Found a nail in my tire Saturday AM and Mohan was able to fit me in within 20 minutes and I was back on the road within 30. Great service and friendly owner. Would definitely use for tires again.

I had a positive experience with the owner of this small business who was willing to repair a tire valve on a Sunday when many other businesses are closed. However, I found the charges to be considerably high, particularly for an aftermarket part that cost $35 when the same valve costs only $10 elsewhere. Additionally, the $40 labor fee for just one tire was steep when compared to the dealership's charge of $52 for both parts and labor.Despite the pricing issue, I appreciate that the owner is a hardworking individual from Nepal who is striving to support his family back home. To support this small business, I suggest negotiating beforehand through text, email, or with a third party as a witness.Overall, I encourage others to consider this business and know that their dollars may help a struggling family in another country. Thank you to the owner for his accommodating service on a Sunday.

Had a terrible experience at this place! Found it online on Groupon and called to check if they still had the $45 oil change deal. The technician Mohan told me they still had the deal but asked me not to buy on Groupon, but go and pay for the service at the store instead (which I found at least unethical). I got an oil change on my 2013 Nissan Altima right before going on a trip to spend the weekend in Pennsylvania. One day later after changing my oil (Saturday morning) I noticed a puddle of oil under where my car was parked. Thought it could be water. I smelled it and realized it was oil. Took the car in to a Pep Boys shop and was informed that the plug for the oil pan was too tied which caused it to damage, and the oil drained. Had to pay the Pep Boys $120 to fix the problem and get ANOTHER oil change just the next day!!! When I got back to VA and explained the situation to Mr. Yadav, I was informed that I should've taken the car to his shop (how was I supposed to drive from PA to VA with no oil?!), and there was nothing they could do! SO PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP if you don't want headache!!!

Excellent Customer Service on a SUNDAY!!!All auto-repair places do a decent job to fix any auto issue. The difference comes to customer service and price. The established places like VA Tier & Auto or Honest 1 are reliable. But the customer service can be a hit or miss and the prices are $$$$.My Tire and Auto Center offers excellent customer service, fair prices, and get the job done.- Available on SUNDAY. You need to call them to make an appointment. Don't walk in.- Did the work in time.- Mohan was respectful and cordial. Recommended some other fixes but did not sell me anything.I am going to be a regular here now.Service: Tires

I usually don t recommend a auto store, but Mohan deserve it. He s super nice and friendly, giving best recommendations to make my car work. And he charged me a reasonable price. Highly recommend, glad to work with Mohan:)

Very quick and good service was provided. The owner is a very friendly guy and takes his time to explain what needs to be done in order to get the job done. Service is provided by appointment usually and is very convenient. No big lines are there for appointment scheduled. He asked me to send him the photo of my tire with a nail in it, so he could advise if it is worth it to come for a service or buy a new tire. Very nice, efficient and did a great job. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me and I am absolutely returning to do additional maintenance and would recommend to anyone. They did not try to up sell me on additional services and we re very accommodating to help me out on what I needed done. If you are looking for a good reliable and honest mechanic I recommend you try them out.

I was asked to repaire a odessy. I completed the repair for him.. he was unable to repaired the vehicle and Mohan did not correctly diagnose the vehicle.. nore new how the gaskets went on.. and never got paid for my time.

Needed a quick fix on a tire with a nail. I was able to have it done here on a Sunday in no time. Just call to set up a time first.Went to another tire shop first but they couldn t fix the tire because of the rim size and wanted to charge crazy amount because it s a Tesla.It s been over a month and the tire is running as before the repair.

My car Lexus RX 350 failed inspection because of several items and another mechanic shop gave me very expensive estimate that I couldn t afford and I called my tire and auto, I talk to Owner Mohan who gave me a very reasonable estimate and he fixed my car and pass my Virginia safety inspection. I saved over 50% money down auto shop so I highly recommended this place to save money and great customer relations service. *********************BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SCAM. They will rip off your money.I went to this shop to replace the Breakpad and rotter. Before service, I talk to the owner name Mohan regarding changing the Breakpad and rotter for the front and rear and we finalize the price for all 4 wheels. During that, he was selling me to change breakfluid but I denied that service. I set up an appointment and did the service with him. During service after opening all tiers, he told me we need to do change a breakfluid. I was not left with any options other than agreeing with him. Along with that, he gave his high school son to change all rotors and breakpad. I went for service to change this from professional mechanics but he use my car as a demo car to teach his son how to change breakpad and rotor and asked him to do all the job. If I would know that a high school student is going to fix my car then I would never go to this place.After the service, he mentioned the charge is per tier not per axel so he asked me to pay double the price. Which is way more expensive than a Honda dealership.He is not a reliable mechanic and rip off your money.Service: Brake service & repair

I had to block him to stop getting his email and text on mobile. Initially, he asked for all my personal information and now he is using all different venues to threaten me. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE GIVING ANY PERSONAL INFORMAITON TO HIM.I have only one thing to say beware of this scrappy place else the owner will use all different venues to scare you and rip off your money.Also, owner doesn't hire a professional worker and gets all work done by his high school student.Service: Brakes

Excellent service ! I was looking for reliable repair shop on Sunday after my car was making a metal crushing sound while driving. Mr Mohan promptly diagnosed and fix the problem at a nominal charge. He even waited for me, v as almost it was closing time on a late Sunday afternoon. From now on will go to him for all kinds of repairs and services instead of the big dealer service centers who are just there to make you wait and take big money
