I've had the occasion to visit this Midas location for both an emissions test and safety inspection and have to say this is one of the most friendly locations I've visited since I've been in Virginia. David takes great care of his customers and doesn't mind going the extra mile to ensure a happy customer ( took the time to remove all of the old adhesive from past safety inspection stickers) . . . It's the little things in life! Will definitely recommend David and his team.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Have used them for oil changes, brakes , tires and miscellaneous repairs. Quality work at reasonable rates! Definitely recommend!

David did a fantastic job with my car! He helped me by discovering my radiator leaking, which Koons Toyota never told me about at my last visit. He is an honest and understanding man. I am definitely coming back for my breaks and catalytic converter. From now, this Midas is my shop for any and all car repairs. Thanks, David!!

I have tried many other 4-5 star rated shops around the area before I settled on this shop as my go to place. I found this place to be dependable, competent, no gimmicks, or giving you a list of repair suggestions you for not ask for. Sometimes, you may be able to get a job done little cheaper elsewhere, but with Dave, what you get is accurate, reasonable quote and excellent workmanship.

I experienced complete honesty and professionalism, when Midas inspected and told me that there was still quite some life left in my brakes, without any need to replace pads or rotors, in stark contrast to another popular and common Virginia company which advised me the exact opposite! Two thumbs up to Midas for putting the customer first!

I had new shocks, new springs and new rims and tires installed here. Very happy with the work. They did a fantastic job, I recommend them! Dave is a nice guy.

I called Midas, and Dave answered, I had a DIY project that I needed help expanding 4 exhaust fittings. Dave was super helpful, faster than I imagined and solved my issue in about 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend and return for more business.

David, the owner of this Midas, has alwasy been professional and knowledgable. Most of the time, at least I've found, mechanics and shops can be rude, impatient, and condescending towards customers. After all, they really don't need business from each and every customer. They'll be fine without you. But Dave at this Midas shop blew those stereotypes away. He was polite, timely, helpful, fair and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. He got me in the first time for a exhaust system install on my truck. He made sure he spent the extra time aligning the tips so they were perfect. I went back to install shocks and a few other small modifications. He was very helpful and charged me a very reasonable rate. A week later I had trouble with a torqued down bolt I needed removed to install some tow hooks. I called him up to see if he could help and he had me drive right over. I pull in and he takes the truck directly on the lift. Gets the bolts out in 5 minutes. He said no charge but I gave him $20 for his time and his service. Great guy and great shop. I'd recommend seriously considering this shop for any work you may need done.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have recently had two minor and one major repair at Midas in Dulles. On each occasion I met with David Glennie who explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it right. Thus I ve come to trust Dave s recommendations and intend to continue doing business with him. I feel comfortable referring my friends to him as well. It has taken me many years to find an honest and dependable auto service that I can trust. So far, so good..update one year later, I continue to get excellent service and have grown to trust David s advice and recommendations. I ve spent many years having repair work diagnosed incorrectly. I highly recommend this Midas location.

This place is great! I get work done on my car here all the time, it comes back even better. I would recommend this shop definitely. They are trustworthy & they go above & beyond to make sure your vehicle is in great working order. Dave & Doug are the best! I give them a 5 star but they should get 10 STARS! Go here people they are great!!!!!!

David Glennie is the best! I always take my car to him for oil changes and any repairs, and couldn t imagine going anywhere else. He is always fair and I recommend him & the Dulles Midas to all my friends and family. You won t be disappointed placing your trust in David and his team!

I am so happy Midas in Dulles is under new ownership!! David Glennie has been our family mechanic for years now. It s amazing being able to send anything his way and trusting that it will be handled right the first time for a fair price. I will never send my cars anywhere else and would 100% recommend taking your vehicles to Midas of Dulles.

I called to get an estimate on replacing a low oil pressure indicator sensor on my 1999 DeVille and mentioned to Dave that I ordered the part in advance from Moore Cadillac. Dave advised me that he couldn't install customer parts, but would order the same part from Moore Cadillac for me. Dave asked me " when you go to eat a stake, do you give the waiter your own meat?" Dave said " you keep sitting here telling me how to run my business". I was like wow! Do you talk to all of your customers like this? Needless to say, I did not schedule an appointment with this establishment.

It took a while, it was slightly more than I wanted to spend, but a lifetime warranty on brake pads and getting the job done right was totally worth it.

I highly recommend them because they treat you like family, they are honest, friendly ,polite and kind. I had a problem with my car and they were honest and told me to check with my dealership because they thought I must still have a warranty for my problem which I did. I use to dread going to the mechanic but now I enjoy going to see them.

The mechanic who did the work was wonderful and the quality was better than I expected but that is about the extent of the confidence I have with this shop. The owner who gave me the quote called me a liar and was extremely rude. He quoted me 312.98 total on the phone but even after confirming twice before hanging up he said that I misheard him and was lying about the price. After exchanging words about it he agreed to honor the price but at that point he had lost all of my respect as well as my willingness to recommend his shop to others. Additionally he had said he would order the parts the day prior to reduce wait time at the shop however this did not happen(adding 30 minutes to my stay at the shop) There is a certain level of professionalism that you should have as business owner that this man just lacks.

They were fast and polite. The staff was awesome. I had my 4 year old with me and they were super nice to him. The woman behind the front desk even gave him cookies for being good. They didnt over charge or tell me I needed anything extra. Get place to get your car worked on. Will definitely be taking my car there for now on.

This shop provides extremely high quality work that they take pride in and stand behind. Both the shop space and waiting areas have been very clean every time I ve brought my vehicles in for service. David Glennie and his staff are very respectful individuals

This Midas location is great! I ve been there a few times for an oil change and tire rotation. They are consistently kind, professional and appreciative of your business. I ve called/worked with other Midas stores in the area that act like they re doing you a favor by even making time for you to bring your car in, which I find to be terrible customer service. This Midas is not that way at all, and for that reason, I will continue to give them my business.

I drive from Maryland to get my car worked on. They never screw me over! Being a girl you d think they would try to get you on some things but Dave is super cool! The mechanic is super nice too

I had an awesome experience at Dulles Midas. I had heard that this location had been acquired by Leesburg Midas and I have been a regular customer of the Leesburg location now for about a year or so. In any case my Honda Pilot's alternator gave up its ghost on Sunday June 30th. The owner saw to it that his shop was able to receive my vehicle . The following morning I got a call from the shop detailing what they had found and what they recommended to fix it. Everything was clear precise and above board. They explained all the options, walked me through the huge variability in refurbished versus new parts..... explained the inside information on what they had found to be reliable and then went ahead and put everything together. In addition because my vehicle inspection was due in July they took the trouble to drive my car to their parent shop in Leesburg to have the inspection done (since they were getting their own inspection certification only later that week.... they have it now I'm told).... bottom line these guys are fair, honest and high quality work for a genuine decent price..... You simply cannot go wrong with them

German Auto Diagnostics takes care of your vehicle extremely well and keeps you informed. They show you the problems and explain. I first went for a muffler redo, but have now gone back for all maintenance.
