I would give 0 stars to Nalli s automotive/autobody. I gave my brand new Audi car a small repair on the rear bumper. He is not a professional body shop. I went to their shop and checked multiple times, and still, the work was not done perfectly. Again. I have to take it to the showroom. They drove my vehicle 70 miles. I made the incorrect choice by trusting Mr. Patel.After all that, they damaged my car's front hood. They put some glue on the hood, and they put so many scratches on it. After washing the car, I can see a few other scratches on it. I felt so bad seeing my new car in that shape. I am attaching the pictures. Please be aware of them!!

It was an absolute pleasure to have been served by this auto mechanic establishment. Despite being a small business, this establishment never fails to provide reliable service whenever something goes wrong with my car. I went to another auto mechanic before coming to this place, and they were trying to rip me off by over pricing their services. But the owner here has always been genuine with me and charges a fair price. I would 100% recommend bringing your car to this auto mechanic.

Pretty good service and reasonably priced with appropriate diagnosis. I can say with confidence as I have been taking my vehicles to this place since few years and always the diagnosis was correct and priced reasonably.Good aspect is you get to see your vehicle during the time of diagnosis if required. You do not get to see this anywhere else.The price is discussed upfront and repairs are performed later after agreement.Also the beauty is you can work on your laptop while you stay as they provide free internet service and you are utilizing your time wisely. Thanks for all you do Nalli's Automotive.

Dealing with Nalli's Automotive & Autobody has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare others from falling victim to this unscrupulous establishment. Run by an Indian guy who seems to have perfected the art of scamming, this auto body shop is a textbook example of what can go wrong when trust is misplaced.I initially brought my car to Nalli's for repairs, and it was downhill from there. The owner claimed to fix the issues, but it was evident that my car was still in disarray when I picked it up the first time. It was as if they didn't bother doing anything meaningful a complete waste of time.Despite the disappointment, I reluctantly returned, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced. Fast forward from Thanksgiving to the end of January, and my car is still in shambles, a testament to their sheer incompetence and lack of commitment to resolving issues.Adding to the frustration, I paid a staggering $2000 for their purported services. Little did I know, I was essentially paying for the privilege of being a part of their circus of incompetence. When I rightfully demanded a refund, the owner callously refused to return a single cent. It's infuriating to think that not only did Nalli's fail to deliver on their promises, but they also drained my wallet without a shred of remorse.This place is a disgrace to the auto repair industry, a den of scammers taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the headache and financial loss steer clear of Nalli's Automotive & Autobody. It's an establishment that not only lacks the basic principles of integrity and customer service but actively preys on individuals seeking genuine help for their vehicles.

I had my truck towed to Nalli's Automotive& Autobody. Where paid $1,500.00 to one of the employees there that did not fix my truck, front and back bumpers with putting the proper brackets back on put homemade brackets on and did a very not good job. And it took the employee three weeks to put two bumpers on and when I went to the shop to talk to the owner, he pretty much told me he did not care and so many words that his employee does side work and it s not his responsibility.These guys are crooks be aware

I have been using their service for over 10 years now. Raju was the original owner. Man with smiley face never disappointed with his service. Reliable work, great service and after work support as well at reasonable prices. Now run by Jigar who is again a fantastic person to speak to. Very kind and never over charges.

I own a 2014 kia soul. After taking the vehicle to dealership I walked out with an estimate of $2200!!! Was referred by a friend to take the car here because they are honest and will fix the car at a reasonable price and thet did! I will continue to bring both of my vehicles here moving forward!

I went for my Nissan Altima 2017 service. Criswell Nissan, Germantown has proposed tons of repairs, however, Jigar evaluated and advised the right repairs which cost 10% of Criswell!Very professional, clear, and upfront.Will get all my cars serviced, every time in the future.

I've been referred to this auto care by my friend, tried them and now will never go to any other place. The owner Raju is a very trustworthy person and he will assess the problem and will only do it if it is needed. The folks are very good and will help you anyway they can. They charge fair prices and will recommend everyone to check with them for their auto care needs.It very hard to find a reliable auto care in Northern VA and these guys are top notch. There are many instances that I asked them to do a job (based on old notions) and they simply refused after doing a check, stating its not needed.

I took my car to Nalli's for damage to a side panel while it was parked.Jigar was very helpful. Worked with my schedule, and got my car back like new. Very responsive and fairly priced.

After getting quotes from several Autobody locations, I chose Nalli s and I am so grateful I did. Jigar and the owner Raju are absolutely Amazing. It s hard to trust places these days and boy did they deliver. I had major scratches on my car and I got my car back today and it looks like I have a brand new car. I highly highly recommend Nalli s. The new management guys talks nice and may seem they are trying to help you. But in the end they charge ridiculous amounts, sometimes even more than a dealership. Beware. Have a different shop take a look at your car and get a quote before going there to understand it for yourself. Dont get the work done before understanding what they are going to charge you. I asked to reduce the amount to what others are charging and They threatened me saying they will proceed legally if I dont pay what they are charging. Big scam guys !!

If there would have been option to give 10 stars i would have chosen. My overall experience was excellent, I went for oil change and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The owner himself was too supportive and was very soft spoken. I m definitely coming here for my future services.

Raju is experienced mechanic but doesn t deliver his promise. He charged 1300$ for fixing a noise in Highlander s front axle. He changed so many parts unnecessarily ( engine mount, strut and swivel rod) as he wasn t sure on his diagnostics. After changing all this he didn t bother to do wheel alignment. When I called he mentioned I don t have wheel alignment equipment. but while taking the car he said I will make sure alignment is complete.

Good place to take your car for repairs, honest opinion and genuine prices. Nalli's Automotive replaced the alternator in my Acura MDX, the service was spot on, professional and technically fixed the issue. Reasonably priced. Recommend them for their good work, courteous and for being respectful.

Very professional and knowledgeable mechanics. They won't try to upsell you anything and will be very honest about any work which is priceless today. Always fair prices and real effort to get you back on the road as fast as possible. Every time i reached out they were available.
