This is a great establishment. They did a full inspection on my car and provided great honest feedback on what I needed done. I got my brakes done for a reasonable price. They do more than just brakes and do oil changes and all things you need your car to operate properly. Great customer service. This is my go to mechanic going forward. They took the time to explain what you need.

This particular branch of Meineke is superb. Whether you are having the oil changed or having the breaks done, they are quick and deal with you in a professional manner. Their prices are more than reasonable and the employees are very courteous. They also have an online dashboard system that you can access to keep you up to date on your car's recommended repairs.

Overall good experience. Originally went in with a Groupon for syn oil change and alignment. Appointment for both on same day. 2 hours later I was told the tech couldn't get the alignment done correctly and was told to come in next morning and they should take care me right away and woulnd't be too long. Went in next morning and was told they can't get my car in for 3 hours min. only to find out it wasn't done all day until 5pm. Which messed up entire day of errends I had to run. Biggest feedback is provide some sort of a text or communication with estimated time the car will be done not just a guessing game. Would help a lot and save entire day for a customer.

Professional & very informative. Might I add the wait time was very reasonable ; unlike my Dealership, even with an appt. Multiple times I've taken my SUV into the Dealership for an Oil change. I had to wait every time over 2hrs up to 3hrs.Who has time for that when an oil change takes 20-30 mins if that??

Excellent and honest service. I went in for a pre-scheduled appointment for an oil change, they completed a 48 point inspection as well. There was no issue using Groupon and the appointment was very quick. I also noticed for the past several weeks I had a part underneath my car that was dragging, it seems like this was fixed as well at no charge. I will reccomend and will be back.

scammers. I'm not saying all the Meinekes are bad, but you better avoid this location. I have been a loyal customer to the Meineke for more than 7 years. I expected the same service from this location, but they scammed me on first visit. The guy was saying that he was giving me discount and didn't hand me the receipt until paid the bill. Once I check the invoice, he added extra in the invoice to increase the amount.I went for the oil change and I didn't request anything extra. I didn't expect and they didn't tell me they would charge me for something that I didn't ask for. I will post the photos of the receipts from this shop and the one that visit regularly.One more thing, I dropped of my car there. They didn't call me and send message once the job is done. If I hadn't gone there before they closed, I wouldn't have my car back that day and they might have charged me extra for storage.no one gets free money, and for that reason I hate scammers.

I'm fairly new to the area and have been looking for an honest and reliable mechanic that's not going to recommend services I don't need. I stumbled upon a Groupon for Meineke for an oil change and was pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and timely service from Oz. I will be returning here again.

I ve used this Meineke on and off for many years. Unfortunately Howard or Kirk were not there today. The two people that were there scared that heebie-jeebies out of me. I went in for a tire repair. Not a big deal. I left being told that my car was un drivable and was dangerous to drive. My car has 25,000 miles on it and is rarely driven. I was scared to death to drive the car. I went over to the Nissan dealership where I bought the car. I was told a completely different story, and of course my car was completely safe. Nissan did the tire repair for me and sent me on my way. I m not sure what happened today because this Meineke is usually very good. It s left me feeling uncomfortable coming back there again.

Horrible service. They charged me more than their regular oil change price and did not even do wheel rotation which is part of their package. When i confronted them on this, they said too bad you should bring the web page to us when you drop the car. Never heard anything like this ever before. Beware stay away

0 StarsMeineke location #472 (23035 Douglas Ct, Sterling, VA) has awful customer service.There are 3 different phone numbers for this location but no matter which one I call, no one answers. The voicemail says they'll call you back but they don't. I've been calling for 2 days regarding my car and no one will pick up and tell me what's going on. DO NOT COME HERE.

I came in to have my brakes looked at. After he quoted me an outrageous price with pads I told them to keep all parts I just want to go home. I left paying 300$ for labor only on my 07 Honda and waited over 3 hours. There shouldn't be 150$ labor cost for something so basic.
