or button in the car). So I highly recommend not to use this center.Service: Body & Trim

The employees and manager at this shop are very friendly and helpful. They helped me out when there was an issue with Geico and got me in the same day even though I didn t have an appointment. The manager had to make multiple phone calls to Geico to get approval for repairs found after the initial appointment. The car looks great and was returned earlier than promised.
