I can t express how great of an experience we had. Jose truly went above and beyond for us and helped get our car fixed and able to be driven again. The turn around was quick and easy and staff was extremely communicative. I absolutely recommend this location!

Beyond pleased with my experience. Jose went above and beyond in taking care of my car. They took their time to ensure everything was properly done. I was not pressured for services I did not need. My car was even cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! I ve also used them for similar services on my daughter s car and was equally pleased with their service. I was recommended here by another repair facility down in my area that does not install exhausts. I am so very glad I got my cat-back BREexhaust installed here. I met the owner and his staff and they were all very welcoming and easy going. Their shop has all the experience and equipment needed to get the job done right. We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jose was great communicating and updating us as the extensive work on our vehicle was done. The ability to see the link Meineke provided helped us understand what was happening. I highly recommend coming here as I will again, if my vehicles need it.

Went in for a muffler delete along with rerouting my exhaust to the center. Scott and Jose helped me out and were very kind and understanding when I told them I need the car by a certain time. The mechanic took me into the shop and walked me through exactly what was going to be done, along with mocking up the exhaust to make sure I liked it before proceeding. Job was done by the time I had specified, and the work that was done on my exhaust both looks and sounds amazing. Very happy with my experience at Meineke!Update: It s been a few months since I got the exhaust done, and I ve continued to work with Meineke in the process of building my car. They have always been on time, professional, and up front about anything and everything I needed to know going into each job.In the last few months, I ve done everything from a simple oil change to a full-on spring swap for my suspension, and the good people at Meineke were always friendly and willing to help when needed. I ve posted some updated pictures as well to show the progress of my car with the help of Scott, Jose, and all of the mechanics in the shop. Meineke is an amazing auto shop great, fair prices and speedy service. I brought my Audi in on an emergency for time, and they fixed everything at a steal price in comparison to dealerships, and everything is working wonderfully now. I just moved to the area and am feeling secure knowing I can come to Meineke for anything auto in the future. Thanks so much Jos� and his team!

I had rented my car at Enterprise which was brand new and hence they asked me to take the car for oil change once I crossed 7000miles. I just loved my experience with Meineke. Extremely friendly and helpful. I am a foreign national and was very worried how the whole process was going to be. Their front desk staff was very pleasant and supportive. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time at this Meineke location, and I would recommend each and every time. Jose has helped me out and he is easily the nicest and most professional person I ve ever dealt with in this type of situation. Always honest and never trying to take advantage of someone. Highly recommend!!!

Jose always takes great care us and our vehicles. They got us in and out quickly, so we could be back on the road. Love the lockbox open for picking up after hours. Highly recommend.

Meineke did an excellent job of identifying the suspension problem of our Ford Focus. The car now runs quieter and smoother than before, and was able to pass the annual State inspection.

I brought my 10-yr. old Honda in to be winterized. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. I was told it was going to take about 3 hrs. so they drove me home and picked me up when the car was done. They reminded me of the repair shop I used for the past 33 yrs. in FL. I know I have found a repair shop for my car!

Staff are all very friendly. The inspection is quick, accurate, and comprehensive. Identified multiple issues and I like the system allowing me to look at and approve each individual issue (with photos and all the price details) on my phone. The job was done efficiently in a timely manner, and as there are a lot of things to address, I was even offered lunch while waiting there. Overall very satisfied with the service.

It's a true honor to say thank you for a job well done by Jose and his staff at Meineke Car care center. They work that they do on my Mercedes is outstanding. I recommend Jose's shop to all that is looking for very good quality work to be done on there vehicle. The staff is very friendly and they are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond the scope of work required.

Made a mistake dealing with meineke as a franchise in general couple years back, from cutting corners with oil changes and stripping plugs, damaging compartment down to bad parts.Even worse experience here, the car I had wasn t perfect but it got me from a to b with no noise and other crazy things I had to worry about before coming here.First time I came and got an oil change and top off I was told the car was good, come back for an oil change and other work probably on the 3rd visit and everything went to hell the next day after, car making an unusually loud noise, maintenance required light came on and all; drove to work and my car turned off, turned it back on could clearly feel the car didn t feel the same but had enough power to make it back to them around the corner, as I was livid the manager told me oh that car had a lot of problems I could put oil back in it and kept asking what my budget is like repeatedly talking about he has cars for sale that were left behind from former clients, a guy next to me gave me a look like don t do it.Same week I went to a trusted mechanic I dealt with before that found issues, bad parts and corrected them and told me to never go back to them, the noise lowered a little but I ended up getting a new car and use the old one specifically to drive to work.As a whole, I ll never visit another meineke in life, each one I had terrible experiences, new damages during services they would upsell me on.

Great experience. I went in for an oil change and any maintence that my car may need (I am one who never knows if Ive missed something!) They went over my previous repair records and told me no maintence was needed! They did find a few isssues (one Im not surprised by) gave me photos of what they were talking about, a detailed estimate, and really took their time to make sure all my questuons were answered and I understood what and why. I am very impressed with their service and customer service!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

The only place I take my Volvo. They are super kind and even more knowledgeable. The quality of work is always top notch! Always happy with the reasonable pricing. The AC in my car went out, was able to get an appointment the same day. Jose was great, explained everything throughly. Let me know what needed to get done by importance. I felt that they had my best interest, which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to get any work done on their car. This will be my new go to for anything that needs to get done to my car. Excellent service! I found the shop I ll be using if I ever need repairs done on my truck in the future!My 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac had two exhaust hangers that failed, and I assumed that the muffler probably would also have to be replaced based on its condition. Because the truck is older, parts are no longer manufactured and/or are hard to find so knew I wanted to get the truck serviced at a shop that specializes in exhaust work, not at a service station or a tire center. I knew Meineke could replicate the exhaust system from straight pipe stock. Additionally, I didn t want to sink a lot of money into the truck because I plan to trade it in for a new truck in the near future.I made a morning appointment at Meineke in Sterling (#2701) just to get an estimate. Discussed my situation with Jose (Service Manager) and Brian (Service Technician) and they did an inspection on the truck. They gave me few options:1) Only replace the hangers least expensive.2) Replace the exhaust behind the catalytic converter, including flanges, three hangers, muffler and form-fitting pipe - middle ground.3) Replace the entire exhaust system including the catalytic converter (which is crazy expensive) most expensive.I initially planned to get at least two estimates but after discussing the options and costs with Jose, I knew there wasn t a need for another estimate. I went with option 2, and with the service discount coupon my cost was $670 that is a very reasonable price for the repair. I do most of the work on my own truck, but there s no way could I do this repair as efficient as Meineke could with respect to my time, effort and cost. Since the truck was there, I had some additional work done power steering flush and oil change.In and out in one day I m a vary satisfied customer!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

I went to this specific Meineke location and was quoted 1600 dollars to get my vehicle to pass for inspection. Went to another place for a second opinion and was only quoted 300 dollars to do the same repair. I would not ever return to this location for any type of maintenance for vehicle inspection in Sterling, VA.

They did a great job replacing my oem rims with custom ones even when most of the wheel and tire places nearby refused to touch the wheels as they were afraid they might scratch them. These guys did an amazing job, not a single scratch and also my wheels came with a missing lug nut and a centering ring, but they were able to get it sorted out at no extra price. Would recommend.

Jose and his team of worker's did an outstanding job on all the repairs/fixes they did on my dodge journey.
